"She is crazy, like absolutely insane" I laughed softly. "Couldnyou lay on the bed with me, I want to sleep with you close by" I had been fighting it for so long that I couldn't anymore as my eyes grew heavy from the meds and sedative the doctor had given.

I smiled laying down and holding her. "Just relax and sleep baby I'll be right here if I'm not I'll be getting food." I kissed her softly knowing she was out. I must of dozed off too as the nurse came to check her vitals I was told to get off the bed for now. Which is okay cause mama was here with the papers that needed to be signed. We sat and talked for a little while. "I really could kick her ass Nathaniel! I mean who does such a thing to a pregnant woman?" I sighed and nodded. "Mama you know me I would never hit a woman but I can so close to hitting Lisa, I was so pissed, I can't imagine what or how Hannah feels." My mama took my hand. "I know my boy, I would never condone you hitting a woman but I must say that I wish you did hit her, but that stays between us!" I laughed I loved my mama.

Vicky walked in the room hesitantly with tears in her eyes. She looked at Nate and said softly "I need to tell you something and you have to promise me you won't tell Hannah. You need to forget ever hearing this because if you tell her, she will be filled with so much guilt that I worry she will leave you." She said Nina shaky voice. "Ben killed himself an hour ago. His mum just found his body in their house with a note that said Hannah broke his heard and there was no point in living any longer."

I looked at her. "I can't keep that from her. That's not the relationship we have so don't ask me too. ". I put my head in my hands my mama rubbing my back. I looked back up. "This is all my fault her being her again, even Ben. I know how he feels if I knew Hannah didn't love me it would break me too, but I won't keep things from her. I won't." What kind of man did Vicky take me for.

She sighed "well I hope you're ready to say goodbye to your relationship because Hannah will blame herself and you for this." Vicky looked at her asleep. "She still blame herself for mums death too. Just think about it. You don't have to mention it"

I sighed. "You don't get it, if I keep it from her and she finds out I loose her. If I tell her she will knwo I'm honest with her she might not want to be with me because she blames me but at least I would know and she would know I didn't keep it from her. She would hate me and I would hate myself." I didn't understand. "Why does she blame herself for your mums death?"

"Hannah told mum about our dads affair and then two days later mum hung herself in the bathroom. Hannah found her body. She tells people she was Neely because she doesn't want to think about it anymore.@ she sighed. "I still don't think you should tell her. The hurt could make her miscarriage too. Maybe wait until she's in the clear?"

I sighed. "I understand what you're saying but I can't keep it from her. I need a coffee, anything for you two?" I needed away from Vicky. I really hope Hannah was awake but pretending to be asleep. As mum shook her head and Vicky did as well. "Our baby and Hannah is a lot stronger than you think." I then walked out.

I slowly began to wake, expecting to see Nate in here but it wasn't him at all, just my sister sitting by the bed reading a magazine. "Where's Nate?" I asked rolling to my side and reaching for the water.

"He went to get something to eat." She smiled back. "I was thinking, you'd be much more comfortable at the house with us. I'll take time off and help you as much as I can."

"That's nice Vicky but I'd prefer to stay with Nate." I yawned, sitting up. I noticed her crying and frowned "what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I just miss you that's all." She said as Nate walked back in.

As I walked in I glared at Vicky. I walked over and kissed Hannah. "I'm glad your awake, how you feeling?" I debated all down in the cafeteria my mum came and talked to me telling me either way I'll need to tell her ex. If I choose to wait and make sure our baby is stronger as is she or if I tell her now. I hated that this was on me. Her sister should be the one telling her not me. I looked at Hannah and I could tell something was up .

"So why is everyone acting weird? I don't know why you two are fighting but it needs to stop. You both have to get along or at least make an effort to." I was sick of them ignoring each other or shooting glares.

I looked at her. "I agree baby. It's just with what I was told recently it's going to hurt you and I'm afraid that if I tell you it will upset you so much that we my loose our baby, but if I don't tell you, you could hate me." I looked over at Vicky, "either way I'm possibly going to loose you." I sat down and ran my hands through my hair and waited to scream. "Vicky can I please have some alone time with Hannah." She glared at me.

