We flew long and hard in a v formation and every hour a dragon would fall back letting one of the other dragons take its place draco been the last to climb up front before we finally reached home

I smiled as the castle came into view.

I reached behind me and softly squeezed your arm. As i lean to the roght and draco follows my signal and leans to the right diving into a lazy circle to slow us down before landing in the courtyard. "draco we are gana have a serious talk later" i say as i climb down first and help unstrap you and help you down. I hear him growl and flare his nostrils but says nothing in return

Draco drops Lyra, not too hard but more than she's use to. She looks at him but says nothing to him. I looked at Max. "Should we leave you two alone so you can talk?"

"no its fine we will talk later. Im just alittle worried about how he took off knowing that you werent strapped in. And i know draco you were just trying to protect us but please warn us next time." I looked pver at lyra before saying "are you ok lyra?"

I smiled as Lyra nodded. I picked her up. "She doesn't understand why he dropped her, she's not used to him showing the other part. He's always gentle around her," I said with a pet to his nose.

"i think its because of me not been to happy with our takeoff i think i took him off gaurd when he felt the small amount of anger in my mind. But drako im sorry, i no wev had our fights in the past and i no you were just trying to protect us. So im sorry for been mad." He nods and softly presses his nose into my shoulder and then softly licks lyra trying to say sorry

She gives him a smile and likes his nose. She jumps onto his head and sits down. "You're forgiven."

I laugh and shake my head. "me and draco both have tempers but we rarely show them when we do its usually all out war between us and whoever we're mad at mostly eachother but we tend to push things aside and let it all go within a day or so."

"Good, I don't need you two fighting, not now," I said. Then I turned to him. "But we all need to get inside. Our wedding is tomorrow and the council wants us to start preparing today. The tailor will be here soon and he wants to see us separately about our chosen outfit so neither will see the other until then. Oh, and Danyelle said I have to sleep alone tonight," I said.

"alone except for lyra if she decides to stay by your side or move to us and sleep with draco." I said and draco stands up lowering his head so that you could grab lyra

I take her. "We shall see, she likes having both of us but tonight she can only have one," I said. "But she may go sleep with the other babies in the castle. She's done that too."

I nodded and draco heads off into the woods to hunt and i offer my arm as i walk to the front door. "but either way it will be the time of our lives." I said with a broad smile

"Exactly, they also need us to make sure that the decorations are what we requested," I said as I took his arm and followed him. "Oh, and we have to practice our vows today."

I blushed but nodded "yea. But i honestly think this is scarier than going into battle facing a thousand drow with half that numbet on our side and only 20 or 30 been dragon and rider." I say

"I know, trust me I'm pretty nervous myself. But I know I'm making the right decision so it gives me the courage to go on," I replied.

I smiled at him and kissed him cheek. "Alright, since the tailor is not here we should check on the decorations, we can practice our vows after the tailor comes," I said.
