Arrival of Ancient Powers *1x1 open!*

1996-Germany

Word was spreading. News of the ancient powers coming back had reached the entire village's ears. Now it was spreading beyond the village, beyond the country. World wide shifters and other supernaturals were hearing of the ancient dragons return.

It was said that there were four, brother and sister and non-relatives, shifters who lived back in the time of dragons. The thing about shifters is they can choose any form they wish to take on, and often the wolves get confused to be werewolves but those are much bigger than shifters. Once the shifter is of age they may touch an animal, or another shifter, to learn and gain their powers. Of course they must learn their own way to experience this.

The four mentioned shifters were the only ones able to get close enough to a dragon. They were fiercely strong, and feared widely. The story everyone knows is that these four grew to a point to where neither could live any longer, but none of them wanted death. So they sealed themselves in side a cave, in statues.

But that is legend. When the people  went the night the presence of their power came, the statues were just statues. Then the power was gone. The truth was, these four had been slain. Two of them had been lovers, two were brother and sister, while the other two where brothers. They all had strong ties, so no one had betrayed the other.

Everyone thought that it was a false alarm. But did not know that in two houses, in Germany. 2 sets of twins had been born. They were neighbors then. All four of them, the 3 boys and the 1 girl. But then they were separated. The mother of the boy and girl left their father and Germany for the states. She knew who her children were, and to keep them safe she separated them from the two on purpose. Hoping  that this barrier would keep them alive she abandoned them, but not permanently. She left them at a home for a couple she knew who could not have kids, and left with a promise to return. But that promise never came because she was found soon after and killed.

Those two children in Germany grew up to age 17 before their parents moved to the states as well. The two who lived in the states already lived in a town where popularity became them. They were still sweet and caring, but much different than anyone had expected. They hadn't discovered their powers yet. Now these two new Germans arrive at their school both are curious. Both want new faces in their life. Not knowing what future lies ahead once they open the door to the new twins.

Choose any two of the twins. You don't have to play the two related, just picked to be the boy boy twins, or the boy girl twins.

D: I quickly put it out on my own, no wonder or anything needed. I thought no one was looking as I waved my hand over it and it died.

S:I watched him shocked as the teacher told me too team up with Dimitri

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I looked at him and smiled innocently. I didn't really think that he possibly saw me, I was just glad to be paired with a familiar face.

S: as we got down too the assignment I had too ask it"how did you make the fire disappear"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: My eyes went wide. Oh great, oh well. I guess it wouldn't hurt. "It's a secret," I said and looked around. Then I called some blue fire in my hand. "I don't talk because I have too many things to hide, and I can't tell them."

S: I looked at him surprised"wow that is cool"i whispered watching him

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "You can't tell anyone, unless your sister is good at keeping secrets," I said and closed my hand and it was gone.

[Crystal Rose]

S:"I can as can she but at the moment she is at the nurses office again burning up with a fever"I said worried

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I give him a look. "Um, how often does this happen?"

[Crystal Rose]

S:"pretty much every other day"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "That used to happen to me before my powers developed. I think we need to talk, with my parents included because this is a genetic thing. But it's also apart of something way bigger," I said.

[Crystal Rose]

S: I nodded"ok sounds good"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "That, and it may make my parents get off my back that I talk to someone while saying more than one thing at a time," I said. If what I thought was going on, they were the missing twins we've been searching for.

[Crystal Rose]

S:I nodded"sounds good lets go get her"

Y:I slept in the nurses office covered by blankets

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "Alright," I said. I followed him.

[Crystal Rose]

S: I walked too the nurses office with him noticing her sleeping

Y:I groaned and woke up hiding under the blanket still

D: I went over to her but wasn't sure about what to do. I couldn't just touch her and tell. It'd take a little more, but when she came out her eyes flashed, though he wouldn't have seen and I knew.

[Crystal Rose]

S: I watched how close they were together

Y:I looked up at Dimitri watching him close

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I touched her head and noticed it was hot like mine was. But this only happened when I was mad or stressed. "Did anything happen before you came here to upset you in anyway?" I asked.

[Crystal Rose]

Y: I looked at my brother and then back at Dimitri

S:I watched from a distance listening

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I looked at her waiting for an answer.

[Crystal Rose]

Y:"my adoptive parents"I whispered showing my arm full of bruises and cuts

S:I sighed and looked down"Mike our adoptive father is a fan of beating her till she is no longer conscious for some reason he only touches her though"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: I nodded. "It's because he probably sees the females as an inferior race, much weaker then the males. I've seen it before." I shrugged. "Sounds like I may have found something though, I used to get stressed out or hurt and my body came close to combustion, which is where she sits. If she gets made she's likely to throw some fire at you later," I said. It was legend that we all controlled different colors of fire. Mine being blue to represent my lightning.

Y: I looked at him"ok so what now"

S:"yeah what now"

[Mizho Sohma]

D: "We need to get my parents, I can't explain it exactly right but you're about to walk in a world that you may not want, but we have no choice. My brother is included too, I'd tell you but I have already said as much as I can in public." I looked at them both. Then settled on him. "You may not show any signs but if she is then you are," I said and while I was turning my shirt revealed to her a familiar mark we all wore.
