Welcome to the Rednook Mental Institution. A place where you can let your freak flag fly. A place where your folks dumped you when they didnt want to deal with their certifiably insane kid, also a place (but not limited to) the crazies, the lairs, the suicidals, the short tempered, the bipolars, the depressed, the traumatized.. The list goes on, as it should. We're here to help you, and also to judge you because let's face it, it's a 'ucking mental institution. Don't take it to heart, everyone is off their rocker here, everyone has a story. So feel free to pick a room, pick a diagnosis, and tell us your story. There are two floors, the top floor is for men, the bottom floor is for women. You get to converse with each other in the common area, but are never aloud to be on each others floors unsupervised. This is a hospital for women and men from the ages of 18 to 25, please act your age, and don't be afraid to flaunt your sickness. On Wednesdays we have movie night, we all pack up and rent out a movie theater, watch a movie, throw popcorn, all that jazz. There is a courtyard and activities to do outside, as well as in, but no swimming. We don't need you fucks drowning each other. Which brings me to my next point, you absolutely cannot kill each other (that's rude) or yourself for that matter. We may be crazy but we still have manners. You meet with the therapist once a week and take the pills we subscribe to you every day. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask Dorthy, our head nurse. I stopped in my tracks and matched the face with a name. "yeah that's me. And no I don't need help. I'm fine all on my own." I quickly fussed at Evil for being so rude. It seemed she didn't want to get close to anyone. I quickly took over and smile politely at Eric. "sorry I meant I'm fine, just really bored."

Diagnosis: Panic disorder with agoraphobia, hears voices

Bio: Used to be a very outgoing person, but something happened, something that she has repressed, that changed that. She was always afraid for some reason, always thinking something bad was going to happen. Since she has had issues with locked doors really small spaces. Once that started, she started hearing voices. She never thought they were "in her head" like her parents said. Because she didn't feel safe she never moved out of her house. Her parents were tired of her staying inside all the time and made her go outside last week. She went to the library, a place she had always loved, but she didn't make it. On the way a young man approached her, simply wanting to know the time. Before he said anything, she started screaming and cowering. The police were called, and they recommended Rednook. Here she was, a place with locked doors and small spaces. She got here an hour ago, and she was already feeling paranoid. They even took her headphones so she couldn't listen to music!

I looked around the new place, mostly looking at the people. They all looked like they could hurt someone, and would if provoked. "and they are all staring... right... at... YOU!" I turned around, ready to look for the voice when I remember that she was in a corner. No one seemed to have talked. I sank to the floor, putting my head in my arms on my knees.

I blushed as about 30 mins go by and we finish up and come outnof the closet. "god that was amazing i havent had sex like that in over a year." I say with a big smile feelling satisfied for probably a good week. Before i needed to go again i thinknin my head

"Well Just let me know and I'll figure out some way for us to do it again." I said softly and kissed her cheek. "Anyways off to the library so Dorthy can find us there. Don't want to be found out that we lied to the attending."

Jess shrugged "more frightening than Sherlock but he does have some good mysteries up his sleeve. " she said "well.. Here we are, if you have any questions, ill be around.." She said and started to walk away


"I see. I sometimes read his stories. I just have to be in the right mood." I replied before she walked away. She was kinda cute. But she was staff and I was a crazy. I sighed as I looked at the spines of the books.

I nodded and smiled blushing alittle as we headed to thr library and i sogh softly as intry tonfind somthing i might be interested in tho not exactly sure whay bc its been years since iv read and sigh softly

"This the library. The place of bookness. You can actually check out books if you want. You just have to give Jess the Librarian your info. You can do research but she or someone else has to take your notes."

I nodded "its been a very long time since iv found any pleasure in books probably since inwas 10." Insaid to him liking him but nut trusting him or anyone else here

"I see. Well maybe you'll find pleasure in books again. They don't show much on the TV in the TV room."

"wish i had a nice sharp knife right now" i say as i find a tablr and sit down sighing loudly

"when im bored i tend to cut as well as watch porn all day and well yiu get the idea of what indo all day." I say as i look up at him and smile lightly

"I see. I loved having a shroom or pot high. Have some good food on hand. Some booze and pretty girl to top it all off and I was in heaven."

"never got intonthe drugs but i did go either way as far as sex went even both at the same time felt amazing." I said and smiled big. "but i doubt il be able to watch porn all day long and cut whenever i wanted whereever i wanted toncut anymore not until inget out of this hell hole

"like what?" I asked almost regretingnthenquestion butnthinking its better to find out now then to end up punished for stupid shit.

Jess walked up to the two patients walking in and smiled "can I help you with anything?" She asked

Eric swallowed and gave her a polite smile "trust me.. I know what it's like to be bored in this place.." He said and looked around "you wanna play cards, or dominos, or something?" He asked looking down at her

Dorthy saw the new girl sitting in a corner looking panicked, so she approached her slowly "you alright, dear?" She asked

"honestly idk cus its been way 2 long since iv read any books so idk what to get into anymore." I say holding back whay else i wanted to say wich lrobably would have offended the chick.

I shrugged my shoulders. "I guess so. Cards would be fine."

Instead of going to the dorms i found myself in front of the library. i sighed and went inside surprised that it was this huge. i didn't like to read but the library seemed empty and no one would bother me. i took a corner and laid down on a couch closing my eyes. i had to keep a clean record if i wanted out soon, and i only could do that by staying away from people.

I was trying to tour her around the library but then she left my side suddenly.

As I looked at the books I came across an interesting one. I took it off the shelve and opened it. Reading the first few pages.

I felt someone near me looking through the shelves i opened my eyes and saw a guy taking out a book i sighed and closed back my eyes

Jess nodded politely "well feel free to look around, I'm here if you need me." She said and roamed around the library.

Eric laughed softly "we don't have to.. It was just a suggestion."

I eventually snuck up into the boys corridors just for the thrill of it. It was absolutely not allowed, which is why it should be done by me ATLEAST once a week.

I felt more movement around me and growled sitting up and looking around. i saw a cute girl wandering around the library and decided that this place wouldn't be the right one to isolate myself. but i couldn't find my way to the dorms so i stayed there trying not to make eye contact with anyone. i wasn't crazy, my brain functioned good enough, i didn't have to be here! i hated to be around people but it didn't mean i should be here! i growled at the thought of it and kicked a book that was on the floor next to me

I went off and decided tonhit fiction tonc if i could find anything that would easily turn me on enuf to have a little fun later tonight when we were on lock down

I found a few more books I liked and went to find Jess. So I could check them out.

Jess saw the man from before approaching her "You find one?" she asked watching him

I roamed around the boys dorms, ignoring the stares and whistles. Maybe this was a bad idea. Any one of these insane men could grab me and pull me into their rooms, rape and kill me. I started to get nervous.
