"you wouldn't like me blonde? I really want to go lighter." I pouted, wishing he'd just say yes. I grinned at Serena "would you do it? Ive never had my hair coloured, only cut."

[Demona]

"Lily? I think i just said no? And you're still asking her to do them?" I raised an eyebrow putting my coffee aside. What is she doing exactly?

I looked at Serena, actually really excited about having lighter hair "Serena, would you really do it?" I asked, shooting mason a glance "I let you grow a beard, you should let me change my hair."

[Demona]

"That's not the same!" I had shaved my beard this morning leaving a stubble "and i shaved look!" But lily wasn't listening. Serena was already taking Willow and they head upstairs. "What the hell just happened?" I shook my head and went back outside to finish what i started.

I had my head bent forwards as Serena blew dry it, I was anxiously awaiting to see the results. "I thought mason would have caved in the door by now." I grinned as she turned it off and I stood back up, fanning my fingers through my hair. "be honest, does it look really bad?" I asked as I turned and stared into the mirror. My jaw dropped open.

[Demona]

"Holly shit lily!!! He'll make you die it back immediately!! You look gorgeous" serena jumped up and down happy with the result. "I just love it" she heard the front door closed downstairs "he's here, i better go to my room" she grinned and left lily alone.


I went upstairs to take a shower and when i went in i screamed. A girly scream. "Fuck" i ran a hand through my hair "so now you don't listen to me?"

"did you scream?" i asked with a slight laugh, very nervous. "and I haven't cut it, just went lighter.." I looked back in the mirror "do you like it?"

[Demona]

"I..." I was at loss of words "yes but...i just. Yes you're beautiful" i saw how excited she was. I took off my clothes and jumped in the shower.

I couldn't have a shower because my hair was just done. I sighed realising he hated it and I left the bathroom with a sigh "your brother is bipolar, it'll most likely be back brown tomorrow." I said to Serena.

[Demona]

Serena was on the phone with noah so she covered the speaker so he didn't hear her "it's Noah, i'll be out soon" she smiled at lily.


I finished my shower got dressed and walked down "lily? I'm going out for a while, i'll be back in an hour or so."

My heart broke. "ok" i didn't know what else to say. I felt stupid for giving in to him last night. He wasn't going to change at all. "I need to call mum, ask her something about Willow." I lied.

[Demona]

I nodded and leaned in to kiss her. I knew what she was thinking it was all over her face and i knew she was calling her mom to tell her how bad i become. I just sighed not feeling in the mood to argue. Kissing her one more time before i left.

I sat down by the window and held Willow, fighting back the tears as I cuddled her. Staring into her eyes my heart was ready to explode. "mama loves you so much." i whispered, calling my mum and as soon as she answered, I couldn't help but burst into tears.

[Demona]

I got a few things from the store for the final touches in the backyard. We never used it so it needed a lot of work. Unlike our front garden that i had a landscaper work on once a week. Maybe i'll make him work on the backyard too... I got into my car and texted lily "do you need anything from town before i get back?"

I swiped my eyes, reading the text "no I'm good." I put my phone down and went up to willows room to change her diaper and lay her in bed.

[Demona]

I got us lunch not wanting her to stand in the kitchen and worked. I went straight home and started putting the groceries away and set the table in the kitchen. I went upstairs and saw lily laying down with Willow. I smiled taking off my suit jacket and opened a few buttons of my shirt. "I got us food" i said walking to the bed to face her. And that's when i saw she had been crying. I sat next to her and took her hand "why were you crying?"

"because i thought you were going back to work" i sniffed, not wanting to cry again. "You hate my hair. You barely looked at me and then walked out. what am i meant to think"

[Demona]

I stroked her face and wiped away a stray tear "i didn't go to work. I promised you last night that i'll take the day off. I went to get a few things to finish the backyard, i want it to be perfect for tonight..." I played with ber hair and smiled "i don't hate it, i just need some time to adjust to it, you're blonde!" I chuckled kissing her lips gently "i love you lily i don't want you to doubt that. I love you no matter how you look or what you change in yourself. You just look sexier like that and i know if i can handle it"

Sexier? "mason if you want me to really change it then I will, but i feel so unattractive lately and I'll go back darker, I just wanted to do something spur of the moment." I reached out holding his hand "I love you so much. I didn't know you were working on the back yard, if you even call it that. We never go past the pool."

[Demona]

"No leave it like that for now. If i don't get used to it you'll change it back. And trust me after tonight you'll like the backyard more than our front garden"

"is that so," I grinned a little. "am I allowed out there now or are you still working?" I asked as Willow let out a little sigh, she opened her big eyes and found mason, looking at him before giving a big wide smile

"No still work...ing" i grinned "hey there beautiful" i picked her up playing with her a bit and gave her back to lily "i think i need an hour or so to finish completely. But we dhould eat before its completely cold"

"are we eating inside or out?" I asked, sitting up with her, making faces as she smiled more and let out a small gurgle of a giggle. "oh you're just the cutest!"

[Demona]

I looked at them feeling in love "i set the table in the kitchen. And no peeking to the backyard, i put up a curtain anyway so you can't see a thing"

I pouted. "that's not fair!" I groaned, looking back up at him, "I want to see what you've been working on all day."
