{time skip - two weeks}

We've been having a great time here and the cats seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. Everyday wed go out and find something different to do or buy. For the past week, I've been secretly working on the proposal. I wanted it to be special, something that will last forever. Though I'm sure she'd enjoy anything. We've also been getting to know each other better, finding out a lot more than we have known before. Risa also has been learning a lot about life here on earth, and I can see her growth. Though she's still young, I can see the maturity with in her. I also took noticed of how her wings seem to grow more vibrate each passing day. Shes also been looking at baby things, and talking about kids a lot more now. Today we went to a baby store just to look around and get ideas of what she'd like.

I looked around the store a little quieter than usual. Honestly I hated this time of my life because I knew I'd pressure him into it and I'd sound like an idiot but it was my nature to do this. My silence seemed unnerving to him before knowing that I'm usually talkative even when serious. But that was another thing. At this time, baby stuff was something we thought really hard and carefully about. I could go for a long time in a store like this without a sound out of my mouth.

I knew this was hard on her, so I never really said much. Letting her think on her own. "you okay? Want to leave?" I asked after we've walked around for nearly two hours looking at things and her not say anything. Sometimes it worried me, when she didn't speak. Made me feel like I wasn't doing something right.

I looked at him. "No, just thinking, you know. It's just something we have to do," I said. Maybe I should explain it more to him.

"how so?" I asked taking her hand in mine

"I's just part of it. We have to carefully plan it all," I said.

"alright, well I'll do whatever it takes." I said with a bright smile and gave her hand a light squeeze.

I smiled at him. "I'm sorry, this must be getting annoying and awkward to you," I said.

"maybe a little awkward. But I'm willing to work through it for you." I said honestly.

"I'm sorry, I don't want to make you do this, but it's just nature's way," I said.

"it's fine really. I'll get used to it." I said and wrapped my arm around her shoulder.

I laid my head on his shoulder. "It's a good thing this happened now, I guess. It gives us time to think about it and plan it." I said.

"it does, and whatever happens, I'll be ready for it. Or as ready as I can get." I laughed lightly.

"I know, but my mom told me that even if we're not ready now, the term will prepare us and we'll be alright," I said.

"It's nice to hear that." I said. " come on let's go to another store."

I smiled, "Alright. And maybe I should call her so we can all talk about this," I said.

"that sounds fair." I agreed.

"Alright, we can when we're home," I said.

We walked around and visited a few more stores, buying a few things here and there. We even got a few more things for the cats. Then we finally made our way back to the hotel.

I smiled as we walked in and the cats came running. I set the bags down and got the new items for them out.

I took the rest of our things to the room to be put away later. I then went back out and watched the cats play with their new toys.

I smiled at them as I watched. "My kitties are happy, nothing could make me happier," I said.

"what about me? What if I'm not happy then what?" I teased. As I pulled her into my arms.
