She is mysterious, and strange to most people. Dark clothes, dark make-up. She loves dark stuff. Then suddenly her mother dies, and her baby sister. Leaving her and her father. Her dad checks out on the murder, but she still is shifty. She was out doing a few illegal things that night, so she can't tell. The cops decide to assign a watch on her. He wasn't too old, fresh out of the academy and only 21. He gets a cover up as a teacher at her school, a history teacher. He's good at it too, and another shock, so is she. But he doesn't find out until he sits down with her. He's kinda of annoying to her, but also annoyingly cute. Maybe there's a romance dwelling beneath them.

that brought a smile to my face, "Thankyou. I know it's not the idea way to hang out, I mean I would have taken you somewhere in town but if someone seen us from work or the school then my ass would be fired. and I don't want to start rumours for you."

"well I'm not giving it to you, unless I get married no one will have it." I said.

"Good, I'm glad your that type of girl." I smiled and relaxed a little.

i smiled. "Of course. I value it, and I will know the guy cares about me." I looked at him seriously.

"You'll find someone who's worthy of that, if he cant respect your choices then he's not right for you. You will know when you see him"

"that's what my mom use to say. Oh and she'd say you are going to prom this year, no buts." I said.

"I don't go to parties unless someone asks me to drive them home."

I laughed, "Prom? wow, yes you have to go to that. How can you miss one of the best nights in your life?" I mocked a shocked face but ended up laughing, "Go to prom and don't wear all the black, do that for me please."

"I didn't go last year and it was a pretty good night." I giggled.

"Well you can go this year" I suggested, "I'll help you find a dress." I laughed

"really? You?"

"May as well, I have a sister who is a clothing designer, maybe she could make you something gothic and girly"

"actually you'd be surprised what I might like." I said.

"well I look forward to seeing what you like then."

"At least someone is."

"Just imagine me in a green dress. Or purple. It would make all the guys want me," I said just to be mean.

"Guess it would" I replied, I had no idea why she said that to me for so I pushed my plate away. "We should head back soon. I have some paperwork to fill out."

"Well I'm finished now." I said.

I smiled, "Good, let's get back to the house." I stood up and went and paid.
