I looked at her then the rest. "You're pregnant?" I asked and she nodded. "We are having a baby?" She nodded again. "Holy shit we weren't even trying and now we are having a baby! Alex oh my god baby I love you so much!" I walked over to her in two steps grabbing her and kissing her . "We need to make a appointment like now!"

"We can't go to Europe." Was all I could think about. "I need to see the doctor.. what if it's a false positive? I.. oh god Derrick I'm terrified this isn't really happening." I didn't want to do a thing to risk losing this baby.

I pulled away. "Okay first things first we call the doctor and get in right away. Then we talk to the doctor about Europe and see what we should do. And I don't know much about false pregnancy test but you said you haven't been feeling wel so I doubt it's false. Now go sit and I'll make the calls." I was so happy an d could tell she was nervous and scared.

"Oh gosh baby, I am beyond nervous." I smiled "and excited but not too excited because I don't want to get my hopes up after he last times."

I smiled . "Go relax." I kissed her and smiled as I walked out and she was laying on our bed I grabbed the phone and called getting us in right away.

As we sat and waited for the doctor I kissed her. "I love you regardless okay!"

"You indeed are pregnant, around 9 weeks." He ran his eyes back over her file "IVF was done 10 weeks, it didn't take but you fell pregnant nuturally a week later." He smiled. "Rest and take it very easy. You can work but not spend too much time on your feet, it's best if you keep the pregnancy stress free."

"We have a trip booked in 8 months."

He chuckled "you won't be going with your due date being around that time."

I smiled . "That's fine by me." I kissed her not caring the doctor was there. "Baby we are pregnant!" I was so happy and I got her pregnant not the IVF! I may be old but I still got it.

I was so happy, and when we arrived home I was crying happy tears. "I know you must be sick of me talking about babies and being pregnant, you've done it before so I get that you might not be as excited but I feel so happy right now, i can't wait to grow a belly and experience everything." I was going to do nothing to jeopardise this.

I smiled. "Baby I am so excited about this I'm so happy too." I leaned over and kissed her. "You're going to be the sexiest pregnant woman ever."

I couldn't help but wonder is that what he said to his ex, and how he acted with her? Smiling I wrapped my hands around his waist and held him "best first wedding anniversary present ever."

I smiled. "It is the best. I can't wait to so you round with our baby." I kisse dher hard. "We need to make sure to keep all the stress away and keep you rested."

"I'll try." I laughed, leaning against the kitchen counter "what about the holiday? We could go earlier? Or even just you go with your kids. I don't want them to miss out when they're so excited."

I sighed. "There is no way I'm going with you being pregnant and maybe we can postpone it so we can all go and we won't need to worry about you being pregnant..". I looked at her and kissed her nose. "I think that's what we will do I'll call them and explain that we will still be going but it will need to wait a month or two after the baby is born."

"Derrick, I'm no expert but I'm not really sure about travelling around with a newborn. I think you should go, if I have a ceaseran then I definitely won't be able to leave." I sighed knowing his daughter was going to be pissed.

"Then we will wait because Alex I'm am in no way going without you two!" I meant it and I don't understand why she was pushing this so much I loved her and our unborn child and I wouldn't miss anything.

"Derrick I get it." I said quietly. "You've done this before, the excitement of finding out you're going to be a father and watching your child grow through a pregnancy." God I hated feeling so jealous. "You don't have to pretend for my sake that it's something incredible. I'm experiencing it all for the first time, yourennot."

I was hurt. "That's what you think? Sweetheart this is just as exciting as when I found out about april. Every pregnancy is a miracle baby you know this as much as I do, the fact that we have been trying and trying and now we are I am so happy." I looked away from her its like now that she is pregnant she doesn't tend thsi old guy. "I love you more than anything Alex and it hurts to know that's what you think that I feel."

"I'm scared something will happen. I don't even want to work or leave the house in case something bad happens to the baby." I admitted. "I know it's stupid and I know I shouldn't feel jealous but I do. you said you want one baby, would you consider having another after this one?"

I smiled. "Of course I would I know I said that but trust me it was because I was in fear myself about getting older but I'm no longer fearing that because of you. You give me so much to be happy about I want it all with you.

"Just two babies. So this one isn't lonely growing up." I smiled. "You make me more happy than you could ever imagine, and you're not old. Stop thinking you are because you're 40. You're fucking hot and I don't care what anyone thinks, I like that you're older."

I smiled. "Two is good. But let's hope for the same sex because if they aren't they will fight like April and Tyler." (((Always forget his name I hinknits changed like 3 times now!)))

"Girls would be amazing, but all kids fight" I smiled. "I'm not going to lie, picturing you holding our baby turns me on a little." But I couldn't have sex with him, I was way to scared to even do that. "I need to call my mum!"

I smiled. "Call her when we get home and I'll make us some food. And don't worry if you want to stay home and not work it's fine I'm sure they will understand baby."

"No I would be letting them all down. I'll work but I'll be careful." I smiled. I called mum and she cried on the phone, so happy for us and was going to start knitting little baby booties. I came out later on and found him in the kitchen. "Mum is very excited for us." I started to tell him until his phone rang with Aprils ring tone.

I rolled my eyes at my phone. "I knew she would be! She is awesome we should invite her to stay later during the later months for you too." Ignoring my phone I let it go to voicemail only it rang again. "Hold on let me see what she wants." I kissed her and smiled. Rubbing her belly. "Hello April."
