She is mysterious, and strange to most people. Dark clothes, dark make-up. She loves dark stuff. Then suddenly her mother dies, and her baby sister. Leaving her and her father. Her dad checks out on the murder, but she still is shifty. She was out doing a few illegal things that night, so she can't tell. The cops decide to assign a watch on her. He wasn't too old, fresh out of the academy and only 21. He gets a cover up as a teacher at her school, a history teacher. He's good at it too, and another shock, so is she. But he doesn't find out until he sits down with her. He's kinda of annoying to her, but also annoyingly cute. Maybe there's a romance dwelling beneath them.

I chuckled, "So now since I do not know any of you, lets play a boring game of get to know you."

I nodded. "Name, age and something about you. Alice since your name is first on call, you start please."

"Alright, I'm Alice. I'm a senior, I like animals, and kids. School is okay, sometimes. Not my favorite place to be though," I said.

I smiled, "Thankyou." I knew she didn't want to do that. "So, next up Amy." The whole class spoke and then I handed out books, "We're going to be studying The English Civil War."

I began talking and everyone set out to complete their work. My ears picking up on a couple gossiping about Alice, I needed to get the team into bug the room as im unable to hear anything without being right behind them.

I ignored them as I sat there going through the work quickly. When I finished I put it away and pulled out a book.

The bell rang and I was glad the class was over, "Alice can you stay behind for a bit please." I asked.

i shook my head. "I have no classes now."

"Good, let's go get something to eat, the food here sucks and I feel like a burger if your up for it?"

"sounds good all I had was an apple." I said and got up.

I packed my things up and we walked out of the classroom. "So what do you like to eat then?" I asked.

"Nothing too fancy. I like eating fast food mostly, but I love exotic foods too." I said.

"Wow, aren't you a gentlemen," I said genuinely stunned at the act. I get in the car with an expression showing my surprise.

I looked at him when he gets in. "That was different, I'm sorry. No guy shows me any kind of kindness."

I frowned, "What, your beautiful and deserve to be treated kindly, what man wouldn't do that?" I asked as I started the car up. "and if your reffering to the guys at your school then they are boys not men."

"If a man doesn't open a door for you or call you beautiful then he isn't worth your time." I shrugged, I wanted to hold her hand and tell her she was beautiful but I wasn't going to risk a fist to the nuts I knew she'd give me.
