“Nope and when I got mine and Macy’s stuff I told her to have fun and walked away.” I sighed. “Have you heard from John?”

I admitted. “I don’t love him, and i haven’t done for so long. I just wish I left sooner. I can’t believe how things turned out.” I looked at him smiling “I’m sorry for leaving without telling you.”

I sighed. “I get why you did, I’m sorry for not telling you I wanted us.” I looked back at the kids. “I missed you every fucking morning. I missed our little talks and lunches.” I admitted. “I’ve been drinking shitty coffee. And I almost went to your sisters work to ask about you.”

I smirked.  “Let’s go!”  I grabbed our bags and walked in behind her dropping them and taking he ein my arm to kiss her.  “God I’ve missed you.” She tasted good and I just never wanted to stop.

I breathed heavy, agreeing as I held his face and kissed him passionately “you have no idea how much!” I groaned, loving the way he held me to him and how good it felt to be back in his arms.

I smirked. “Baby I think I do have an idea.” I picked her up and gripped her ass. “I very good idea.” I kissed her hard until I heard foot steps. “I can’t wait to tel them!”

“I know but we need to know for sure.” I whispered, standing back on my feet and letting him go. “So this is your room with Macy” I smiled. “And the bathroom is just over there.” That was close. Andy was looking at us and I wondered just how much he knew. “I’m going to take a shower, I still have sand in my hair.”

I smiled.  “Thank you for letting us be here for you all. If there food here I can make some lunch.” I smiled knowing ha slices my cooking and knowing the boys have enjoyed it as well a few times. Andy just looked at me. “I can cook don’t worry!” I told him and Macy smiled. “My Daddy is a really good cook!”

“So he claims” I teased back not definitely aNf going to say no to him cooking. “How about we go and check the chickens and feed them?” I asked Macy it was scary to think this could be my daughter. “How about you help Walker with dinner?” “I’m going to play outside.” And off Andy went. I shrugged “the drudge is stocked, make yourself ay home.”

I nodded. “Have fun while I am working!” I laughed and went to the kitchen I need to make it right with Andy but I don’t know how. I started making a soup with some sandwiches. It was easy and they had all the stuff for it. Tom came in and smiled. “Want to help?” I asked.

“Sure.” He shrugged and came over “are you and mum secretly dating? Coz Andy said you are and that’s why mums leaving John.” He looked at him “coz you said all that stuff in the beach about her and your wife was there too.”

I stopped what I was doing. “No we are not secretly dating in fact I haven’t seen your mum in a while.” I looked at him. “Your mum is a very beautiful woman who deserves a lot better than being a secret. Now once maybe we are both single then maybe I’ll see if she wants to go on a date, but for now I’m just her friend helping her through a hard time.” Fucking hell thats all I could be till we know more and then all hell is going to break loose. “Andy doesn’t care for me does he?”

“Andy doesn’t like anyone” he laughed “but that’s coz we don’t have a dad. Mum taught us to do everything and John wasn’t nice to her and he’s just protective of her” he picked up a knife “you know mum met our dad and fell in love with him right away, she said he wore some stupid baseball hat that he put on her head and said she was his dream girl.”

I smiled as the image came to my head. “Yeah I didn’t know that, but it doesn’t surprise me. I’m sure she is a lot of guys dream girl.” I sighed “what would happen if you had the chance to meet your dad?”

“She still has his hat sonewhere.” He sighed “I don’t know. It would be cool to meet him but he’s probably got his own family and wants nothing to do with us”

I nodded. “Maybe but also what if he never new about you two and he wanted to be in your lives along with your mothers?” I knew I should stop but I like that he wanted to get to know me and I knew I was their dad I didn’t need a test. Images were coming back and I am remembering.

“Mum said he doesn’t know. Do you think he does?” He asked. “I don’t know. Well never know coz mum doesn’t even know his name. It would be cool tho.” He said quietly “to have a dad around”

I nodded. “I think if he knew for sure he would want to be in your lives hell even if he didn’t know for sure I believe he would want to be right here talking to you.” Like I was, I smiled noticing he was good in the kitchen. “You like to cook?”

“It’s fun, mum likes to cook so I help her out when I can.” He looked up when they came out.

“Daddy look! Eight eggs for breakfast!” Macy smiled holding the basket “and I got to hold the baby chickens too!”

I smiled at her. “That’s great princess, why don’t you wash up and come help so jayde can get washed up too.” I smiled looking at jayde so beautiful. She had straw in her hair and I was dying to take it out but I had to be careful the twins were getting ideas. And those ideas aren’t far off.

I smiled at him, “She has had such a fun time. She’s wonderful.” Maybe this was wrong, maybe we could just be friends or not tell them the truth. I felt it would destroy the kids. “I’m going to take a shower, then I’ll help.”
