A Girl moves to a new town after catching her husband in bed with her sister. She's 8 months pregnant and the soon to be ex husband wants nothing to do with either of them, finds her bigger body a turn off and signs over full custody of their unborn child. Girl leaves heartbroken and moves to a new quiet town and manages to find a small beach cottage to rent off a handsome man who lives next door in a mansion.

The man who owns the cottage is often working in his home office that looks out at the beach. He's in a relationship with a woman who loves to shop and never cooks, cleans. She is desperately waiting for him to propose but something is holding him back. He can't see the girlfriend has just been living off him and only wants the money he makes until he meets his new tenant who's got his interest and realises how horrible his girlfriend actually is. The girl, soon realises she's falling for the man next door.

The man and woman start to bump into each other more and when she goes into labour early, she finds herself at his door in the middle of the night asking for a ride to the hospital where she begs him not to leave her side... He soon finds himself thinking of kids and marriage.. but not with the girl he's currently dating.

"I know. I'm worrying over nothing." I smiled. This with us had been so good, I knew I was in love with him and fell more each day. Worrying that my ex would be there was silly, he wouldn't have the nerve to show up and my mother wouldn't be that awful.

I smiled and grabbed her hand as I drove off the address in the gps so she would have to tell me where to go. I decided on my SUV for the trip because of the snow and the comfort. "You need coffee or something to eat?"

"I'm good for now." I couldn't handle food.with my nerves right now. We only had to stop twice, to feed and grab food then we had arrived at my parents house. The snow was thick and I didn't miss the red Audi parked in their drive way. "I'm so sorry. I honestly didn't think he'd be Here" I choked out as my sister and ex got out of his SUV.

I looked over at her and smiled. "Don't worry I'm here if that start anything! Remember I won't let them hurt you again!" I said said leaning and kissing her. "Wanna wait till they go inside?"

"please." I whispered and kissed him once more. My insides tightened when I noticed Tim straight at us. He just turned and walked in the house. "let's go inside, my sister is not allowed to hold our baby either." I said not realising I called her ours for the first time.

I smiled "okay how about we we go ahead and go in and I'll get the stuff later. If you want I'll caring willow in. That way no one try's to grab her from you." I said and kissed her as I got out and got willow out. This was going to be very interesting her ex looked like a jerk who needed to be put in his place.

we walked inside and my brother was the first to notice us. He smiled walking over and gave me a hug then went to Sean "youre brave to show up, should be an interesting evening" he grinned "I'm Dan by the way. Sage has told me what you've done for her and Willow, you've got my approval already!"

I smiled at her brother. "It's nice to meet you to dan! I have heard about you! All good! And your right this evening should be interesting but I'll let you know I won't tolerate anyone hurting sage or willow!" I said the last part sternly.

I smiled leaning against him. I could tell Dan was impressed. "Dan who's out there?" mum called out as she entered the room with everyone else. "oh my look at my grand baby, she's so perfect." she said and then looked at Sean "you must be Sages friend." she said saying.the friend word with distaste.

I laughed and then smiled. "Actually I'm her boyfriend. There is a difference." I said and then looked at sage. "She is very special you raised two good children sage and dan!" Yeah I said it I don't care I'm not going to play into her little games.

Of course my sister appeared at this moment. Dragging Tim in behind her, "Sage! Oh god I'm so excited to see you, and you had the baby already?" her eyes narrowed on Tim's "you never told me that!" she snapped. Tim glared back "I never knew! She took off without a word!" I wanted to roll my eyes "Sean and I are going to my room, yes mother.we're sharing a room so don't bother."

"who the fuck is he and why is he holding my child sage!"

I held willow close as I glared at Tim! Oh we were going to have a talk! "I'm sorry but I believe my name is on her birth certificate and I believe I was there holding on to sage as she was in labour! So I believe that makes me her father!" I said not caring that the whole family heard and okay I'm not on the birth certificate yet but I will be!

"Shes got a father Tim. You're nothing to her, you became nothing the day you screwed someone else in our bed! You gave up all parental rights in the divorce, that's what you wanted!" I glared back "Sean's her father!"

"we will see about that princess!" Time said and walked off.

I shook my head. "Sage beautiful let's go and you can sit while Dan helps me unload the car." I turned to her family. "We had a long drive so I would appreciate it if you leave them alone. And I won't ask more than once!" I said as I looked at dan and he nodded.

my dad definitely approved of him. I went to my room and laid on the bed with Willow. I couldn't believe Tim would do this. I was so worried he'd take her from me.

Once we got our stuff inside and fan told me some things about sage as a child I couldn't wait to get up there and see her and willow. I knocked before entering and saw her laying there. "Hey beautiful I hope I didn't do or say anything to upset!"

I shook my head and pulled him down on the bed. "not at all, I find it extremely attractive that you're so possessive of me and protective." I grinned about tsk kiss him when I heard "oh Timmy! Yes! Yes! Harder!" coming.through our bedroom wall.

"Eww!" I said and looked at her. I kissed her and sat up. "That will get old fast! What is wrong with your sister?" I said as I looked at sage she looked sad. I pulled her into my arms. "You wanna go stay some where else?"

I shook my head. "its ok, it'll stop soon." I said trying to block it out. "its typical that they made a fuss over you and yet them two and what they done to me is no big deal. He's going to take her from me, from us and he knows I'll have no option other than to agree to his terms." the last thing I could afford was a decent lawyer and Tim knew that.

I pulled her closer. "You have me and I'm sure what he thinks, well that's all it is, is thoughts. Trust me I have more money than he does and I have a better lawyer plus think about it he already signed his rights over cheated on you with your sister. No judge in their right minds would give her to him. I won't let it happen! I know a lot of people it won't happen." I kissed her with all my passion for her.

My hands pulled him tighter against my body as I kissed him back desperately. He was amazing,  and I knew it was way too soon but I couldn't help letting the words slip out with a whisper as we kept kissing "I love you."

I starred at her. "Really honestly?" I asked knowing I loved her too. "I mean it's really soon but crazy enough I feel the same way about you!" I said and kissed her hard.

I pulled my head back and caught my breath. "I didn't want to freak you out with saying it, but I what I feel for you is so different to what I've felt before." I smiled running my fingers up and down his back "I haven't scared you off?"

I smiled. "Never beautiful! I don't think you could every your a amazing woman who is mine and who loves me like I love her!" I kissed her again as willow made a little noise I pulled away. "I love you to willow!"

"she loves you too." I smiled happily. "I'm going to put her to bed, and then kiss you some more-" the bedroom door flung open and my sister stood there scowling "dinners ready!"
