She knows the basics to self defense, the advanced self defense, how to detect lies, all basic languages plus 2 dead languages so no one can understand what she and her parents are saying, and a whole package of secret agent things. Her parents are scientists and secret agents so she is in a lot of danger if anyone finds out about her. Suddenly her family dinner is interrupted and her perfect world is crumbling down....

We reached the house and i smiled " this is another safe house, my foster parents live here"

[Mizho Sohma]

"Alright." I said as I looked up.

[Demona]

I parked the car and lead her to the house i opened it and let her in

I went inside and saw a man. He smiled at me and I was completely unnerved by it. "Good work son. You brought her here safely." He said.

I nervously backed up and hid behind Gale.

[Demona]

I looked at nira " that's my dad you have nothing to be afraid of nira"

I looked at him. "Ok." I whispered not convinced at all. I looked at his dad who was watching me. Not comforting or convincing at all.

[Demona]

I frowned " come on let me take you to your room tou need to rest" i looked at my dad " where's her dad?"

" he went out a bit" he said and made me frown more

" but he can't go out? He is injured and they are looking for him". My dad shrugged so i took nira to her room

I couldn't help but feel something was off. When we were in my room I looked at him. "Something's not right, I don't like it here." I said with genuine fear in my voice. "And it has nothing to do with being nervous about meeting him."

[Demona]

i sat on the bed and got her to sit on my lap "did you get any vision?" he rested his head in her neck inhaling her perfume

[Mizho Sohma]

"No, it's just the way he looked at me. It was more predatory to me and I keep getting this feeling I should be running from him. Not to him." I said and felt awful, this is his dad. Adoptive but that doesn't matter, he still raised him. I shouldn't be questioning this.

[Demona]

i sighed and nuzzled her neck before kissing her cheek "i'll sleep in here if it makes you feel safer. we can't go now but we will in the morning if that's really what you want"

"Please?" I begged him. I got this feeling that someone was listening to us. "No, we'll stay." I said shaking my head just in case and pretending to have changed my mind but begged him with my eyes.

[Demona]

i frowned and took out my phone i wrote down "you want to leave?"

[Mizho Sohma]

I wrote back, "yes, I can't say anything because I can hear someone breathing on the otherside of the door. We have to make it like we are planning on staying, also my father has never been here before. There's no reason history of it." I gave it back.

[Demona]

I read the text and nodded i deleted it and kissed her head "okay baby we will stay don't worry about anything my family is nice you'll like them"

[Mizho Sohma]

I smiled genuinely. "I know, because they have a wonderful son like you." I said and hugged him.

[Demona]

i smiled and kissed her again "come on we need to get some food in your system"

[Mizho Sohma]

I nodded. "Alright." I said and followed him.

[Demona]

I smiled and when i opened the door i saw my dad walking away from our door casually " where's mom?" i asked him as we went to the kitchen

" i don't know i didn't find her when i woke up"

I didn't say anything to that. I just waited on Gale.

I frowned and made her breakfast without looking at my dad. Nira was right something was wrong

I waited on him to finish and was sucked into a vision.

[Demona]

I noticed she was having a vision and took her inside before my father noticed. I placed her on the bed and locked the door before getting papers and pens so she would write down what she sees

When it was over I looked at him then the paper. I took a guess and wrote down what happened. I saw us running from your dad, and straight to another man who had my father. I think he was your real dad becuse he looked like an older you, they were coming to get us so we could leave and be safe. I pushed the paper to him.
