“We haven’t had one since colt died, I thought that maybe it’s time for you to have a furry friend again.” I let him go, and he eagerly ran over his new daddy. “Happy birthday Tanner,” I just loved seeing him smile and happy.

He was relieved - just remember it’s tv. We don’t know what really happened until we can ask them ourselves. It didn’t show her kissing him. She could have punched him for all we know.- he hoped he believed that.

I couldn’t help but smile. Then I typed -yeah she could of but you don’t know the sorry man, she could have kissed him knowing that I may not be able to give her the family she wants, this chemo may have fucked up our chances at having a child- I reread then hit send, someone had to know about this and I trusted Tom. Then I typed another message. -I want her to be happy man, I want her to be able to have her own children, I want to be able to give her that but, I don’t think I will be able to this is my second chemo trip the doctor told me I most likely won’t be able to-

I read the text. He wouldn’t understand this. Then I thought about it, well maybe he would being gay but he could still have his own, I might be able to. I didn’t respond I just drove back but made sure to lock the door I didn’t want them bothering me tonight I went to bed and laid down not knowing what to do.

Sam started watching tv again and text Gunnar - quick turn the show on!-

I rolled my eyes. -dude I don’t want to see anymore tonight I’m just wanting to sleep I’m really tired and I don’t feel well- I sent and threw my arm over my eyes feeling a headache coming on but not wanting to say anything.

I rolled my eyes not caring. -can’t to tired- I then shut my phone off. I wasn’t going to do this to myself. And that’s how I spent the next few weeks alone not wanting to talk to anyone. Not watching the damn show. I just wanted lily back in my arms. I started to work at the gym and started to put on my weight and it was the day lily and tanner should be coming back but I had things to do at the gym and clients to tend to so I decided not to go pick them up. Plus I didn want to see her with everyone was around. I wanted to wait and talk to her at home. I was drained and just wanted to hold her and ask her how it went. But I knew there would be more to talk about.

Charlotte waited excitedly at the airport, eager to her husband and daughter, she was worried about how she would take it that Gunnar hadn’t come to see her. She spotted her husband, and screamed out running to him “baby!” She lunged, as best as she could with her heavily pregnant stomach in their way. “I’ve missed you!!” And she kissed him hard.

I picked her up and swung her around and kissed her hard. I saw the boys here but motngunnae. “God I missed you baby!” I looked at lily looking for him. “How’s it been at home?”

“It’s been good, Lenny is crawling everywhere and has been trying to find you every day saying dada and pointing to your office.” I smiled, running my fingers through his beard. “I love this.. it’s good to finally see you after so long!” And I hugged lily, kissing her on the cheek “I’ve missed you.”

I smiled loving her so much. “I missed Lenny and can’t wait to see him on the go! I’m keeping the bears baby don’t worry!” I winked and loved seeing her hoping lily was okay. I kind of heard what Tom said so I’m hoping he isn’t just saying that.

Lenny squealed seeing his dad and grinned crawling fast to see him. “Daddy is finally home!” I smiled as we had a little party for them both tonight after they got some rest. I squeezed him tightly “I want to hear all about it, I can’t belive you’re back. Never do that again.”

I smil d having Lenny in one arm and char in the other. “Never again.” I kissed her head. “It wasn’t bad but I didn’t like being away from you and the kids that was the worse part and I know all I talked about was you and the kids.” I smiled knowing she liked that. “The producers piss d myself and lily off they stag d things with this guy and her and we almost walked off. But lily said we needed to stick it to them, she broke the dudes nose too!”

“Clearly she’s your daughter then.” I laughed, hating they went through so much. “I am just so relieved you’re home. Gunnar took it rough, it was played out like lily and that man were having a secret romance. He’s been working at the gym which is good, he needed a distraction. As for me, I’ve been sleeping in your shirts.”

I smiled. “Tonight you slee naked baby!” I kissed her lips and smiled. “I missed you so much, that show is a joke it might be fun to watch but not to live.”

“I’m sorry you didn’t have the best time. You two were amazing tho, I’m just glad you’re back in one piece.” I rested my head against his chest, squeezing him tightly. I took his hand and placed it on my stomach where our daughter was kicking. “How about you have a shower, or bath. Just relax while I put Lenny down and I’ll make you something to eat, I’m sure you’re hungry.”

I smiled. “You have no idea!” I kissed her. “A shower sounds good then I’ll join you in the kitchen to eat something!” I looked at her growing belly. “She is strong like her mummy and sister already!”

“That she is.” I kissed him and walked away with Lenny, who fell asleep after rolling over in his crib. I went down to make him a couple big gourmet sandwiches and a coke. The house was empty, and so quiet like most days. the other kids at school or work. I stood there just staring out at the view of the lake and our chickens walking about.

After my nice shower I groaned and got half dressed walking in on char staring off into the view. “Baby I’m never leaving again! This right here you pregnant looking out in a peaceful thought of our beautiful homes view is what I want to see every damn day!” I kissed her cheek and wrapped my arms around her. The view was so beautiful.

“Well I like that plan of yours. I was just thinking how quiet our home is now. The older boys are rarely home and Lenny is quiet and happy playing with his toys.” I wrapped my arms around him “the house has always been noisy, it’s just different now.” I slid my hands up and down his chest “how was your shower? I made you some lunch.”

I smiled.  “Shower was good would have been better with you.”  I looked over my back and saw the food.  “Good god I love you I’m so hungry! For not just food baby”

“Well I would have joined you but you didn’t seem interested.” I winked, and slid his sandwiches across the table “Eat up handsome, because then you’re going to be eating something else.”

I grinned. “Your something baby.” I sat and ate while we chatted about everything I missed and about the show. “I talked about you a lot, I think the crew was getting annoyed but I didn’t care.”

“I missed you, I’d watch and you cry whenever you would talk on your own. Tom thought I was crazy.” I sighed, rubbing my hand over his arm. “Did you like it? How was lily? Was the food ok? You look so strong, your muscles are insane.” I slipped my hand up slower
