Arrival of Ancient Powers *1x1 open!*

1996-Germany

Word was spreading. News of the ancient powers coming back had reached the entire village's ears. Now it was spreading beyond the village, beyond the country. World wide shifters and other supernaturals were hearing of the ancient dragons return.

It was said that there were four, brother and sister and non-relatives, shifters who lived back in the time of dragons. The thing about shifters is they can choose any form they wish to take on, and often the wolves get confused to be werewolves but those are much bigger than shifters. Once the shifter is of age they may touch an animal, or another shifter, to learn and gain their powers. Of course they must learn their own way to experience this.

The four mentioned shifters were the only ones able to get close enough to a dragon. They were fiercely strong, and feared widely. The story everyone knows is that these four grew to a point to where neither could live any longer, but none of them wanted death. So they sealed themselves in side a cave, in statues.

But that is legend. When the people  went the night the presence of their power came, the statues were just statues. Then the power was gone. The truth was, these four had been slain. Two of them had been lovers, two were brother and sister, while the other two where brothers. They all had strong ties, so no one had betrayed the other.

Everyone thought that it was a false alarm. But did not know that in two houses, in Germany. 2 sets of twins had been born. They were neighbors then. All four of them, the 3 boys and the 1 girl. But then they were separated. The mother of the boy and girl left their father and Germany for the states. She knew who her children were, and to keep them safe she separated them from the two on purpose. Hoping  that this barrier would keep them alive she abandoned them, but not permanently. She left them at a home for a couple she knew who could not have kids, and left with a promise to return. But that promise never came because she was found soon after and killed.

Those two children in Germany grew up to age 17 before their parents moved to the states as well. The two who lived in the states already lived in a town where popularity became them. They were still sweet and caring, but much different than anyone had expected. They hadn't discovered their powers yet. Now these two new Germans arrive at their school both are curious. Both want new faces in their life. Not knowing what future lies ahead once they open the door to the new twins.

Choose any two of the twins. You don't have to play the two related, just picked to be the boy boy twins, or the boy girl twins.

D: "Lips sealed, I'm not open about things to humans anyways."

J: "Same here, and normally we don't interact with them. We're use to other shifters. Not werewolves, they aren't in our race, though they can be considered. But we're different from them," I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y:I nodded"I see"

S: I smiled"cool"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: "Yeah, we've got a whole world full. A little tidbit about our kind we aren't born shifting. We have the power to do it, but we can't shift until 17, and then we can pick one animal and use it to become a shifter. People could become dragons by touching us even, or another animal by touching a shifter." I said.

D: I sat quietly now that my brother was in his mode.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I nodded listening"fascinating"

S: I watched them

[Mizho Sohma]

J: I decide to explain some more stuff about the supernaturals.

D: I get bored so I sit back ever so innocently and reach over behind his head and made little symbols with my fingers just enough so they can see.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I couldn't help but giggle at Dimitri

S: I shook my head smiling at them

[Mizho Sohma]

J: I turn to look.

D: I lay my arm across the back of the couch before he turns. I shrugged and he turned around. My brother was weird, I've done this loads of times. I began doing it again as he got into some conversation with Yuki.

Y: I got too talking about the dragons with James

S: I walked over too Dimitri and sat next too him

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I looked at him and smiled.

J: I told her what she wanted to know, and offered to show her mine.

[Crystal Rose]

I blushed and lifted up my shirt showing my mark on my shoulder

J: I smiled at the mark. "I meant did you want to see me shift, your mark is beautiful though."

Y: I blushed and nodded"totally"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: "We should go out back, he's kinda big," I said.

D: "Come on, you'll find this interesting," I said. With that all four of us went out and my brother became this big water dragon.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I gasped looking at it

S:" wow that is huge"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: I didn't have any wings but I jumped and started flying around for them.

D: "My brother is a show off," I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: "indeed he is"I laughed watching

S: "so how do you shift"

[Mizho Sohma]

J: I land I go around her so my head was right next to her. She didn't seem scared, which made me happy. I expected to scare her at first.

D: "You just think about it. Imagine what your dragon looks like and be him. That's what I do, and I got the bulky kind with wings," I said.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I petted his nose giggling

S: I started too think about what the dragon might look like

J: I smiled and closed my eyes.

D: I watched him quietly.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I closed my eyes and shifted into a black dragon

S: I opened my eyes and groaned seeing my sister shifting no problem"how come I couldn't"

D: "Guys are slower, and sometimes we're motivated differently." I stood in front of him and went through all the steps with him slowly and I shifted.

J: I smiled.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: i smiled back at James

S: I groaned and still tried too but was unsuccessful

J: Want to learn to fly? I asked her.

D: I go to him and nudge his shoulder reassuringly. Think of something or someone you like. I said to him alone like I was whispering in his ear.
