She is mysterious, and strange to most people. Dark clothes, dark make-up. She loves dark stuff. Then suddenly her mother dies, and her baby sister. Leaving her and her father. Her dad checks out on the murder, but she still is shifty. She was out doing a few illegal things that night, so she can't tell. The cops decide to assign a watch on her. He wasn't too old, fresh out of the academy and only 21. He gets a cover up as a teacher at her school, a history teacher. He's good at it too, and another shock, so is she. But he doesn't find out until he sits down with her. He's kinda of annoying to her, but also annoyingly cute. Maybe there's a romance dwelling beneath them.

I nod. "I know, but this still isn't going to save me. I was doing things that I shouldn't have that night, but I was not here that night. Even if you find out I didn't kill anyone, they could choose to put me in jail for other things," I said.

I sighed heavily. "What have you done that could land you in jail?" I had no idea why she couldn't just give an alibi.

"Some illegal drugs." I said.

I just nodded. I didn't know what to think, "did you take them? I mean, what type did you have?"

"I didn't know it was illegal and normally I don't do drugs. But they gave me something and all I know is it wasn't legal. And if it is, it was stolen."

I groaned and ran a hand through my hair, "shit." I had no idea what to do now, I wasn't expecting that. "umm, ok let's try find out what you took and who gave them to you, don't mention that to anyone else ok" I said seriously, my eyes looking at hers and my heart sped up. shit, I couldn't think these thoughts about her but damn she was beautiful.

I looked at him with that scared little kid expression. "Until this year I was into a lot of drugs, but no one found out, then I decided I wanted out of this town so I focused on school for two years, last year only doing drugs out of school. I can't say what I took that night though because I don't know," I said.

I was shocked. i didn't expect that at all. "promise me no more drugs. stay out of all that shit, and i will make sure nothing happens to you. please." i almost begged. i didn't want her in any more of that mess.

I nodded quietly.

I lent forward and wrapped my arms around her and pulled her into me. "thankyou."

I was shocked by the hug but returned it quietly. I hadn't felt like this towards anyone, you know, probably because I scare everyone.

I felt comfortable as she held me back. I realised my lower half was liking it too much and pulled back, "uh sorry, I didn't mean to touch you if you didn't want it."

"It's alright, it's not like you were grabbing any particular part of my body that would get you fired," I said. And much more than that too.

"So what are we going to do?"

"well I could help you with this, or we could talk some more?" I suggested, what do you feel like doing I asked her.

"Both sounds good," I said with a smile.

l gave her a smile, "Well,we can do both then,"

"Alright," we both sit and start shaping the clay while we talked.

I laughed at something he said and our hands touched while we laughed and we just froze at the touch.

I couldnt ignore that feeling that shot through my hand as they touched, she looked at me and i stared at her back, i don't know what came over me but i reached up and placed my hand under her chin and tikted her head slightly as i started to lean in and gently kissed her soft lips.

I was very surprised by the feeling I got just from the touch, but even more so from his kiss. My first reaction was to push him away, but the reaction I took as kissing him back.

I pulled away after almost a minute of slow kissing and rested my forehead against hers, "I'm sorry, but you have no idea how much I've wanted to do that." I said in a quiet whisper.

I looked at him and a smile sly went across my face. "Don't be sorry, I liked it. I guess I was getting attracted to you, I just hadn't realized it yet," I replied also in a whisper because my dad would still kill him for kissing me.

I grinned and checked the doorway to make sure no one was coming and leant in and kissed her once more then pulled back, "I like you, I know I shouldn't but I do."
