"it better be more than a peck otherwise you're sleeping out here all night." I leant in, my forehead to his as I brought my arms around his waist.

"You'll see it tonight when it's all done" i smiled taking her hand and leading her to the kitchen downstairs. "Just be patient" i pulled a chair out for her "oh and you have to wear the dress you put on last night" i grinned and called out for serena.


Serena was still on the phone with Noah "looks like mason is back. It's lunch time, get some rest i'll call in a couple hours if you want. Or you can call me when you wake up"

"really?" I asked growing more curious. "if you insist, then ok. What about Willow?" I started following him down the stairs "does she get to see this surprise, or will she be fast asleep"

[Demona]

"She'll be here with Serena who burnt my feet this morning" i grinned "it's a night just for you, but i'm sorry to disappoint. She won't need her earplugs."

[melbender]

"oh? So no sex then." I grinned "I guess I've gotten used to the lack of."

[Demona]

I was satisfied with her response. I leaned in and kissed her softly "eat" i gave her her plate and started eating just as serena came out. She sat silently as far away from me as possible and eated without saying a thing.

"Im glad you ordered." i said enjoying my meal, i held Willow in one arm and ate with my free hamd. ""we should get it again." i noticed Serena and just laughed

[Demona]

I took Willow from lily as i finished eating before her. "Hey you, you're happy aren't you? You need to promise me you'll hate your aunt serena. She's no good to you"

Willow smiled big at him, her hand reaching up to touch him. "mason!" I scolded lightly "you can't teach her things like that."

[Demona]

I chuckled "well looks like she agrees! Eh serena?"

"Fuck off!"

I looked at her raising an eyebrow. I was just teasing her and never have i heard her use the f word. "Thanks sister. You're an angel" i put willow in her swing and got up "i'll go finish my work outside, be ready at 7" i kissed her cheek and walked out.

"Omg! Did i just told my older brother to fuck off? Oh dear!"

I giggled "I like this version of you Serena. And I'm surprised you haven't told Noah to yet either." i laughed smiling big. "so masons up to something, and I have to dress up like I did last night.. And he said you won't need earplugs."

[Demona]

"Either he's not fucking you, or you two are spending the night in a hotel or something" she shrugged "i can never say that to Noah. You know he has a temper? Just like your dad. Sometimes he scares me even if his anger isn't directed at me" she smiled "i miss him"

[melbender]

"Noah is very scary, he and i used to fight and he would pull my hair, he once slammed me into a wall and dad went ballistic" i giggled. "he was grounded for a week. I'm glad Mason isn't like that. we haven't really fought, probably last night was the biggest we've ever had."

[Demona]

"Seriously? That was your biggest? You don't fight on little things?" She was amazed.

[melbender]

"Umm well.." i lowered my voice, "please don't tell anyone, especially noah this coz we don't talk about it much and noone knows, but mason and i were pregnant just after we moved in together, and he wanted me to get rid of it. we had a huge fight and i stormed off to the doctors. He ended up following me, but when we had a scan, i'd lost the baby. and that's our last fight."

[Demona]

"Wow! That's a lot to take in." She whispered looking at her hands "i know my beother is a good man lily i do, but i stillcan't get how you forgave him so easily. He broke your heart! If noah stood me up like that i don't think i'll be able to speak to him again"

[melbender]

"I know and I don't think I've forgiven him. I haven't told my parents what happened. Im too humiliated by it. But he smiles at me and its my weakness." i groaned, "I thought he was going back to work today and it's made me realise that I don't like who he was becoming, I won't stay with a man who isn't there for me. But mason is willows father and I can't just leave "

[Demona]

"You're right. Youcan't just leave. And did he end up going to work? Coz if he did i'll slap him myself"

[melbender]

I smiled shaking my head "he went to the store to grab some things for outside. He's been working in the backyard all day, planning a surprise." I couldn't wait to see what it was. "I'm surprised you didn't go with Noah? You aren't working yet so how come you didn't go?"

[Demona]

"No i'm working but i asked Emily if i could stay with you for a couple of days. And he didn't ask me to go, maybe your parents want him to just focus"

"probably, he's awfully distracted when you're near him." I laughed teasing her "Do you like your dad's girlfriend? She seems really nice." I glanced at the time and seen I had to get ready soon.

[Demona]

"She is nice! But i have to admit it's very awkward to see my dad waltz in her office as if he owns the place and he doesn't leave unless your dad calls him" she smiled "he's happy and it makes me happy"

[melbender]

I laughed, "oh my god your dad is crazy." I giggled, standing up with Willow "could you hold her while I quickly dress, mason better be in a suit because I'm not dressing up for nothing."

[Demona]

"Of course" she took willow and went into her room with her.

I had finished everything out and even got dressed in the bungalow near the pool where i had stashed a suit i bought this afternoon. It was 8 when i rang the bell holding a bouquet of flowers.

[melbender]

"are you expecting somebody?" i asked, rushing to answer the door. When I opened it,  I was clipping up the earring and fumbled dropping it as i gasped at the sight before me. "Well hello" I smiled, my heart racing. "I didn't expect to see you here."

[Demona]

I smiled "you look stunning" i wanted nothing but kiss her hard. But i didn't, instead i gave her the flowers "lilacs, they mean first love"
