She is mysterious, and strange to most people. Dark clothes, dark make-up. She loves dark stuff. Then suddenly her mother dies, and her baby sister. Leaving her and her father. Her dad checks out on the murder, but she still is shifty. She was out doing a few illegal things that night, so she can't tell. The cops decide to assign a watch on her. He wasn't too old, fresh out of the academy and only 21. He gets a cover up as a teacher at her school, a history teacher. He's good at it too, and another shock, so is she. But he doesn't find out until he sits down with her. He's kinda of annoying to her, but also annoyingly cute. Maybe there's a romance dwelling beneath them.

"I found my mom and baby sister dead, dad had beaten me home and was crying over them." I said. I still haven't told him where and who I was with.

I nodded, I wasn't going to push it anymore even though I knew she was holding things back. "Ok well what are you doing now? Do you have any homework you need help with?"

[Mizho Sohma]

"I don't do my homework, normally," I lied.

I frowned and stood, walking to the desk and picking up her bag, "Well lucky for you I'm smart, so I will help."

"I don't have my homework, I left it all at school," I said. That much was true, but it was complete. I always turned it in after class. I was an excellent student, but paid the school to not say a word about my A honor roll.

"Well then, I'm just going to sit back and you can do your thing then. I will be sleeping in the room beside yours so if anything happens through the night I will be in here instantly." I said with a smirk.

[Mizho Sohma]

"Really super, yeah I will surely yell if the bogeyman comes at me tonight," I said and hang my arm over the side of the bed. I kicked off my shoes and socks. Surprisingly may nails weren't black, they were purple. I kinda liked red or purple, if not black.

My eyes went to her feet, I didn't expect that. "Do you ever not wear the heavy makeup?" I asked curiously, wondering what she looked like without all the darkness.

[Mizho Sohma]

"I take it off before bed. Sometimes when I am at home I don't wear any make up, and occasionally out. Mostly when I'm tired or sick I will go out without make up." I said honestly. "If you're curious then I can show you, just pretend to not be desperately waiting outside the bathroom door," I said. I got up and went to my bathroom. I began the process of wiping my face clean. I worked hard to get off my eye shadow and mascara. Then my lipstick came off, as well as everything else. Then I walked out of my bathroom completely make-up free, and he was standing out in the hall, just with a curious look. He seemed stunned when he saw all the make-up gone. I crossed my arms and waited for him to speak.

"Fuck." she was beautiful. "Uh, yeah you look different, good different though, like wow, I wasn't expecting that at all." I had to look away, my pants were getting tighter and that wasn't a good thing. I couldn't be thinking things like that with her.

[Mizho Sohma]

"Well thanks, at least someone can say that without forcing me onto a bed," I said and went to my room. That wasn't a comment on my dad, just some guys I knew from school and parties.

I knocked on her door and left it when she didn't answer me. I was confused at her last words, how could anyone hurt her. "I'll be in the room if you need me, don't bother running. I can hear very well." I said and made my way to the other room.

I sighed and went to my closet and laid out my night gown for tonight. I went around my doing some more things.

I laid on the bed in my boxers and wondered if she had anything else to read. I went to her door and knocked again, "Hey do you have anything interesting to read?"

[Mizho Sohma]

I was caught right as I was changing. I slipped into my gown and opened the door. "What kind of book? Education, horror, teen romance, anime, I've got a few books," I said and let him in and reveled my secret bookcase in my closet. "Just take whatever is to your liking."

I chuckled, "Oh yeah I want a teen romance" I reached and picked up a book about wolfs, "Seems interesting, what do you like to read?"

[Mizho Sohma]

I shrugged. "Whatever catches my eye. My favorite isn't even a book, it's called Hetalia. It has all the countries impersonated as actual people and adds a funny twist to history. And a smartass blonde narrator," I said with a smile.

(Just a quick question, so is he going to be her new teacher too? does she know about him being that yet?)

"Well that has me interested" I grinned and walked back into the bedroom, "Goodnight Alice." I smiled.

[Mizho Sohma]

(He is temporarily assigned to be her history teacher at the school, but she wouldn't know that yet for a reason.)
"Night," I said and turned on my TV. Then turned out the lied and laid on my bed.

I heard her tv going and laid in the bed. I picked my phone and sent a text to my girlfriend. I hadn't told her what I was doing, she would flip out. I really needed to end things with her.

(Oh, I like the girlfriend, maybe things should get hot before the big break up, just for some fun drama)

I laid there watching TV until I fell asleep.

I woke up bright and early with 4 missed called from Zoe, I couldn't be bothered talking and I passed out after checking on Alice. I showered and dressed and noticed she hadn't come out for breakfast, I made her some food and a drink and took it in to her. "Hungry?"

I looked at him as I was pulling my shirt down, just barely did he miss seeing my bra. "Uh yeah, just lay it on my little table there," I said as I went to find a hair piece.

I sat the food down and left, "You look nice today" I nodded towards her clothing and left the room quickly. Her dad was still asleep and i wondered why he wasn't up with his daughter.

"Thanks," I said. I got the little piece in, wearing things that weren't as heavy as I usually do. I took the food and began eating while I go around my room preparing for school. I finished eating and took everything downstairs when I was ready.
