~a week later~

I was going around making sure I had everything. He helped me pack, telling me what I would and wouldn't need. Now I was focused on Persephone, mostly finding her. She was hiding.

I busied myself with getting everything together. We wouldn't need much clothing since I planned shopping trips while we were there.

I found her hiding under one of the beds. I sighed and grabbed her before she could run away. I got her in the travel bag we bought just for her. I made sure she had a toy in there.

"okay, all set?" I asked after double checking everything.

"Yep, got everything," I said.

"alright let's get a move on. The plane leave in two hours." I said checking the time.

"Alright," I said and followed him.

We put our bags in the car along with Persephone before heading off to the air port. I haven't told her where we were going first wanted it to be a surprise.

I was curious about where we were headed, but I didn't ask. I knew the answer before I ever asked about this. So I didn't, I just left it to him.

We finally made it to the air port. I already had our tickets so we could head straight to the security area.

I looked around curiously as we walked, and kept up. I'd never been in an airport, or a plane.

We walked to the booth to get our passports checked before moving on to the security gate to check bags. "alright you're going to put you bag and Persephone on that little belt there and any Hewlett you have on goes inside a tray. Then you'll step through that oval thing, which is a medal detector. Then the security guard there will wave the wand to make sure you don't have any weapons." I explained as we got in line to go through.

I did as he said and made sure nothing was in my pockets. Then went through the detector and the whole process.

I followed behind her and went through the process as well. She took everything fairly well. We grabbed our things and headed to our terminal. We had about an hour before we were to leave. "excited?" I asked.

"Yes! But I don't know if I will like the plane. It's different than what I know," I said.

"you'll be fine. Nothing to worry about." I assured her.

"Okay," I smiled at him as Persephone mewed at us.

"you'll be fine too." I said to Persephone.

I smiled as she mewed again. A little kid heard and went to look at her. I et him look.

I sat there and watched as everyone was walk in around to find a place to sit or make sure they weren't late.

I looked at him. "How much longer?"

I checked my watch. "about fifty minutes. They should call us to board the plane any minute." I answered.

-"okay," I waited patiently until we were called.

Thirty minutes passed and they finally called for us to board the plane. "that's us." I said standing and getting our bags.
