"A bunny?" I laughed "what if she strangles it? Look how she's playing with the dog! Good thing he's big"

"It'll teach her to be gentle." I laughed as the dog licked her cheek and scared her then she laughed loudly giggling. "Do you think she'll like a baby in the house or think he's a dolly?"

"I think she'll get very jealous and clingy" i stretched with a yawn "i'm feeling so lazy. Oh i forgot to tell you, someone from your hotel in hawaii called and asked to speak with you saying it's an emergency, i told them i was your lawyer but they wouldn't say a word. Give them a call when you can"

I groaned "oh god Mason.. this hotel is giving me more headaches than my father." I sat up picking up the phone beside me. I called the hotel and waited for someone to answer. Ten minutes I hung up and began to panic. "So apparently the resort is broke and I have three days to fix this otherwise everyone is walking out.. they're saying I need to file bankruptcy Mason!! What the hell! Even my restaurant is linked to this investment and the money is gone!" I felt sick "I have money, more money than anyone should but business is seperate from personal and the adviser said they didn't seperate them."

"Bankruptcy? Lily you have more money than i do" i reached my laptop on the table and checked her accounts "you are broke" i frowned scratching my head "your accounts are drained" i looked at her and shook my head "don't panick, i'll look into it. I'll be right back" i went to the car to get my briefcase and hard drive where i had all her business intel.

I was sitting here picturing my father screaming at me for this. "Mason what do I do? Do I call dad? Or Jason? Or the finance guy?" I paced around with Willow following each direction I moved.

" shook my head sitting back down "right now you tell no one, i'll call the hotel as your lawyer and take more details, and i'll see where all the money went. I can track the wires and then i'll see how this happened. For now just take Willow out and if you want to get the griceries go ahead, maybe when you'll get back i'll have it figured out"

"I love it when you talk business." I groaned straddling his lap and wrapping my arm around his neck "I shouldn't be turned on but I am." I giggled kissing him then moved from his lap and picked Willow up "alright thumper bum, let's go put some warm clothes on and go shopping." I said walking off.

I chuckled shaking my head "little minx" i grabbed the folders and and started reviewing all the papers. Something was clearly wrong even with the restaurant, it was a wonder it was still standing. I traced all the money transactions and they all lead to an account in switzerland in the name of James higgings, the advisor. I groaned and called the office "mike! You're still there good. I need something from you" i had him write a law suit against James and get approval from court before send it to him. I had just finished when Lily came back "hey baby"

"There store was insane, everyone was rushing around and all the turkeys sold out." I pouted a little. "So instead of a roast tomorrow, how does homemade pizzas, platters and dessert sound?" I grinned placing Willow back on the floor. "We can watch tv all day, eat and make love when we're not in the snow." I winked joining him back on the couch.

I smiled and pulled her to me to kiss her softly "i fired your advisor, and he just received a court order" i showed her how much money he embezzled from her. "But your hotel did loose a lot of money too. You were spending on it but you didn't have much clientel so no gains." I showed her all the documents "i think you should sell it, or rent it to a local, since we're not there to keep an eye on things. What do you think?"

"My dads going to be so disappointed" I whispered staring at the email. "Will I get the money back? Maybe we can go over there and I'll ask dad to come and show me how to manage an island?" I suggested resting my head against his chest

I stroked her hair "yes that's better than selling it. But we'll have to wait after the holidays right? I can't tell them where the money is because then i'll be telling them how i found it and that will complicate things. But if we find the wires in a legal way yes you'll get your money back or what's left of it"

"Ohgod mason" I sighed feeling sick to my stomach. "What if they spend it all.. Jesus I'll be broke and need to work like crazy to make it all back.. which will take decades." I frowned studying him "can't you go all CIA and pay this man a visit?" I asked sweetly running my hand up his thigh.

[Demona]

"You won't be broke, we have a common account" i chuckled "all CIA? No i can't because i'm not CIA anymore. I could go to jail. And we already filed a lawsuit sobit will only come back at me and we won't be able to win" i smiled "but i have a buddy who can do that if you really want to?"

I raised a brow "really? And what do you think should be done?" I moved straddling his lap. "Wait and see if I loose money or go bad and kick some ass?"

[Demona]

I rolled my eyes "you're not hearing me! I could go to jail" i shook my head "i'll get you your money back but i won't kick his ass and risk 15 years away from you"

I rolled my eyes "so you're saying I won't ever get to see you all badass with someone tied to a chair while you cut their fingers off and pull teeth?" I kept a straight face "you don't play fair."

"What! Where's my innocent sweet wife?" I burst in laughter "i didn't know torturing a man would be a turn on for you"

"Me either, but I read a new book and he's a bit an kind of." I giggled. "It's a little sexy, but I'd rather not know if you cut fingers off..." then I frowned "have you done things like that before?"

I raised an eyebrow and bit my lip "maybe?" I said setting her aside to go and check on Willow "where did you crawl to beautiful?"

"What do you mean maybe?" I sat up completely engrossed by this. "She's under the Christmas tree." I pointed to her legs sticking out as she pulled he balls off the stems.

I chuckled pulling her out "i mean yes i might have tortured someone before just not finger cutting"

"Hmm" I said eyeing him. "I think someone needs a change." I could smell her from over here and it wasn't a nice sight.
