"I don't know how to cheat remember? I just learned how to play." I giggled at him.

"I think you rigged my controller so i would lose almost every game." I laughed. When I saw she was winning I took her controller and continued playing.

I giggled and continued to win. "I don't know how electronics really work either."

I saw that I had lost the game and gave up. "You cheated, you used telekinesis or whatever. To win." I said looking at her.

"I don't have the powers of a telekinectic. I can't levitate things. Stop calling me a cheater because if you must know I was born with no special powers." I said but was still smiling.

I just looked at her and smiled. "How about we test that theory." I said before I began tickling her.

"No!" I said and giggled and tried to crawl away.

"Nope this is pay back for winning so much." I laughed and continued tickling her.

I continued to crawl awy until he was on top of me and I was on my back giggling.

She continued to try and fight my hands away but I pinned them down over her head. "I'll stop once you admit you were cheating." I said as I allowed her to catch her breath

"I swear on everything good nd holly that I was not! I just practiced some when you werent home." I said breathing hard.

I just staid like that and watched her. She was truly a beautiful woman. I knew she was telling the truth I just like messing with her. "I don't believe you, but I'll let it slide for now." I said as I smiled down at her.

I smiled up at him. Being in this position my heart raced and I couldn't help but think about how I felt about him. Then my thoughts shifted to what it'd be like to kiss him.

I wasn't sure what was going through my mind but I had the sudden urge to kiss her. Without thought I leaned down and kissed her lips softly. It was as if a thousand sparks shot through my body as our lips met.

I kissed him back immediately and felt as if a fire had grown inside my body. It was just like what they described when you had a mate, but experiencing was better.

My body began to grow hot, but it felt comfortable. Then it hit me, I was who she was talking about. If I did not come to my senses about us then we both could have died. No wonder I wasn't feeling too well today and the fact her wings wouldn't sit still the last few days. Pure joy and pleasure filled my body and without warning my wings shot from my back.

I hadn't really understood why he was my mate because I still believed he was human. But then I saw his wings and completely understood why. I didn't care that he hadn't told me though, I'm sure he would've eventually.

Reluctantly I began to pull away from the kiss and stared into her eyes. "Wow." Was all i could really say at the moment.

"Yeah." I agreed. My wings had back the jittery movements now. That was a good sign, so he's at least accepted it. Being pinned down though they weren't given room to move.

When I finally got myself together I helped her off the floor and smiled.

I smiled back. "So now you understand right?" I asked. I needed to hear him say that he knew full well what I'd meant earlier. I couldn't just go over an assumption.

"I understand everything." I smiled sweetly and kissed her lips tenderly. "You were sent here before your time, just for me."

"Because you needed me without knowing it. It sounds bad but I was supposed to help you break up with her and then help you anyway I can after you do." I said. It sounded horrible but it was what I sent to do. I wish they had told me so I wouldn't have been so scared. "My mom had to tell me the reason why you needed me but the rest I had known already.

"Honestly I'm not upset about that at all. I wanted to get rid of her just didn't know how. But ever since I saw you, I knew there was something special about you. Not just the fact that you were an angle, but the fact you were my mate. I talked to Marty and his wife the other day and they were telling me that this could have been the reason for your wings acting up." I told her.

I nodded. "So these people are angels then. I have to admit, findig out you were my mate was a little puzzling until now, the angels hadn't taught me how to spot other angels and how to spot the traitors and earthbound. So I guess I'm looking for a white light in their aura." I said. It didn't make sense to me but I understood now.
