"don't knock my love of unicorns," i laughed splashing him as I swam to the edge and took her from the sitter. She stiffened once in the water but immediately started squealing with excitement and splaying her arms and legs. "mason look at her!"

I smiled and took her in my arms once they reached me "i'm looking at her." The photographer took a few pictures and then we got out so another couple could do the activity. "Ok so we have an hour before we need to be here again, because they are having a dolphin show. So you want to swim in the ocean or in the hotel pool?"

"why don't we check out the beach? I'd love to go down there before we come back?" I asked hoping he would too.

[Demona]

"Sure, do you want the sitter to come so we can swim together or just the 3 of us?"

[melbender]

"the three of us." I smiled, picking up the beach bag and slinging it over my shoulder. "I think daddy is going to have to buy Willow a dolphin."

[Demona]

"Willow? Or willow's mother?" I took Willow from the sitter and headed down to the beach. We took a tent and sat down, "it's so beautiful here"

"i didn't think anything could be so beautiful." I agreed, leaning back on my elbows. "you've done good baby, this place is by far amazing."

[Demona]

"Thank god you like it! I know i told you i wasn't taking you somwhere posh, that was the idea but then i remembered my stay in this hotel and it was amazing so i wanted you to see it too."

[melbender]

I smiled "that's what I love about you, you're so rich but you never act like it. Youre happy with simple things."

[Demona]

I shrugged "money was never a problem to me, when i went to boarding school it was only a few months when they recruited me, and i was getting paid since the age of 14. So really i don't like to show off and talk about it."

[melbender]

"youre lucky. Sometimes I wished my life wasn't so glamorous, I think my dad would buy lavish gifts and assume that was enough but there's day when I didn't want anything except a hug. Mum's good that way, she hugs me all the time and hides dad's credit card." I grinned stretching my legs out. "I'd have loved to backpack around staying in cheap places and eating at those diners you see on tv, food challenges. It would be amazing."

[Demona]

I chuckled "well i did that a few times during missions, it wasn't good. And well i didn't get hugged either so" i smiled "except Elena, she really made up for what my parents didn't give me. Love"

[melbender]

"you'll never have to worry about not being loved again." I promised, "I love you more than anyone could love you."

[Demona]

"I know baby, you're everything to me. My whole life, and i hope you forgave me"

[melbender]

"of course I forgave you Mason. I don't want to dwell in the past, I want to move forwards." I promised, leaning over him and giving a sweet kiss before I jumped up and ran down the the water.

[Demona]

I chuckled watching her "you know i can't follow you right?" I smiled picking Willow up, putting on her sun hat and walked down to the shore.

The water was warm against my skin as my feet walked through the ocean. "do you miss it, the CIA?" I asked curiously.

[Demona]

I got closer with Willow in my arms "i would be lying if i say i don't. But i'd give up everything to just be with you and Willow and our future children." I grinned

"I wouldn't stop you, if you wanted to go back but there's no way I'd agree to you going away and working with any women." i grinned back. "I'd break your legs if they wanted you to go away like last time."

[Demona]

I smiled shaking my head "well i can get back, i've been offered a postion but i said no. They said if want to come back the post is mine. I won't have missions, i'll be leading missions from base."

[melbender]

I looked up, wondering why he hadn't shares this news with me. "mason, why didn't you say anything.. I mean, you should tell me this" i sighed feeling bad, paddling my toes through the water. "what would you do with the firm? Would you be home each day? And no missions right?"

[Demona]

"I didn't tell you because i know you want me to be happy, and i'm sure you're already thinking i should take the job. But i won't, because that position, even though it gets me higher in the food chain and it opens many doors for me, is something i can't do. Because i can't promise to be home for dinner every night, or take the day off or i don't know. I might have lots of hours at the office, leading operations isn't that simple. Actually it's like you see it in movies, they can call you late at night if they need you. That wouldn't be fair to my family"

"I don't want you to regret it years later though." i walked to him, fixing Willows hat as she looked around with her tongue poking out. "I know it's selfish of me but I want you home for dinner every night, I want to fall asleep in your arms."

[Demona]

I leaned down and kissed her forehead "i want that too. And that's why i declined their offer"

[melbender]

"I love you." I leant in kissing him. "I can't wait until she's crawling around, imagine the fun"

Noah sat in the bar, downing another shot of burning liquor as he waved the bar tender to bring him another. He fucked up and lost his deal. His client fired him on the spot and lost his father an 8 million dollar deal.
