Drake Jones appears to be a ruthless , cold and selfish vampire. His long life has been full of wealth , money, entertainment and loneliness. By chance, he meets a young human girl named Sabrina and his life turns upside down in a positive way. Bio: Her parents sold her to the government´s lab when she was nine . Since then she has been sort of a lab rat . She has developed skills and powers that humans don´t normally have. When she was 16, she found a way to sneak out from the labs . That´s when she met Drake . They fell in love and they got married when she was 17 . He didn´t know anything about her real identity. He´s been the only real family she´s ever got . She was found and caught by the lab , so she was taken away from him. Being a human weapon means she´s designed to fight every kind of race or threat that isn´t human.

I shook my head. "Your under estimating me. I can be worse than your Dimitri. Truste on this. I'm ruthless and I'm a very old old vampire older than your Drake. I know more and I will get away with this trust me I have so far. How do you think you ended up here with me and not Dimitri. That stupid council would of let Dimitri run the show if it wasn't fore spelling up and that woman she went along with it." He stopped then spoke to me. "Driving take I-75 till it ends please. Anyways don't you want to be free so you can play house with a vampire? What happens when you grow old and old Drake stays looking young?"

I was not scared of what might happen to me if they caught me again, I just was afraid that they would realize Drake was important to me and they would kill him. "What if my tracing device actually works ?" I asked, looking at him.

I was wondering the same thing. I heard him talk. "Look it's something thatight be able to be taken out right? I mean it can't be permanent." John looked at the window. "If he locates you then your on your own. Tell him what you wish. But if I can get the device out of you he will find me waiting for him with a bunch of angry vampires!" He poured himself a drink. "Would you like one?"

"Uhm, sure , as long as you haven´t poured anything in it that resembles my medicine" I said seriously , no trace of humor in my voice tone. As he handed me a drink, I muttered "How has Drake taken all this? I mean , me leaving and such "

"Ahh Drake. He is pissed. Pissed at Dimitri pissed at you! You do realize us vpites have a hard time trusting and you broke that by lying. He may never trust you again. Only it is going to be hard for him seeing as he married you. Which was a stupid move. I'm assume he drank some of your blood the night of your marriage. Which I'm not sure if you know that bound him to you." I laughed. "Drake is stupid for that. Your a young Han who doesn't know a thing about love."

"Maybe I know nothing about love , but you know what , I never let him drink from me , because as you know my blood is not clean , it is full of chemicals that could not be good for your kind to consume... Do you realize what I am ? I´m a worthless human weapon, designed to kill other races and no human threats . Maybe I´m expensive, but I have no worth. How could I tell that to anyone? I have no family. I have no real identity and a crazy government´s lab was giving a reward to anyone who delivered me back. That was my reality , but I made the mistake of fooling myself I could be as any other human being on earth...Deluded me" I shook my head as I said that.

I say there listening to what she said. I was upset she thought that way but it all made since now. I understood now. "You maybe right about the chemicals and being worthless but your wrong about a few things. I've done my research on you my dear. You do have a family and your blood could become all
Ham again in te as you don't take the medicine your blood goes back to the way it was before. Like I said I'm older and wiser."

"With family you mean the mother that sold me to Dimitri? She´s not my family. I would never forgive her for doing that to me...And I don´t know , regarding to my blood , I think it can not be back to be the same it was ten years ago. I can feel it. My body feels different when I don´t take the medicines they give me . It gets worst" I looked at the glass he was holding.

John smirked.   "It can be done.  Your body is going through withdrawals and going back to it's normal state.  That is what your feeling you silly girl."  I shook my head I wanted to kill john and Dimitri.

"Can we talk about that later ? I don´t really feel in the mood to discuss that " I sighed. There was another thing I urged to know " Did Drake hire you ? And does he know about what you´re planning?" If he had hired him, it meant that he still cared for me, which I hoped he did , despite of everything.

I wasn't listening anymore. "Well not exactly hiringe. I found him once I heard about the situation. But he did ask me to help get you back. Not that you care tho. I read his mind all the time. I know his thoughts and he is pissed but in love." He sighed. "He didn't know my plan but I'm sure he knows now." John said pointing to the of the car."

"What ?!" I asked horrified as I watched to where he was pointing. "Did he hear all I said ? Why didn´t you tell me he was there?!... He was not supposed to know all of that " I whispered the last part . I had never wanted Drake to know that much about my past. It would make him suffer and maybe it made him regret to get involved with me".

John laughed. "Oh calm down he only heard a little he got pissed and blocked us out I can tell. And he is pissed at you he is pissed at me. Eden!" He smirked. "Like I said I know more than you think!"

"So, you can read his mind? What about mine ?" I asked , still looking the way he had pointed. I was distracted by the thought that Drake was in the same car as we were, listening to our conversation, or fragments from it.

John smiled. "I can but it takes a lot out of me to do so with the medicine still in your body. When you ran and you weren't taking the meds it was easier." I looked at where she was looking. "Your afraid he doesn't want you or regrets he decision of being with you."

I nodded "He would be in all the right to do that , though... What´s your name ? I don´t remember you from before. Have we met before?" I wondered that because of the way he talked about reading my mind during the time I had been with Drake.

"I'm john and no we haven't meant properly. I have been following you since you left the lab what 3 years ago?" I smiled. "I knew you were going to be my ticket to get close to Dimitri what I didn't know was you fell in love with a vampire that would be of great hell to my plan. He has more power than he thinks."

"Who are you referring to? Drake?" I asked a little confused. John´s plans sounded great , in theory, but he did not realize how hard they actually were to accomplish with total success.

John smirked. "Yes Drake! He has more power than anyone realizes. He will be the one to take Dimitri down he just doesn't know it yet.l. He laughed. "How do you think you and him ended up at that place you met at. That was my doing I lead him there without him knowing. What I didn't know was that the two of you feel in love. Which helped my plan greatly."


We came to the end of the road and I slowed down. I disguised my voice. "John sir we are at the end which way do I go?" I asked.

"Left". Was all john said.

"So you lead him to meet me? That´s just weird, all that plan you have. Do you think he will agree with your entire plan ?" I questioned.

John smirked. "Of course he won't. That's where you come in you need to make sure he does! It's for the best."

"I won´t make him agree with this , unless you give me all the details of that plan. For all I know , he does not want to see me again, so how could I convince him ?"

John laughed. "He wouldn't be here if he didn't want to see you. And as far asy plan goes I can't tell you everything. But if you want to have that life you had with him you will do as I ask."

"When do you think he´ll be willing to talk to me ?" I ignored his statement about me having to do what he asked. "I´m aware things won´t be the same between him and me from now on, yet I want to listen to what he´s got tell me"
