Rayla was at one time in love with Nick. They both were a really good couple, really close. Then it was like someone took that image and ripped it. He became mean and distant and a little controlling. Rayla isn't sure if he noticed this, but she wonders if this may be why he left her. For a long time she was heartbroken, but 5 years later she meets Jack. Now Nick is back and she has decide who she loves.

"Because I thought you were funny, and our friends set it up."

"They thought I would be good for you, and make you open yourself up. But they admit their mistake," I sighed,

"maybe they were right, just chose a bad time."

"You not an easy person to change. You hate it more than I know."

"yeah change has never been my favorite thing." I admitted. "I've been through it too much as a kid, so whenever I feel there's a change I get scared. But to be honest when I was with you, I felt like I could actually change, but then I started second guessing myself and I guess that's what made me push you away."

"Yeah, and now I see why you don't want to be so open in love. You get hurt too much. But it's a good lesson, and I needed to learn it. Now I can't make a mistake and fall on my face." I said,

"Yeah, so now I don't show my feelings. And if jack starts to fall for me, he'll get crushed. So right now is the best time to break up."

I looked at it and saw it was a text from Raven asking to come over. I debated in my head if I wanted to or not. I was never one to turn her down, but with Rayla here it just didnt seem right to leave her alone. So I replied back that I couldn't come today.

"Yeah," I said.

"Yeah, we were good at that," I said. I remembered our main entertainment was make out sessions. I blushed bright red and turned away to hide it.

I kept my face hidden until the blush was gone. Then I started to watch TV.
