Lana is spoiled , rich ,popular, arrogant and selfish ,though all that changes when her parents die in a tragic car accident . She has to be taken to a foster house, where she meets ( girl´s name ) . At first , Lana hates (girl) because she´s always being rude to her and she defies her a lot . In fact , (girl´s name) does that to Lana´s attention , since he feels very attracted toward her , a feeling she had had for no one before. Will they become friends or something more? Will they keep being foes ?

"Kenzie , I have suffered nothing in comparation to you" I whispered.

I sat up. "You don't know what I've been through so how would you know. I know you know a few things but you do t know everything." I say. I hated my life but loved it all the se time. "Tells about your dad?"

"My dad was a business man. His work consumed almost all his time...I mostly saw him at breakfast time. I'm not sure if he hooked up with another woman , yet I could notice he was not that happy with mom "

"You have Maggie . She has taken care of you well" I smiled.

"Yes I'm freatf for her and the twins they are my family." I say looking at the ground. "At least they are the only ones that have stuck around, that and Brian."

"What about other friends , besides Brian ?" I waited for her answer.

[Ashwag24]

I wouldn't look at her. "I-I use to have a lot of friends but then everything happened with your ex." I say. I just didn't want to hang out with that many people I didn't want them to know what happened to me. Half of th say I deserved it anyways.

"Why didn´t you keep contact with them ?" I asked , though I was not sure she would feel comfortable answering that.

I laughed. "They didn't care about me they mostly said I deserved what I got. I wasn't always a bitch. They made me this way. I was popular and well liked or at least I thought I was."

"Why did they think you deserved what happened to you ? No one deserves such things !" I furrowed my eyebrows as I looked at her.

I laughed again. "I don't know that is what I heard and no one has tried to talk to me they all give me sorry looks. I really don't care. I'm better off by myself." It's not that really I did care but I didn't want her to know that.

"Well, you have me now and we can make life miserable for them, together " I smiled at her. "I mean, I´ll have to go to your same school , since I can´t keep going to the private one I was in . We can hang out together, there "

I smiled. "Thanks but I'm sure you'll make friends easy and they will all want to follow you around and tell stories about me."

"Maybe I´ll make friends easily, but it´s fun to be around you , so you definitely have to be in my crowd" I smiled back.

I smiled. "That won't work. They won't allow it." I say and it hurt. "I don't want you to have to choose."

"Who says it won´t work ? I can get what I want , all the time " I joked , trying to lighten up the mood.

I laughed. "Think what you want weirdo!"

I giggled as she said that "I´m not a weirdo " . I had not noticed how close we were until I suddenly asked "Are you jealous of Calvin?"

"What? Why would I be? He isn't anything to be jealous of." I laughed. I was a little but wouldn't tell her that.

"I thought you were jealous of him , since you always make smartass comments when he is around" I whispered. I could feel her breath against my face.

"I make those comments because that's who I am." I smiled. "But I'm not jealous. That's not me." I noticed how close we were and wanted to be a little closer but I didn't move.

"What do you think of Calvin ? Do you see him as a guy who would be compatible with me?" I wanted to know her opinion.

I laughed. "No not really I mean He seems cool in a way but not your type. Iran I think you need someone that can challenge you!" I say thinking of who would be a good guy for her and no one came to mind.

"Well, I challenge him all the time, I guess that counts" I shrugged "You know, there was a time when he challenged me , but that was when he had not confessed to me all that love crap " I giggled at the last part.
