When she got up, he was tempted to pull her back down for round two, but decided against it. He fixed his clothes as she did the same with her dress. He smiled at her and kissed the palm of her hand as she touched his face. "neither of us, can afford to be late." he said as he checked to make sure he had his keys and phone. As they walked towards the door he picked up his bag from the bottom of the steps and headed out.

She awoke hours later, well rested and for once happy. Maybe it was because she learned the truth about Justice or maybe because she hae spoken to him and he wasn't hurt. No matter she thought smiling as she got up and headed to the kitchen were she pooped thr pie in the oven and started on brewing the coffee

The night walker took off for his new victim of intrest, Bay. He figured he'd have a bit of fun with her before he got down to business. He roamed the streets in hope to find her.

Minutes later her pie was done. She took it out and let it cool while she read one of her new books. She ate and then got changee. Her work schedule was changed to the morning on the weekends so she had to hurry up amd change. Quickly she grabbed the keys and got in the truck.

As desperation clouded his mind, he mad the mistake of feeding from a woman during daylight. His thoughts hadnt yet caught up to actions. By doing so he gave something for Ricky and the others to go by. Feeling fueled the Night Walker continued his search for Bay, trying to make it seem like a coincident that they run into eachotheronce again. He needed her trust or a part of it, to get close to her and seal he deal.

Her thoughts flew to Justice cant helping to worry about him. She enjoyed las nights conversation a lot. But it wasn't the same as having him in front of her and being able to touch him and feel his skin against hers. Parking the truck she got out hoping that she could be with him even if it meant being captured

He wandered the streets and found a small restaurant and decided to go inside. It wasn't until he found a table that her scent filled his nose. Just his luck, he found where she worked without even trying. He sat and waited patiently to see her. He looked down at the menu that was on the table.

She made her way to the restaurant. Just in time she thought smiling as she put on her apron and grabbed her notepad and pen as she made her way to a table "Hello im your server. What can I get you?" She asked smiling kindly.

"um, yes can I get the special and a glass of water please?" he asked still looking at the menu. He already knew it was her, he just wanted it to seem like a surprise to them both. After taking a final glance over the menu he sat it down with a satisfied smile as if to confirm his order. He then looked up at her and his smile widen. "well isn't it my lucky day." he commented.

I wrote down his order not glancing at him until I heard him speak did I realize who it was. Oh god why me she thought forcing herself to be polite and give him a smile. "Hey there" she said looking at him in surprised "I didn't notice you were here. How are you?"

He gave her a friendly smile and a slight nod of his head. "I'm doing well thanks for asking. How about yourself?" he asked for good measures.

"Im fine" she said smiling "it was nice seeing you. I have to get to work. Enjoy your meal" She gave him one last smile before walking to the kitchen to place the order"

He gave her a final nod of his head as he watched her walk away. His eyes traveled the length of her body, enjoying the way her hips sway slightly. Images of the two together flashed across his mind and he quickly dismissed them. He wanted her soul and not her body. Though he wouldnt mind a night of fun with her before he killed her. It would add to the thrill of getting his wife back.

She could feel his eyes on my back as she made her way to the kitchen placing his order. I can make it through a day. Its not like she hadn't had admirers before. She was polite to them when telling them she wasn't interested. Hopefully this one won't be any trouble she thought as she made her way to another table and took the customers order.

He sat there in his seat entertaining himself by watching the people walk past the window, as he planned just how he'd take Bay. His eyes would travel to where ever she would be for a brief moment, just so he wouldn't seem too suspicious.

She relaxed when she would take the costumers orders. She at least had something to distract herself. She smiled politely at him as she made her way to the kitchen numerous times. Hurry and be break time please she thought looking at the clock.

he sat and waited patiently for food he really wasn't in the mood for. He then continued to plan his attack and seduction, if only shed stop being so closed off things would be a lot easier.

She dialed Rick. She couldn't help but get paranoid over something like this but she couldn't help think something bad could happen. "Hello Rick?" She said biting her lip hoping she wasn't intruding

Rick was walking around with his fiancé. He was on duty to watch over Bay while she worked. He did as he promised and staid away, far enough to not look like a stalker. He felt his phone ring and answered without looking. "Bay? Is everything alright?" he asked wondering why she was calling him while she was at work.

"Yes..no.. yes" she said sighting. "Its nothing its probably my paranoi. The guy I meet before he's here but its nothing... I was just a little creeped out by him... I could feel his eyes on me while I worked...I think its just me. Im sorry for bothering you"

"no, no this is alright. Better to be safe than sorry. I'm on my way just stay calm and continue working." He instructed. He and his fiance turned around an walked back to the restaurant they just passed.

"Ok thank you" she said hanging up before taking some deep breaths before going back to greeting customers. She smiled at them taking their order to the kitchen. She noticed he was still there. Maybe he wants to take his time eating she thought.

(Haha thanks. It wasnt until someone pointed it out that I realized it was the same name. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! Is it warm there? It's been pretty cold here lately in north Carolina.)

He continued eating his tasteless food still trying to come up with a good plan. The only solution he got was to just lure her some how. He just needed to know how. Then it hit him. He could trap her by using Justice. That would definitely get her. Now he just had to work him into a conversation.

They walked into the restaurant and Rick discreetly scanned the place before leading his fiance to an empty table. "He's still here. I can smell him." She whispered to him.

(Haha thats funny. And no it was cloudy and cold but then it cleared and it got nice and kinda sunny. Oh wow does it get really cold there during this time?)

She noticed them come in but she didn't want to attract attention so we put on a smile and walked over to Rick and his fiance. "Hi im Bay and I'll be your waitress today" she said smiling before dropping it. "Im glad your here. It brings some self of relief to see some familiar faces."

(Some times it gets really cold. But it's more of a windy cold than anything. Though at times it gets a little warm when it shouldn't be. You would think it's spring and not fall. Or fall and not winter.)

"hey no worries glad we could help." He said with a smile. "We'll have the special with two sweet teas." He ordered. "Where is he?" His fiance whispered.

"Sure" she said smiling writing their order down. "The man right across In the booth the one by the corner" she wwhispered back even if he couldn't hear her she still didn't want him to know.
