I smiled. “We are having a baby lily! I love you so much. God I’m the luckiest man alive. I can’t wait to see this scan, oh no do you think ash will get jealous?” I felt bad that was our baby too.

I laughed “yeah well Ash is still number one.” I smiled, yawning. “I’m nervous about the scan, but looking forward to it.”

I looked at her. “Why are you nervous is there something wrong?” I was now scared and nervous too.

“No, just nervous that’s all.” I shrugged. “Are you feeling ok? Should I get the doctor?”

I smiled. “I’m good really I’m just so happy to see your beautiful face, I didn’t like hearing you cry. You cried a lot baby it was killing me all I wanted was to hold you.”

“I cried everyday, it was hard to see you with all the wires for so long.” I sniffed, running my fingertips over his. “I’ve pretty much moved into the apartment, my clothes and makeup are everywhere.” I laughed a little

I smiled, “Good I want you there with me.” I kissed her head. The doctor came in and was shocked I was up. “From everything we have done you look to be good! You took a little longer to come out of it but it was better for you to rest. If you don’t have any questions beside when can you get out of here then I’ll
Be on my way. You can leave in two days maybe one!” He left and I just smiled till Noah burst in the door.

“Lily mum had the baby well dad had to deliver the baby in the car in the way but they are here now!”

“What!!” Oh my god. I jumped up and raced to Noah “what did she have?! Oh don’t tell me, I will see soon enough.. Jesus, is dad in the bed beside her?” I grinned back to Gunnar.

I smiled. “Go on Baby I’ll be okay here tell them hello from me and I can’t wait to meet the newest family member.” God I couldn’t wait till she started to show I bet she is going to be beautiful and I hope we have a girl who looks just like her.

I walked around to the maternity ward, pausing as I felt a pain in my lower stomach. I ignored it, and kept walking until we reached dad and mum. “Congratulations.” I said as Noah held up balloons and I with flowers. “What a way to be born! On the side of the road being caught by dad.”

I laid there having a funny feeling maybe I shouldn’t have told lily to go, but I knew she would want to. But I just couldn’t shake this feeling.

I held Lenny, my new brother and grinned “he’s so small.” It felt strange, to think I would have one of these soon. After leaving I went to the bathroom, and then I ended up in a room with a doctor telling me I was having a miscarriage. That there was nothing they could do to stop it. I was in shock. When I came back to Gunnar, I was quiet and afraid of what he would think. “mum had a boy, he’s so cute.” I said sitting down on the bed and curling into his side.

I smiled. “Awe, that’s good I think we are going to have a baby girl and she will have her uncle to kick anyone’s ass if they mess with her.” I kissed her head. “How’s your mum doing?”

Tears filled my eyes as I held him tighter after hearing what he said “there’s no baby anymore.. I lost it. The doctor checked and there’s nothing they can do.”

I held her. “What do you mean, you just told me everything was fine? Then you leave an snow there is no baby? Our baby?” I was so confused. I didn’t know what to do or say. I just wanted to sleep again

“I had a pain, and went to the bathroom, I was bleeding.” I couldn’t look at him. I could tell by the tone of his voice he hated me

“Oh.” Was all I said. “Ba- lily I’m really tired and my head is starting to hurt can you get the nurse I need some pain meds.”

Wow. I sat up, nodding. “I’ll let you rest.” I couldn’t have felt worse than right now. I got the nurse, and just told Noah I was going home to dad and mums, it was clear Gunnar blamed me.

Noah walked in behind the nurse “Lily is heading home, she’s tired. Is everything ok? Did you two have a fight?”

I sighed and looked at him. “No, my head is hurting and she just told me something that, makes me just wish I didn’t wake up yet.” I looked away I was so lost now. Why would she just leave like that does she blame me shit she was probably under so much stress because of me, “it’s my fault she lost our baby.” I said a little above a whisper completely forgetting Noah was there.

Noah frowned confused “what?” Their baby? Clearly he had forgotten about her rape and pregnancy. Did he not know she got rid of it. “Umm, she had an abortion.. I thought she told you that.. she just wasn’t ready for kids and really wants to focus on school.”

My head snapped to his. “Get out please I want to be alone.” She lied to me. She killed our baby and lied to me. I sighed I sat here telling her I wanted to get married. I felt like a fool. When Noah didn’t move. “I’ll call security if you don’t leave Noah.”

“What’s your problem? Are you really that mad she’s nt pregnant?! She’s fucking 17, sat by your side this whole time and this is how you treat her?!” He stood abruptly “maybe it’s better you stay away from her. Clearly you just want her to not have a life.”

I couldn’t look at him. I was upset. I wonder how he would feel if someone he loved killed their unborn child. Shaking my head I called the nurse in I needed sleep and I needed help getting it. The next day my dad came in and said we could go home. So he took me back to my empty apartment. I sighed and looked at him. He decided to stay a few weeks to help me out. I told me to not let anyone in even lily. I had to figure out what to do. I didn’t answer my phone or or even look at it.