"Vicky" i said quietly "please give us a moment alone." I waited until she left and we were alone before speaking again. "Nate what is it. Is it the baby? Did the doctor say something else?" My mind raced. I couldn't think of anything else it could be.

I shook my head. "No out baby is strong like you." I looked up at her. "What I'm about to tell you I don't want to but I won't keep anything from you, I just hope that you will still want me and you will let me be here for you." I got up and walked over to her. "Your sister told me when she got here she asked me not to tell you and I didn't like her asking me that. I'm pissed she put me in this situation." I leaned down and kissed her. "I love you and I always will even if you tell me to leave I'll always be here for you whenever you need me to." I was talking as I already lost her . "Please tell me you know this?"

"Nate you're scaring me. Is it Lisa? Did you sleep with her?" My eyes filled with water as I couldn't think of anything else that had him this worked up. "Oh god you slept with someone else and she's pregnant isn't she.. when we were apart." I dropped my gaze, holding my stomach "just tell me. I need to hear you say it."

I shook my head. "No baby I didn't do anything like that in fact I didn't do anything but fall in love with you." I kissed her head. "It's Ben." I looked at her and watched her. "His mum went to check on him or something and she found him-". I coughed hating this. "He killed himself."

I laughed rolling my eyes "don't even joke about that." but I seen his face and the seriousness and I paled feeling sick. "No. There's no way. Oh my god." I couldn't react, I just stared at the bed, I'd forced someone to kill themselves. I was my father.

I sat there for a good ten minutes calling her name she didn't move or answer me. I pushed the nurse button and watched as they can in I told them what happened and they asked me to wait outside. I was pacing back and forth I wanted to be in there with her I wanted to know what was going on. I sat across the hall on the floor with my head in my hands.

"Your wife is in shock. She's sleeping now, we sedated her but it's best you go home and come back in the morning." The nurse suggested.

Vicky stood up "he's not her husband. Her husband just killed himself because he had an affair and got my poor sister pregnant! I don't want him anywhere near her."

The nurse nodded "family only. I will call security to escort you out. I'm sorry, but you not not allowed into miss James room."

I glared st her. This is what she wanted. I looked at the nurse. "I think it's best if Hannah makes the decision when she wakes not her sister who hates me for loving her sister." I looked back at Vicky. "I will not go in there but I don't trust her to tell Hannah lies so no need to call security as long as you will give Hannah a message as she wakes." I won't have vicky telling Hannah I just left and didn't want to have anything to do with her or our baby and I had a feeling that's what would happen. If hannah asks me to leave then I will but I wants going anywhere till then."

"Very well. No visitors. Both of you leave and I will pass on your message to Hannah in the morning." She said as Vicky stood tall with her arms crossed looking at Nate "I've already spoken with Hannah and told her it's best if she moves home so I can care for her. I'll be here in the morning to pick her up."

I laugjed. "Yeah I doubt she agreed to that because I know your just trying to start problems. I pulled my phone out and called my mums friend on the police force to ask if Ben really killed himself. Right in front of her Vicky. Letting her know I don't trust her at all. "Hey duke yeah can you check on something for me. Yes Ben James, I was told he killed himself the other night can you check and see if there was a call, yes he is Hannah's ex he signed the papers last night as well. Yeah I'll hold." I looked right at Lisa. "If your lying then you will be the one to tell her!" I was pissed.

Vickys face paled at being caught out. "She needs to be home with me. You are unsafe and Hannah needs someone who can help her." She said calmly. "My sister will see what you're really like, that you are just a angry little boy who cheats because your daddy cheated on your mother. You're as bad as he is. Your child will grow up knowing they're the result of two selfish people who hurt others." And she stormed off angrily.

I stood there pissed once I had confirmation I sat in eh waiting room not leavi I dozed off and then woke later wanting to see her. I saw the nurse from earlier and just asked "I know you said no visitors but I just want to make sure she and the baby are doing okay I need to know they are my everything."

She glanced around and nodded "I can see. You can stay, but there is to be no upset or I will kick you out myself." And she led him in the room.

I was laying in bed watching tv on low when the door opened up and relief filled me as Nate walked in "I thought you'd left." I said with tears spilling out.
