I came back from college for mid term break.. not being home for 3 years. And in that time, my body developed and I went from being the curly chubby haired geek to the total opposite. I mean, my parents hardly recognised me. So imagine when I go out with my old friends and meet a total babe, we hit it off instantly and soon ended up back in his bed.. unbeknown to both of us that we were going to be having a family dinner together Sunday night with my parents!!

I looked at her. “Maybe I am because your not including me in on these things! They are very important to me I told you I want to go to everything, and instead of listening to me you listen to your mum. I’m sorry if you feel I’m being a jerk but maybe you need to take a step back and look at everything from my view princess! I feel like I’m not important enough for you to share things with, I feel as if you only want to have sex with me, that you don’t want a relationship with me. I told you communication is important and yes princess you have been shutting me out, I can work anytime I can rearrange anything so I’m there for you and our anyway you want me but I want us as a family.”

“Stop calling me princess.” I sat humiliated at the fact probably everyone in the cafe has heard this. “I’m sorry you feel left out. She’s my mother, of course I will listen to her.. I haven’t done anything on purpose and instead of having a conversation about it, you left work with the intention of having a go at me while I’m with my mum for lunch. How is that fair?” I stood up no longer hungry mainly because I knew I was about to cry. My words soft and quiet as tears slipped “And to say all I want is sex.. screw you Kash.”

I nodded. I got up and grabbed her lightly. “So if your mother tells you to ignore me and tells you that I’m wrong for you, that’s it I won’t have a chance with you I- I don’t have a chance do I?” I was hurt she was hurt. I felt the tears run down my cheeks but didn’t care. “I love you Abigail.” I kissed her lightly and then walked away. She would never except us if her parents didn’t. That I saw now.

He overreacted big time. I thought I was hormonal, Christ he was worse. Didn’t he see that I was here with him, wanting him even if it meant going against my parents. I was already choosing him. I fished shopping with mum, ready to go home. I was so tired and just couldn’t keep fighting with him anymore. I laid in bed trying to figure out what to say. I’d go too Hawaii and enjoy the girls trip there, trying to put aside my own issues until once I was back. - I’m leaving in the morning. I think we should both use this week to think about us. We’ll talk when I’m back. -

I sat there in my office at home starring at the message if she thought I had to think about us then she didn’t know me. I typed out message after message. Not sending one till I finally said the truth. -I don’t need to think I know what I want I want us, have a good time love you- I waited but nothing came back so I finished my work and laid down.

- I love you- I sent at 1am, I hadn’t been able to sleep and figured I’d sleep in one I fell asleep anyway. I was hungry, so I got up and dressed, driving to go and get mc Donald’s.

Laying in bed alone without her sucked. I got up and went to the balcony it was late and I grabbed my phone once I heard it beep. -why aren’t you sleeping?- I wondered if she was having as much trouble as I was.

I couldn’t text and drive, so I ordered my food and waited in drive through to pick it up and decided to just call “I was hungry-“ I began to say as the woman handed my order over “one large burger fries and coke, an icecream and 20 mc nuggets.”

I couldn’t help but chuckle. “It’s okay would you like to stop by here I can’t aleep either and I really just need to hold you.” I said meaning it to I needed her in my arms.

“I guess, it’s better than hiding out in my room doing nothing like usual.” I pointed out. Putting him on speaker as I drive into the road. “I miss being held by you.”

I smiled. “Okay Beautiful Let’s get off the phone so you can focus on driving yourself and our son safely here I’ll see you soon door is unlocked.”

I finished the food on the drive to his house, full and finishing off my icecream as I knocked on his door and opened it “honey, I’m home.” I called out with a light grin. “Why are you up anyway, you should be asleep.”

I stood and walked over. “I find it hard to sleep without you next to me.” I kissed her cheek. “I’m sorry about earlier. I was a jerk, I just feel like I’m going to loose you or miss out on things.” I pulled her hand over to the couch and sat pulling her on my lap. “I love you Abigail.”

I straddled him, resting my head against his “You’re not going to loose me. Nor will you miss out on anything. I guess when mum said it was just a quick check up and that you don’t need to be there, I didn’t think anything of it but From now on I’ll tell you about the appointments I have so you can be there with me.” I cuddled up closer to him “I can’t sleep either lately. You told me it would be best if I was home but my dad hasn’t spoken to me. He’s always so angry and I just stay in my room most the time. Mums acting like this is her baby and telling me I have to have certain things abd half of them I don’t even like, I feel like I don’t get a voice. That I’m not even allowed to have the type of nursery in my house because I’m young and know jhang.”

I sighed. “If you want to stay here anytime you can or if you want your own place I will help you out anyway you want. You shouldn’t have to feel that way Beautiful. Just tell me what I can help with!” I kissed her head happy she was here. Pissed at her parents though.

“But you said I had to be at home with my parents.” I whispered. “I don’t want to be there anymore. I’ve been looking at rentals.”

I smiled. “Beautiful I’m not your parent you don’t need to listen to me, I suggested you to live with them and try to work things out but I don’t think it’s healthy for you or our son if your so unhappy. I will repect whatever you choose to do.” I kissed her soft lips and moaned. “My place is always opened and you can always call my place our place.”

“Living together?” I asked pulling back slightly “I didn’t think you’d want that. I’d love to be here with you, and be able to have just one nursery to do and then we’ll be able to come home together from the hospital so you can help with it all..” I looked at him nervously “would you really want that?

I smiled. “Of course as long as you are happy that’s all that matters, I have two extra rooms, we can make one the nursery and you can do it however you want. The other can be yours for whatever you need whether it’s just for your own escape or if you actually want to sleep in there but I would rather call my room ours!” I kissed her.

“I have one question first, just because I’m a girl and over thinking.. how many women have been here?” I asked running my fingers through his hair before climbing off his lap.

I looked at her. “Honestly, do you remember Caley? She was my only actually girlfriend that has been around you and she is the only one that has been here.” I pulled her back to me. “That was back when you were 8 years old.” I didn’t want her upset and I wasn’t going to lie either. All the others which aren’t much I always went to there place because they didn’t mean anything.

“That was long ago, I don’t actually remember” I didn’t, it was ten years ago. “This is going to sound weird but I want somewhere fresh and new to live, your house is nice but it’s very bachelor like, and not child proof, the baby will fall right off the floating staircase” I rubbed my stomach, leaving my hand there as I felt kicks

I smiled looking at her. “Okay so let’s find a new house one we can call ours!” I kissed her and then placed my hand on her belly. “He is strong.”

“He is really strong.” I smiled up lovingly “and I won’t move in until we have a house. But I will visit all the time and you still owe me a date.”

I laughed. “I owe you more than a just a date.” I loved her so much. “How about tomorrow I take you out to dinner and maybe a movie or a walk around the park?”
