Her parents are scientists and secret agents so she is in a lot of danger if anyone finds out about her. Suddenly her family dinner is interrupted and her perfect world is crumbling down....

I nodded. I looked outside and saw a kitten on the side of the road and couldn't help it. "A kitten!" I yelled and got out to grab it ignoring his protests.

i sighed and watched her i took out my iPad to make sure the perimeter was secure and my tracking device was still working

I picked up the kitten. It was cute and I checked it for any devices. Nothing stuck out at me so I took it to the car. "Hey, Gale, mind checking it for anything like tracking. I checked but you've probably got something better." I said then relized my mistake.

i looked at her with raised eye brows "huh? i'm derek sweetie not gale and yeah sure" i was kind of unsure she shouldn't know my name i took the kitty and checked it out "no its fine you can keep it"

[Mizho Sohma]

I smiled. "Yay!" I hugged the kitten closely. It sqeuked at me and I realized it was too tight. I put it in my lap. "Moonshine. That's her name, and I know that your cover is Derek. I've hacked the database before and your name and picture came up. I forget why." I shrugged. It was a lie, obviously, by the way he stared at me.

i sighed and put it away "you have to stop lying to me! i'm here to protect you i won't go and tell what you really have done"

[Mizho Sohma]

I flinched. "It's not what I've done, it's what they've done. I know what those guys want from me, they've wanted it for years but they thought that they destroyed everything." I said and looked at the kitten.

[Demona]

"then talk to me and explain to me i can't stay in the dark like that if i want to protect you from any harm"

[Mizho Sohma]

I nodded and explained it. "But it doesn;t matter, it'll be over in a few months and we'll never have another problem. I'll be dead." I said and looked away.

[Demona]

"huh? why is that?"

[Mizho Sohma]

"You, you mess up once. We get in a fight and since I have the bracelet you let me storm off. I come back and take it off to shower, and someone grabs me before I undress. You come later and when I convince them I'm normal they shoot me more perfectly, you tell me your name right before it ends, that your sorry for what you said, that you failed. I tell you that it's ok because you weren't letting me die alone. That's all I could ask of you." I closed my eyes.

"is there a way we can stop that?"

[Mizho Sohma]

"We may actually, but I haven't seen myself wake up in a hospital, I haven't seen anything past that." I said.

[Demona]

i frowned and sighed " just stop thinking about it i'll do my best to keep you alive"

[Mizho Sohma]

"I know, and you could let yourself feel the emotions. I know I make you smile a lot but you don't do it." I said and started petting the cat. "We need to go home, my arm is hurting."

[Demona]

i nodded and drove home "i don't smile because i can't, and i can't let myself get attached to you" i confessed

[Mizho Sohma]

"But it would help the seriousness wouldn't it? I heard when someone protects someone it's more effective when they care, and I know that's why we fight. Because I don't agree with your logic and I guess I start to like you so it hurt even now when you said that you didn't." I said and left at that. I was able to say it with a straight face, no feelings about it but I knew later it would hurt.

i sighed and parked the car i looked at her " i never said i didn't like you i just can't allow myself to do so and i'll always protect you with my life weather we're together or not"

[Mizho Sohma]

"You say it later, but don't worry you'll understand." I got out knowing there was nothing we could do for it. Now I didn't care about anyone here, not really, they weren't going to get hurt during this. I carried my kitty into the house hoping it wouldn't need bottle milk.

i sighed and followed her our fake parents weren't home so i went to check the house and backyard everything was normal so i went to sit next to her "hungry?"

[Mizho Sohma]

"Not really." I said, my thoughts were on how I hadn't seen this. I should've known. I got this very confused face and figuring this out gave me a very bad headache. It happened everytime I had to think about visions.

[Demona]

i frowned and held her "whats going on? are you okay?"

[Mizho Sohma]

"My head." I said and doubled over feeling like I might throw up, something was wrong. I'd never gotten this feeling before when trying to remember a vision.

i made her sit on the couch and got her painkillers

I took them but after that I just threw them back up. This wasn't good. By my expression he could probably tell I only had a mild idea what was going on.
