When she got up, he was tempted to pull her back down for round two, but decided against it. He fixed his clothes as she did the same with her dress. He smiled at her and kissed the palm of her hand as she touched his face. "neither of us, can afford to be late." he said as he checked to make sure he had his keys and phone. As they walked towards the door he picked up his bag from the bottom of the steps and headed out.

"Its alright" she said "I like being alone. It gives me time to think" Something about him made her a little uneasy.

"thinking always helps." he commented. "so what are you reading? If you don't mind me asking."

"I was reading Hungers Night" she said smiling "It just came out" she didn't want to be rude but she wanted to leave and go home.

"sounds interesting." he commented. "so you always come here and sit by yourself?" he questioned.

"Not really" she said "I just wanted to be alone today" Why was he so curious she thought

He nodded his head as if he understood her. "nothing better than some 'me' time." he said with a small smile. "well I'm sorry for bothering you then. I'm sure your boyfriend wouldn't like you talking to strangers anyway." he said hoping to get close to where he wanted to be. He knew it'd take some time to get through to her but he hadn't anticipated it being this hard.

"Yeah it doesn't hurt to be alone once in a while" she said giving him a smile. "He worries too much. But its because hes protective of me" She bit her lip making it up. I mean were Justine and I even a couple?

He was a bit surprised that she claimed to have a boyfriend, but he didn't let her see. "with beauty like yours I'd be protective too. Any man would be a fool not to." he commented as he reached out and touched her hand softly.

She smiled softly getting creeped out when he touched her hand. "Thank you thats nice of you" she said being polite "I have to get going, I have so many things to do" she lied. She had nothing to do. She just didn't want to be near him, he somehow made her feel uneasy.

He flashed her a friendly smile and nodded his head. "by all means, don't let me hold you up. It was nice talking to you." he said politely.

"It was nice meeting you too" she said smiling as she grabbed her books, getting up. She waved goodbye making her way to the truck.

He sat there and watched her with a smile on his face. He was most definitely going to have fun with her. He could see why Justice was so stuck on her. Now to get his plan into motion. Only a matter of time before he has her back at his place.

She drove away back to her place. Safe and sound she thought going inside her apartment. If only Justice was here she thought.

Feeling tired and defeated Justice tried once more to make some kind of connection to his team, yet nothing was happening. His mind felt like it was filled with static and he wasn't sure what to do at this point. He's tried his best to stay away from problems like this before, yet here he is. Collapsing to the hard cement floor from exhaustion, he rolled onto his back and closed his eyes. He focused all his thoughts on Bay figuring out what to do to warn her of what's to come. He just hoped she get his message and follow through. But he was too exhausted to do anything and was consumed by sleep. Though his mind was still focused on her.

Going In she dropped her bag to the floor, tired. Maybe a little nap will help she thought going up to her room. She took her shoes climbing on the bed. Half an hour later she awoke startled. Strange, why did it feel like I was next to Justice. .and why was he chained up.. im losing my mind she thought.

He was surprised to find that it actully worked. When he opened his eyes he found himself next to Bay, though she seemed a bit confused. He knew if he made it out of this he'd have to tell her everything. "Bay?" he said softly hoping she could hear him. "I need your help, you're in danger." he added.

She almost peed her pants when she heard Justice voice. "Were are you? And what do you mean im in danger? " she asked leaping out of the bed. She felt stupid for talking to herself but everyone did it once in a while..

He let out a sigh of relief glad that she could hear him. "I can't tell you that, but there is someone out after you and he isn't a nice person. I need you to find Mark, the one who brought you the truck, and tell him I've been captured." he said watching her looked panic. He wish he could reach out and touch her, sooth her worries but he couldn't.

She couldn't help but shudder when he mention someone looking for her. Who was this person and why did he want her. "Ok I can do that" she said thinking "I think he left his information in a piece of paper at the truck....but what about you...why were you captured..are you hurt?" She asked worried for him.

He couldn't keep the smile from his face. He just told her she could be in danger yet she was still worried for him. "I'm fine, no physical damage is done. As far as why vie been captured I'm still trying to figure it out. Just get in touch with Mark and tell him the Night Walker is loose. He'll know what to do. Just be safe okay?" he explained to her.

She nodded quickly "Ok i'll tell him" she said "And ill do my best. I do know self defense for a reason" she smiled slightly but stopped "Be careful" was what she said before grabbing her shoes and keys amd going outside. She quickly put the shoes on and started the truck.

"you too." he said softly as the connection began to fade. Now he had no choice but to just stay and figure things out on his own. He just hope the Night Walker hasn't gotten to her yet.

She found Marks information in the glove compartment. I knew the street he lived by I would pass it a few times. She quickly drove the truck down the bussy streets until she got to her destination. "Found you" she said to herself as the parked the truck.

The Night Walker kept his distance as he watched her leave. He followed her to her home Nd watched for a while. Deciding he's spent enough time with her he vanished, heading back to his latest toy, Justice.

She looked around before getting out of the truck and walking up to the door. She quickly ranged the doorbell hoping for Rick to be home.
