A Girl moves to a new town after catching her husband in bed with her sister. She's 8 months pregnant and the soon to be ex husband wants nothing to do with either of them, finds her bigger body a turn off and signs over full custody of their unborn child. Girl leaves heartbroken and moves to a new quiet town and manages to find a small beach cottage to rent off a handsome man who lives next door in a mansion.

The man who owns the cottage is often working in his home office that looks out at the beach. He's in a relationship with a woman who loves to shop and never cooks, cleans. She is desperately waiting for him to propose but something is holding him back. He can't see the girlfriend has just been living off him and only wants the money he makes until he meets his new tenant who's got his interest and realises how horrible his girlfriend actually is. The girl, soon realises she's falling for the man next door.

The man and woman start to bump into each other more and when she goes into labour early, she finds herself at his door in the middle of the night asking for a ride to the hospital where she begs him not to leave her side... He soon finds himself thinking of kids and marriage.. but not with the girl he's currently dating.

I looked up at him and raised a brow "you do know I want to object and tell you that you're not paying for anything but I have a feeling you'd ignore me so I'm going to buy lunch."

I laughed. "I'm okay with that but don't get use to it! I like buying and paying!" I said holding the door opened for her. "So pick whatever and don't hold back or I'll go overboard!"

"honestly I don't need much, I was thinking of getting a breast pump. If you're planning on spending more nights with us, then you can feed her too." I skipped up at him as we walked into a baby store. An old woman stopped in front of Sean and smiled "oh she's beautiful. It's lovely to see fathers carrying around their daughters and I can definitely see a resemblance, such a beautiful family

I smiled and looked down at willow. "Not sure on that but I know how much she looks like you." I said to sage. "A breast pump that's sounds I'm erotic?" I said trying to figure out what the hell it was. I looked around and found a snow jumper for willow in her size. I grabbed one and held it up. "What color?"

I was still slightly embarrassed about what that woman had said to him. I looked over at what he held up and pointed to the light purple one "I like that one." I walked to the pumps and found one that seemed good and then wandered to the other clothes and blankets as a woman went over to Sean.

"can I help you at all? Oh wow, your daughter is just beautiful. Can I hold?" she purred

I looked at the woman. "I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable letting a stranger hold my daughter." I said as politely as I could. "And no I'm good I think I can manage." I said then went back to looking at the warm clothe.

I had to laugh as I walked over to them holding up a gorgeous little crotchet beanie "I see the real reason you wanted to come with us, a man holding a baby is definitely pick up chick material." I teased giving him a wink.

I shook my head. "The only thing I'm picking up is clothes for willow!" I said. Leaning and kissing her lightly. "Plus I want to spoil her and you!" I looked over and noticed all the women just watching me. I held willow out to sage and when she took her I leaned in to kiss sage.

I felt my cheeks tinging pink from the PDA. I wasn't used to having affection shown in public before. "your already spoiling us." I whispered against his mouth and kissed him back shyly.

I smiled into the kiss. "Is that okay?" I asked and pulled away noticing her blush and wanted to kiss her more just to see it more. "Your so beautiful!"

"you know I like you, I'm not expecting you to buy me everything. You've done so much more already and somethings money cannot buy" I didn't want him to think I was like her.

I looked at her curiously. "I know this but I like too. I like knowing willow has the best and you too sage you deserve the best." I said looking at more cloths and piling them up to get. "I'm about down here if you are we can go to another store or get something to eat?"

"I'm done also, shes getting spoilt by her da-" I cut myself off feeling mortified I.almost blurted that out. I was too embarrassed to look at him and kept my head down as I picked up a little soft rattle and went to the counter.

I smiled at her walking away. I paid for everything and walked back to the car. "Why are you embarrassed that you almost called me her daddy? I mean I already told that lady she was one and I feel like she is mine. I've been there since she was born!" I said not
Wanting her uncomfortable about it but if she was I would need to cool it a little.

he wasn't mad or annoyed? "I didn't want to make you uncomfortable and I know its soon but I see you as her father, and I feel like she looks at you and thinks the same thing. You act like one, I just didn't want you to think I was overly clingy."

I couldn't help but laugh. "Your so perfect for me! I was hoping I wasn't making you uncomfortable." Then I thought. "I'm not am I?"

"no you're not." I smiled taking his hand. "if we're both agreeing on the same thing, then I'm sure with how I feel. I'd like you to be in her life as her father." I said hoping he wanted that too or id just screwed this up completely.

I smiled. "Good because I wasn't planning it any other way." I said as I looked at her. "So eat or more shopping?"

"lets get the photos done then we can eat while they're being printed and we can get them later" I smiled kissing Willow on her head. "don't forget, I'm seriously buying you lunch. And it better be more than a salad" I smirked.

"Do I look like the kind of guy who eats salad only?" I laughed. "And that sounds good." I said pulling out to go to the photo store and I knew a place we couldn't walk to eat from there.

I was in love with the photo I was printing and was getting another done with a frame for his work desk. We walked and Willow was in the pram fast asleep. "Is Miss Lane missing you?" I asked glancing up at him. I couldn't believe how I got so lucky and ended up with him in my life and he was willing to be Willows father. I hit jackpot with him.

"Probably but it's okay she knows it's worth it plus it's giving her more time to nag Brian into finding a girl to settle with." I laughed more.

"she likes playing match maker," I laughed. "probably why she insisted I join you both for dinner that night." I said glancing up at him. "have you heard from her at all?" I asked quietly referring to his ex.

I shook my head "nevermind, I meant your other lady friend in your life." I said stopping outside a Cafe "is here a good place to eat?"
