I smiled as he returned and the cats got excited about the toys.

I flashed her a smile as I sat on the floor and began playing with the cats.

We were enjoying ourselves until they seemed to get tired.

"I think it's time for them to sleep," I said.

"alright." I stood and scooped the cats up in my arms and carried them to their bed. I placed them inside and they got more comfortable before settling in.

I smiled as they went to sleep and he sat beside me.

I kissed her cheek and smiled. "did you have fun today?" I asked her.

"Of course I did," I smiled at him.

"that's good, you enjoyed the movie?" I asked.

"Yes, but more so with you," I replied.

I smiled and kissed her lips.

I kissed him back.

I continued to kiss her, deepening the kiss a bit.

I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her closer to me.

I smiled and leaned into him.

"have I ever told you how glad I am that you're in my life?" I said, once I stopped kissing her.

"I think so," I said as I looked at him.

"well then I'm telling you again. I'm grateful to have you, and I can't wait until we start our family in the near future. I don't think I'm ready for that responsibility just yet." I added.

"Well it won't be yours alone, and you may not think you're ready but you only get one chance and then we wait for 2 years, unless we ask for help," I said.

"well I think the two years can help me get used to everything, if it were to happen."

"It will, but remember, that's if I don't have a baby."
