Rayla was at one time in love with Nick. They both were a really good couple, really close. Then it was like someone took that image and ripped it. He became mean and distant and a little controlling. Rayla isn't sure if he noticed this, but she wonders if this may be why he left her. For a long time she was heartbroken, but 5 years later she meets Jack. Now Nick is back and she has decide who she loves.

"Oh no, but I will need your help deciding. Maybe you should do some dye yourself," I said.

"I'll think about it." I said and continued eating. I had seen Jack was a bit uncomfortable at how easy it was for us to talk to one another.

"I'm sure you will," I smiled as I finished my meal.

I finished eating and drunk the rest of my soda. Our waiter came back and seen we were all done. "can I get some ice-cream?" I ordered.

I shook my head at him. "Make that two please," after he ordered his flavor. Might as well.

The waiter wrote everything down then turned to Jack to see if he'd join in on the dessert as well.

Jack said no, not being a fan of sweets and the waiter walks aways.

"so what's the plan, are we going to stick together or go our separate ways only to meet up when nessecary?" I questioned.

"No, our plan is to drive two vehicles and then stay at the same hotel."

"in other words we're sticking together." I stated. "fine with me." I shrugged.

"Unless we get a tail, and then it is time to split until they are gone.'

"fair enough." the waiter then came out with our ice cream and the checks.

I take mine and began to eat it.

We sat and ate our ice cream in silence.

I finished as he did and we pay then we leave.

"well Jack we'll keep in touch." I said as we headed towards my car.

He nodded and went to his car. I get in the car and sighed.

I started the car and followed Jack to the hotel. "do you think he'd want you to sleep in his room?" I asked curiously.

"No, but he doesn't want us sharing a room. He'll probably make you share with him," I said. "But I can tell him for obvious reasons you and I should share a room, but I think now is a good time to break up with him. But I won't tell him about us until later."

I just shrugged. "as long as you're safe I'll be cool with it. I wont like it, but I'll put up with it, for your sake at least."

"Thank you, but I do think it's safer that you sleep in my room, I don't want you two fighting."

"don't worry i dont have the energy to fight with him. Besides I would probably kill him if we did get into a fight. "

"He has odd abilities. He's able to persuade people if they aren't like you, and he's strong enough to kill a full on demon. I think he'd surprise you."

I shrugged. "I would take my chances." I said as we got out of the car.

"Well, I'm the bridge between you two, so if you want me to stay then you play nice and if he doesn't then leave it alone. I can deal with him." I said seeing as Jack was already inside. We go inside and buy a room, requesting one right next to Jack's or above it, since he got a ground room.
