Then a very strange boy comes to school and says her name before asking it. Then he asks her to come home with him. Upon further knowledge she finds out who she is and she's his betrothed. Her country is slowly following apart. So will she go to the home she never knew? And she learns a secret that her parents didn't know, she is a fea.

"tho you also have the ability to choose a new council member if you feel.they are not doing their job the way their suposed to." and drako stabs the guy harder this time as he feels the guy trying tk enter your mind again.

I nodded and the huge group.of.ppl.started to leave slowly at firat.bt eventually they all.dispersed. "comeon let head back.to the castle." I say smiling softly

I smiled as.i sqyeeze your hand as we walked to drako whos.not 2 far away and i climb up and then help you climb up.as well

I hold onto him as drako takes us home. "Are dragons really eager to hatch? Mine goes crazy and I have to sing for it."

"yes they are. Tho sometimes dragons ove time loose the horn that helpsnthem break the shell 2 early witch might be the case with yours but they are always eager to meet the companion of my mind and heart drako once told me is how alot f dragons think of their riders. Bc we are connected on such a close level that our minds and hearts become one over time. Me and drako have gten tonthat point where we are so close that during combat our moves are almost exactly onnthe mark." I say witj a smile as drako flys slowly in the air just drifting on air currents mostly

"That sounds nice but I can see mine. It's very tiny and I am afraid it might hurt itself if it rushes itself."

"drako when he hatched for me was only about a foot long and 2 foot wingspan he couldnt talk to me till henwas almost 3 months tho just big enuf to hold me up in the air

"Well I'm still worried. This one is a little. Under a foot." I said.

"then hes probably the runt of the dragon litter and the collaring of the egg is very odd i would say it was given tonus by the wild dragons. I remember seen it when draco hateched for me so its been there awile tho thanks to the spell thats put on the eggs baby dragons can live practically forever in their eggs till they feel that the right rider is near them and eggs usually hatch within 24 hiurs no later than a week." I say as drako lands in your room.

I nod and go to my egg to check on the baby. I picked it up and looked at him. "Take a look."

I rest my hand on it and use drakos eye sight to c thru the egg and nod slowly. "yea hes the runt of the litter he would have died quickly out in the wild. And it does look like he still has his shell horn but it looks dammaged wich is y its taking so long to break thru." I say as inrest my hand on the egg. "do you want to help it out alittle?" I asked curiously

"Yes, I don't want it to die, that's horrible."

"ok hold the egg firm so that it doesnt move when i hit it bc dragon eggs are pretty tough." I say as i grab my dagger from my belt and aimed carefully with the end of the hilt

I nodded and hold on tight.

Alarge spiderweb crack forms and i smile as i c it go all the way thru then smack it hard again to make sure the crack is the sam on the inside as.well.as.out. "now we wait. Bc it needs to come.out on its own to be strong enuf to survive out on its own bc for the next month it will.live off small vermin.like rats then upgrade to somthing about the size of cats." I say wkth a small smile. "here for a dragon just about everything but us are food

"No cats in the castle, got it," I saiid and gently put if back on the nest.

I laughed and smiled softly. "by 3 months it will be big enuf to hunt deer and from then on will eat deer and other large animals. Till the end of its life or the end of yours." I say and sigh softly.

"That's good, I like cats too much."

I laugh and smile. "they are unfortunatly a bit scarce around here thanks to the dragon hatchlings." I say as i watch the egg for a few minutes
