I shook my head. "Honey I've been practically living in my car. I can't smell that good." I said and she stopped walking. Shit I forgot I didn't let anyone know that. It's just I didn't want to be found after what I thought happened didn't actually happen.

"What do you mean living in your car? Don't you have an apartment and work?" I frowned in shock.

I looked at hard for a moment. "Well, umm I got out of the apartment and I took a long leave from work cause I was lost for a long time. I mean I thought I lost everything, there were times I thought of just drinking myself stupid and running my car into a tree." I sighed and walked to her pulling her into my arms. "I was actually thinking of that last night when I texted you, I was so drunk and lost I didn't know what to do then I finally got the courage to reach out to you." I watched her facial expressions carefully.

I pushed away hitting his chest "don't you ever think about doing something like that again! You don't get to even want to run into a tree! Did you want your son growing up not knowing you, I mean why do you think I brought this house. Because I wanted him to know a part of you." I felt tears spring to my eyes "I can't believe your mum done this."

"I would never do that now that I know I haven't lost you or him. But you have to think of where I was in life I didn't have you anymore and when mum told me that I didn't even have my son." I pulled her back to me. "I love you always have and I love him more than anything, I'm glad you have the house although I'm a little upset that you bought it instead of just taking it. But that is in the past and I just want to make our family work. I'll do anything for that."

"You told me I ruined your life after you said I was just like my father. I didn't think you'd have given me anything." I whispered feeling water run down my thighs. "My water just broke."

I looked at her. "Oh god please tel I didn't upset you to the point your water broke?" Oh god is it too soon. "Bag do you have a bag ready? Shit we need to go. I'm sorry honey,". God I didn't know what to do I'm freaking out.

"Calm down." I laughed as water continued to run down my thighs to a puddle at my feet. "I'm ok. It could be hours until he's born. We should go and shower first though. The I'll call the hospital and see what they think we should do before panicking, im not having any pain so I just need to stay calm. I've got my bags and his in the car ready for this."

"Call the hospital first then shower!" I smiled. "Oh my god this is really happening, talk about good timing for us. I love you so much. I'll get the water ready you call I'll clean this up...umm what is this exactly?" Fuck why didn't I read those books anyways. How is she staying calm I'm really freaking out.

"It's water. What he's been living in this whole time." I wished he would have read up on something but now wasn't the time. I walked away calling the hospital and then coming back ten minutes later to the bathroom. "We need to time my contractions and once they're down to five minutes apart we need to leave immediately." I began undressing. I was shaking with nerves.

I stood and watched her. "Damn you're sexy, are you okay?" I walked over noticing her shaking. "Tell me when I need to start timing and I will." I kissed her softly. I felt useless.

I managed a smile as my stomach tightened. "Get ready to time, the contractions are starting." I rubbed my stomach and moaned in relief as the hot water hit my belly.

"Okay." I said keeping a eye on my watch thanking god I got the water proof one. I hated seeing her face scrunch up in pain it was killing me. "Okay we are going past 5 now".

I lost track of time as my contractions worsened to the point I was in tears and they were coming faster. We left for the hospital where they took us to a room and said I was ready to push and deliver right away. Five pushes and he was born screaming and placed on my chest.

I was in all with how she did what she just did. Looking down at him on her made me smile. "Wow! I'm a daddy." I said above a whisper. "God baby you did so good." I leaned down and kissed her and then him. I was so in love.

"He is so small." I stared in love at the baby in my arms and looked up at Keefer. "I love you."

"I love you more." I smiled huge and looked at him. "Can I hold him or does he need you?" I didn't know but I was so wanting to badly.

"You can hold him" I smiled, wrapping my arms around Arlo and kissing his forehead. Watching as our son was in his arms "a baby looks good on you."

I smirked. "I want another! A little girl." I said kissing him as he moved a little. He was so precious I really did want another and soon. I didn't want to want.

I laughed not believing him. "Yeah good luck with that. My legs are closed for at least a year." I joked.

I laughed. "Umm babe I think he is hungry he keeps turning his head to my chest." I handed him over watching as she pulled her boob out and the nurse came over to help her get him on her breast . I just watched it all in amazement.

"You better not be hard." I murmured at the way he was staring at my chest. "Could you call my mum, and yours too. We should let people know we have a baby."

I groaned. "Do I have to call my mum?" She nodded and I sulked. Deciding to call her mum first and then my brother and tell him to call that evil woman. Watched her finish. "So we will take him to the nursery and do all the normal checks and give him a bath then bring him back since he ate." I looked at her worried. "How long will that take?" I did t like it. "Of just a two hours, you can always come and peek in the nursery window if you want."

"Yes go with him, don't leave him alone. They mix babies up in hospitals." I said in a panic. I didn't want to leave him. But at least I would be able to shower now

I smiled and kissed her then walked down with the nurse watching everything they did watching the doctor listen to his heart then calling another to listen and watching the doctors talk and shake their heads made my heart stop. Watching and waiting for someone to come out and tell me what was going on. Not liking it one bit. The longer I waited the more pissed I got. It's been two and a half hours before a nurse came out and said we will bring baby back now but the doctor will want to speak with you both. He is very hungry and wants his mummy." I looked at her still pissed. As I walked with her and Arlo I prayed everything was okay. Walking into the room seeing my mum, brother and her mum I wanted to scream because I wanted some time alone with my little family. "As I said the doctors will be coming in shortly to discuss some things with the both of you."
