A Girl moves to a new town after catching her husband in bed with her sister. She's 8 months pregnant and the soon to be ex husband wants nothing to do with either of them, finds her bigger body a turn off and signs over full custody of their unborn child. Girl leaves heartbroken and moves to a new quiet town and manages to find a small beach cottage to rent off a handsome man who lives next door in a mansion.

The man who owns the cottage is often working in his home office that looks out at the beach. He's in a relationship with a woman who loves to shop and never cooks, cleans. She is desperately waiting for him to propose but something is holding him back. He can't see the girlfriend has just been living off him and only wants the money he makes until he meets his new tenant who's got his interest and realises how horrible his girlfriend actually is. The girl, soon realises she's falling for the man next door.

The man and woman start to bump into each other more and when she goes into labour early, she finds herself at his door in the middle of the night asking for a ride to the hospital where she begs him not to leave her side... He soon finds himself thinking of kids and marriage.. but not with the girl he's currently dating.

"Good because I don't think I would have been able to leave at least not leave your house or driveway for that matter. I would have slept in my car." I laughed then turned the light off and pulled her closer. "Good night my angel!"

The next morning, waking up in his arms was amazing. I heard Willow stirring, and quickly got up. Fed her, and then changed her. "Daddy," I grinned, placing her so she was lying on his chest and looking down at him with a big grin. "Time to wake up!"

I opened my eyes and smiled. "Mmm a lovely way to wake up!" I held onto willow and kissed her and grinned myself. "I need to get going tho and. Get some work done. I'll still be back for lunch if you don't mind."

"Yeah that's good," I smiled even though it upset me he was in such a rush to leave. "Don't worry about knocking, I probably won't hear the door." I said with a slight laugh.

I looked at her strange why wouldn't she hear the door. "Oh okay um. Well I love you and I'll be back." I said getting dressed and kissing them both. Once I got home I hated it. I got some work done and texted her. -how are things there?-

I smiled as I read the message and replied back -good. Miss you already- I was outside laying on a picnic blanket watching Willow kicking her legs and took a photo of us both to send him.

I smiled and laughed. -adorable! It's now my screensaver! I have a few things to get done then I'm heading over there. I don't like being away- i said and closed my eyes wishing I never left wishing I called her sooner wishing damn hell I just wished to be inside her right now!

-can't wait!- I text back and laid there until my brother came out and teased me about trying to sneak a boy in the house. Then he dropped the bomb thst he wood have to leave soon and go back to his home.

I finished up and headed out to sages and i being me packed a bag just incase plus my laptop so I could work from there the rest of the day hoping she wouldn't mind. I got there and sure enough no one answered the door and it was locked. So I called.

I answered the phone when he called and raced to the front door. "sorry, I'm outside and my brother must have locked the door when he left. Hows your day been?" i asked smiling

I smiled. "Shitty till I got here! I hope you don't mind I stopped at got lunch and I brought my laptop to work here." I said getting it all out. "Plus a bag in case I get lucky and you let me stay again!" I winked.

"oh I think Willow will let you stay another night." I laughed feeling giddy that he was back here. Reaching out before he could object, I took the bag of clothes from him and put it inside my room. "I have an office room, it's got a desk if you wanted to work in there?" i suggested admiring him.

I smirked. "I'd rather work where I can take a break and stare at the most beautiful woman." I said and watched her for her response.

a smile growling as I rolled on my heels and stood up on my tippy toes, lips almost brushing against his "in that case, we're outside laying on the grass." then I backed away and walked off.

Mmm she will be the death of me. But damn look at her ass as she walks away. I wanted her so bad. I didn't know how long I would be able to wait. I walked out and saw my little princess smiling. "I'm so going to not get anything done."

"I know, she's such a time waster but it's worth it." i smiled back half laying on the picnic blanket and patting the spot beside us "take a short break then you can work."
