Your dads best friend is definitely not the type of man you should be attracted to, or even think about. But when he's only 35 and single, not to mention completely hot, it's hard not to let your eyes wander.. my parents had me when they were young, a accidental teen pregnancy.

I came back from college for mid term break.. not being home for 3 years. And in that time, my body developed and I went from being the curly chubby haired geek to the total opposite. I mean, my parents hardly recognised me. So imagine when I go out with my old friends and meet a total babe, we hit it off instantly and soon ended up back in his bed.. unbeknown to both of us that we were going to be having a family dinner together Sunday night with my parents!!

No way she was doing this to me. “If I remember correctly I was there when you told him your decision was to end the pregnancy, I bet you didn’t try to even reach out and let him know. Your not the person I thought you were.” I got up throwing money on the table to cover the whole damn check and some. “Have a great life!” I said to them all and walked out.

I rolled my eyes, getting up from the table and walking out to go after him. “Don’t you dare come here and speak to me that way!” I half yelled across the street as he walked over to his car. “You don’t get to treat me like shit because you’re in a pissy mood.”

I walked back over to her. “I don’t get to do anything do I? I don’t get to know your still pregnant? I don’t get to know I’m going to be a father? I don’t get to know what the hell the woman I love is doing god knows what? All while I work myself to death thinking of her and the child I thought I’d never have, all the while I sat at home alone pushing my best friends away because I lost the one true person I thought I knew would never lie to me or hurt me!” I was so mad she didn’t get it. “I gave you what you needed you never once tried to contact me, I tried Hell I drove up here several times but couldn’t see you because I didn’t know your schedule. I didn’t know where you lived. I tied calling and it always rang busy like oh maybe someone blocked me! Wonder why oh because you did block me! You lied and kept this from me but I have no right to be pissed do I?”

“Do you want to go and tell my dad, that you fucked his innocent little daughter.. that you had her in ways no man ever had.. that you were stupid enough to blow in her and knock her up.” I pushed against his chest “Yeah I blocked you because every day I wasn’t with you, broke me” I blinked back the tears “I wasn’t keeping anything from you, I was protecting you because the second I tell everyone you’re the father my dad will kill you.. my mum will think you groomed me and forced yourself.”

I looked at her. “Is that how you feel too? That I forced you into this?” I was really hurt. “Because really I don’t give a fuck what anyone thinks only you? Don’t you get that? Don’t you understand your my everything!”

“I think I can’t do this and you can go back to whatever girl you’ve taken to bed.” I rolled my eyes and turned around “I’m not doing this shit tonight. This went from the happiest day to the absolute worst.” I noticed my parents walking out and looked at them “Kash wants to tell you something.” I gave him an out to tell them right here and now, to see if he would be so stupid to admit and loose me forever.

I glared at her. “You want me to tell them?” She was pushing me. “I will!” I said so they couldn’t hear me yet. “If this is what you want I’ll do it, but I won’t be pushed from our child’s life!”

“I’m feeling tired.” I ran a hand through my hair. “I’m going to bed, thanks for dinner. I’ll see you tomorrow.” I walked to my car, fuming mad as I drove to my dorm.

I shook my head. “I’m tired too you two have a good night.” I turned walked back across the street got into my car and took off. As I got in my room I tried to text her -if you get this we need to still talk about things, I want to be in our child’s life, call me text me cowm to the hotel room 1022 I don’t care just we need to talk- I sighed hoping she got it.

Her dad wasn’t convinced and asked for the security footage to be sent to him of the night his daughter was at a friends, he had heard whispers that she left with a man and if this guy was the father of her baby he would pay him a visit.

I knocked on his room door, standing to the side so he couldn’t look through the peep hole. I had a bag of chips and called out higher pitched “room service”

I walked to the door and didn’t see anyone. Odd I almost walked away when another knock sounded. I opened the door and saw her. “Hey you got my message!” I waved a hand for her to come in. “I’m sorry, for blowing up on you, I was just so shocked. I understand your reasons but I still had the right to know to make those choices myself you know? And Abigail beautiful I will always choose you.”

“I was going to go through with it. I had the appointment booked but seeing the baby’s heartbeat, I couldn’t take a human life like that.” I whispered. “I wanted to tell you but mum said you were dating so I just needed to block you from my life.” I looked towards the bed and at him again “it’s a boy by the way.”

I looked at her. “I’m not Not was I ever dating or screwing anyone! Why would she say that?” I looked at her belly. “She knows! She said something to me at the hospital she has to know that’s why she lied.” I sat down on the bed and ran my hands through my hair. “A boy, I was hoping for a girl.” I smiled “Have you picked a name yet?”

“I haven’t had time to plan anything for a baby or let alone think of names. I move in a week, I’ve been busy.” I ran my hands over my stomach and looked at him “why haven’t you ever married or had kids? Do you like being with random women?” I sat beside him with a sigh.

I laughed. “Why is it you think I’ve had so many woman? Seriously I haven’t had that many I mean no more than 20 I know your thinking I’ve been with a lot more but I havent. I never married or really dated because I’ve never felt a connection till that night with you. It was so much more. I don’t know how to explain it. Never had kids because I was always careful again except with you.” I put my arm around her. “There is just something about you, I can’t get you off my mind.”

“Kash open up.” Her dads knocked again.

I looked up at her. “Shit. What do we do?” He kept knocking and I didn’t want her upset.

“Maybe he won’t know you’re here if we’re quiet.” I whispered, my heart in a state of panic.

“I found the security tape of when she was meant to be with her friend, she was damn well in the club. Fuck I’m thinking that’s when she met this guy. We can see her dancing with someone and drinking but he’s face is hidden.” He said and realised the door was unlocked. He turned the handle and walked in. “I’m fucking pissed... Abi what are you?” Confusion swept over as he seen his daughter sitting on the bed and his best friend on his knees with his hands over her belly. Then it clicked “You fucking bastard!!.” He thundered “it’s you! What did you do to my daughter you sick son of a bitch!”

I stood blocking Abigail from him. Shit he was so pissed. “Calm down we don’t want Abigail upset!” I said as calmly as I could. “Let’s talk about this I’ll tell you everything!” I saw his fist coming but let it happen I deserved it. “Feel better! Can we actually talk now?”
