We’re not immature teenagers just wanting to get off, I wanted to be with my husband and you made it clear that I wasn’t thinking straight.” I bit my lip, fighting the tears back. “Go home, and sort your shit out because I don’t have time for games or rules anymore.” I turned as the rain hit and half ran inside to the apartment building, shoving the key in.

I went home and was pissed I sat there for a little while trying to figure out what to do to make it right.  Then I gathered up some clothes enough for a month went and grabbed milk shakes and fries.  I stood at her door soaked from the rain and knocking hoping like hell I can make this up to her.  I wasn’t playing games and if that’s what it seemed like then I was a ass.

I hadn’t stopped crying. I was beyond emotional as I heard knocking on the door. Quickly drying my eyes, I walked out and opened the door to see him standing soaking wet “what are you doing?” I asked practically pulling him inside out of the rain “let me grab you a towel.”

I heard him call out and stopped stirring his drink. Walking to the bathroom, I stood at the door “is everything ok? Do you need another towel or dry clothes?”

I nodded, slowly undressing as I made my way closer into the bathroom until I stood naked in front of him. “I’m here, you’ve got me.”
