Arrival of Ancient Powers *1x1 open!*

1996-Germany

Word was spreading. News of the ancient powers coming back had reached the entire village's ears. Now it was spreading beyond the village, beyond the country. World wide shifters and other supernaturals were hearing of the ancient dragons return.

It was said that there were four, brother and sister and non-relatives, shifters who lived back in the time of dragons. The thing about shifters is they can choose any form they wish to take on, and often the wolves get confused to be werewolves but those are much bigger than shifters. Once the shifter is of age they may touch an animal, or another shifter, to learn and gain their powers. Of course they must learn their own way to experience this.

The four mentioned shifters were the only ones able to get close enough to a dragon. They were fiercely strong, and feared widely. The story everyone knows is that these four grew to a point to where neither could live any longer, but none of them wanted death. So they sealed themselves in side a cave, in statues.

But that is legend. When the people  went the night the presence of their power came, the statues were just statues. Then the power was gone. The truth was, these four had been slain. Two of them had been lovers, two were brother and sister, while the other two where brothers. They all had strong ties, so no one had betrayed the other.

Everyone thought that it was a false alarm. But did not know that in two houses, in Germany. 2 sets of twins had been born. They were neighbors then. All four of them, the 3 boys and the 1 girl. But then they were separated. The mother of the boy and girl left their father and Germany for the states. She knew who her children were, and to keep them safe she separated them from the two on purpose. Hoping  that this barrier would keep them alive she abandoned them, but not permanently. She left them at a home for a couple she knew who could not have kids, and left with a promise to return. But that promise never came because she was found soon after and killed.

Those two children in Germany grew up to age 17 before their parents moved to the states as well. The two who lived in the states already lived in a town where popularity became them. They were still sweet and caring, but much different than anyone had expected. They hadn't discovered their powers yet. Now these two new Germans arrive at their school both are curious. Both want new faces in their life. Not knowing what future lies ahead once they open the door to the new twins.

Choose any two of the twins. You don't have to play the two related, just picked to be the boy boy twins, or the boy girl twins.

Y:I saw the mark and looked away frightened

D:I noticed Yuki look away"she always has been frightened of the mark"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "Do you even know what it means?" I asked. They shook their heads. "Then good, because you will be even more frightened when you learn. Lots of people are out to kill us or praise us for who we were," I said.

Y&S: "why"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I sighed, "This is going to take awhile. We're really ancient and powerful people who died a thousand years ago," I said.

J: I walked in after class was over to see what was going on. "So you got him out of his shell. Nice," I said knowing exactly what was going on.

[Crystal Rose]

Y:I looked at them and nodded"yeah"

S:"so lets get too your place and figure out whats going on"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: "Alright," I said. We all got our stuff and then walked to our place which was five houses down from the school. Once we got there we took off our shoes and set back packs down. We called our parents who after a moment of talking, told the legend.

Y&S: we listened too the legends

D: When they finish I look at them. "Questions?"

[Crystal Rose]

Y:"what are the elements"I asked

S:I nodded in agreement"yeah"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "Elements? Well, mainly your basic. I get wind, which also gives me all these weather things. Like my lightning. It makes my fire blue. My brother would be the water, and he gets this silvery white fire. She would be actual fire, and you earth. Fire is red naturally, and yours is green," I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I nodded looking down"ok"

S: I held Yuki close"so why are we just getting them now"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I shrugged. "Your birthday, if you just turned 17 that would explain. And before you say, we're not twins, you are. The legend says there were two sets of twins, and one woman, and two lovers. Of course, it's still open for romance for the other two, whether it be inside or out." I shrugged. "Anyways, you don't even know the best part," I said and got really excited.

Y: I looked up at him"what is it?"

S:"twins?"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "We turn into dragons!" I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y:I sighed looking down"great"

S: I looked at my sister"so were twins"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I looked at them. "Your mom wanted to protect you so she claimed that you weren't, things got bad when you left. We were in prison for a long time, our parents being questioned repeatedly." I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: nodded"I'm sorry"

S: I took a deep breathe"what now?"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: "We've been wondering that too, since we got here." I crossed my arms.

D: I shrugged. "Do what you usually do?"

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I understand"yeah"

S: I nodded looking down"ok"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: "But, we're a change. So whatever you do plus what we all do. Plus there's the matter of who is the lover, which between me and my brother I think it's obvious. But we'll see." I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I looked at them confused"and who is the lover?"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: I look at Dimitri. "You want to tell them?"

D: I sighed, I didn't want to say the reason. "My brother, I have a different taste. Sorry, I'm not into girls," I said.

J: "Dimitri you didn't have to say that," I said.

D: "You should've told me before I said it!"

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I let out a little giggle looking at my brother

S:"keep your mouth shut yuki"

Y:"come on then you tell them"

S:"why only you know it"

Y:"yeah I know your gay Sebastian"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I was a little shocked at hearing that, he hid it better than lots of guys. Usually I just know.

J: I raised my eyebrows. "Yeah, I think this was something we experienced before, but gay people may have been really looked down on then because there aren't any stories about them," I shrugged.

Y:"yeah I know right"

S:I groaned glaring at her"yeah I hide it so I don't lose my credit here at school"
