Up in the air

The only place she feels free is in the air, traveling from destination to destination.

Both married, yet unhappy. That's until they meet each other and the chemistry is too hard to resist. Strictly a work thing, they don't talk about their personal lives and have one rule. Dont ask for me.

But she begins to fall, and he does too but refuses to break his wife's heart.

When she's fired from her job, will he realise that he can't stay away..

"Boring?" I didn't expect that. "But you seemed so happy when you was calling, and then they pushed it for longer I just assumed it was what you wanted."

I laughed. "I was happy when I called because I got either see you two or at least hear you. They decided to push it because how well the book is going. I fought them and fought them on it but of course I didn't win that." I kissed her. "I'm just so glad you both are here you've mead eme so happy I was so surprised thank you."

"I would have been here sooner but there was issues with Summers passport and then flights.. but we're here now." I tickled Summers cheeks, making my way to the kitchen to make a drink. "There's beer in the fridge, are you thirsty?"

"Yeah but not for a drink." I said watching her. "How long you staying?" I wanted to just get married here but she wants all our friends but I wanted to put it out there just in case. "I know you want family and friends but I was thinking maybe we could marry here then have a big celebration once back?"

"What?" I turned with my brows dipped. I was confused. "What do you mean? Don't you want to set a date and plan a wedding?"

I smiled at her. "I just want you as my wife and happy I want whatever you want. But it's a option we could still marry here we you can go get s dress tomorrow!"

"I don't know.. I guess it could be romantic." I wasn't sure though. "Is it because we've both been married before?"

I shook my head. "No like I said we will marry however you want, you want family and friends to share in our joy and love then that's how we will have I think it's just a thought." I walked over and kissed her. "I just want you so whatever you want is also what I want."

I grinned "well I don't think we'll have everything organised by tomorrow, so maybe once we're home?" It would be cute to have summer in a little dress and walking down the aisle with me. "So, out of curiousity.. what are your thoughts on adding another child to the family?"

I smiled. "I'd love another." It did worry me a little with how she was after summer was born but as longed as we talked we should be okay.

"One day hopefully." I didn't miss the aphrension in his voice as he said that. "Not yet, but later on." I needed to talk to him about how things were before he left but his ohone rang.

I sighed and answered. "No. I said no I'm done with your you can tell miss high and mighty that too. She has been harassing me from the start, I'm with my family and we are going to spend the remaining time on holiday then heading back."

"I think you need to take a day or two and just relax a bit." He sounded beyond stressed out. "I noticed the room has a spa. We could take one later one."

I sighed and pulled her to me. "That's sounds great. This book tour is the last I can't do them, too many people it's stressful and really annoying."

"You'd prefer to fly planes and eat cheese sandwiches?" I grinned with a laugh. "Or maybe sit back and be blown then ridden hard."

I laughed. "I'd rather be home every night with you and summer. I'd rather help with the gym so that will happen I'd rather be home in bed with you." I said hopeing she understood what I was saying.

"I get that. And the reason I got mad was because you said it to me as the only reason was to help your friends because they were pregnant. It felt like I was again being pushed aside as I needed help for months and you were never there, you were always at the gym." I wasn't trying to argue I was just trying to get my point across. "I don't feel like I'm important to you sometimes."

I nodded. "I hate that I made it harder on you and that I didn't help like I should have. I'm so sorry for that and I'm changing things. I'm not going to make excuses or put any blame on you where it shouldn't be. Just know if I help the gym out I'm home a lot more to help you. I don't even have to go in every day. I should have told you that when I brought it up."

"So you're done with flying? You don't want to be a pilot anymore? And the book? Is this over and done with?" I was so confused at what direction he was now going in. "Will you become a personal trainer? Because they work long hours."

I laughed. "I'll continue to write at my own pace. But flying will only be done for the fun of it. I will not be a personal trainer . I'll be doing the books and management. So I can work from home most days. I may have to go into the gym two days and that's it."

"Ok well if it's what you really want, then I support you." If he wanted this then I would be there for him. "Now I need to go and call my sister to tell her you finally put a ring on it." I grinned

I laughed. "Dinner should be here soon." I kissed Summer and smiled. This was now the best day since summer was born. I heard telling her sister and laughed. She was happy.

My sister was beyond happy and couldn't wait to see the ring once we came home. After talking to her I realised I just wanted to be engaged awhile and not rush the wedding. "I forgot my pills." I groaned frustrated when I came back out of the bedroom

I looked at her. "Do you need them?" I didn't understand why she looked frustrated with that. Hell I wasn't sure what pills she is talking about.

"Well they're to prevent a baby so yeah I need them." I blushed slightly. "Or did you think I meant my happy pills?"
