Bad boy or good boy

In the small town of population 1500, Raelyn was young and in love with the no good bad boy in town.  He was a couple years older and she has known him her whole life they had their first kiss when she was 13.  She thought they would marry and have babies.  But what she didn't think would happen happened!

After she graduated high school he broke up with her!  Raelyn cried for a week straight. There was talk about him and the bar owner in town but taelyn didn't hear of it.  She stormed to his house as she was suppose to leave for college soon she wanted to go not a virgin and she wanted him to be her first.  She got her wish and some.  When she woke up he was gone! 

A few weeks later right as she found out she was pregnant she heard that the bar owner was too and word was both babies belonged to him!  But nobody knew where he was.  Not even his older brother.  

Now raising both hers and the bar owners boy by herself she got wind that bad boy was in the army from his brother who helped as much as he could with his nephews.  But what happens when bad boy comes back for Raelyn?

I dat back down after watching the boys riding their bikes and wrapped an arm around her "they're great.. i uh, please tell me you haven't closed up baby shop, especially if we're going to do this. You all deserve a family and well i want to give that to you. I missed out on everything o never knew i wanted."

I looked at him.  "Are you saying?"  I stopped and felt the wetness on my cheeks.  "You really want us?"  I didn't give him a chance to respond.  "And you might want more kids?  Am I dreaming this has to be a dream!"

I smiled cupping both her cheeks and brushing a tear away "it's as real as it gets sweetheart." Smiling as i looked over at the boys playing "they'll need a sister, or two."

I smiled and I couldn't help the tears.  "But what about-". I stopped and looked at the boys too.  "What about the army?"  I knew he loved it and wanted to go back, I'm not sure I can live with it but I'll support him.

"I'll need to talk to my commander, but my legs not too good and well that should keep me home." I knew there was a risk of me being deployed and I just hoped I could get around it. "I want to be here, with you three. I may not have much, but I will give you everything I can."

I smiled at him.  "We will take it one day at a time.  I just need to ask one thing of you.  I want Jared as my own on paper but we couldn't find you, that wench of a woman wouldn't sign off without you."  I sighed he still didn't know all of what she has done and when he hears it he will be so pissed.

"Ok" i didn't see the problem woth that "uh leaave me it with me and ill see what i can do."' I smiled "she won't get him, not when she hasn't been around."

"Jed umm baby she thinks you two would work things out with each other once you came back she is messed up, I'm not sure I think when she comes back I uhh don't want you meeting her alone take John or something please!"  I don't think he knows how messed up she is.

I sighed "I've fought in wars. Shes harmless to me. Ill sort her out and just worry about that when the time comes. Shes not getting back with me. Hey and i were never a thing to start with. " i sighed knowing she was gping to be difficult but i knew i could make her listen and sign over the rights.

I smiled.  "I don't trust her and I'm worried about when she comes back and so is Jared he is terrified of her maybe you should talk to him see if he will tell you what she did!"  I wasn't going to tell him she was going to abort him till I offered her all of my college money.i just couldn't let her kill him and seeing as hole is Jed's then he is mine too has been since I picked him up from the hospital.  The nurse will even say so.

"I haven't heard a word from her since I left town. If she causes that much trouble I have my ways of getting rid of her." I pulled her close not wanting her to worry. "The kids are ours, not hers. You did have your name signed on the birth certificate when he was born... right?" I assumed she would have.

I bit my lip.  "She wouldn't allow it because you wasn't around. I tired I even talked to a lawyer but they said there was nothing I could do."  I hated it I hated her and I just wanted my boys safe but she could come back and take him at any time and that scared Jared as much as it did me.

I nodded, it didn't add up but I didn't want to upset anymore. "I'll need to see the doctor again soon, think you could schedule me an appointment?" I half smiled, lifting my leg not far off the ground and hissing in pain. "I have to have surgery on it again too, the bones shattered in one part."

I winced with him.  "You really did it good didn't you.  Does that mean I get to play nurse at home?"  I smiled loving that he changed the topic.  He knew me so well.

I raised a brow "only if you dress up in a costume with red lingerie underneath.. something lace?" my arousal stirred at the thought of her all sexy like that.

I smiled.  "Mmmmm the boys may need to stay with their uncle John for a few days."  I laughed.  I was happy but I knew we still had a lot to deal with.

"Yeah but not just yet. I want to be around, if you're ok with it, maybe spend a night with them here and there? I don't want to push things on them, but I don't want to mis anymore time with you all." I said determined to be a good father.

I smiled and kissed him.  "We would love that!"  The boys ran over.  "Do you two have to kiss in public?"  James asked and I laughed and kissed her again.  "Yep!"

"Why wouldn't i want to kiss your mum, shes beautiful " i smiled wrapping an arm around her. "You csn close your eyes of you don't want to see" i joked

I laughed as they both said ewwww and took off running.  "They are going to love having you around."  I laid my head on his shoulder "me too I've missed you so much Jed I was so worried about you."

"I was in a dark place back then. It was best for everyone that I left when I had of done, I would of hurt you much worse than I did. I'm sorry." I would spend the rest of my life making it up to her. To her and our sons.

I sighed.  "But you came back!  I mean you would have came back even if you didn't get hurt right?  Even not knowing about the boys?"  Oh god why did I have to ask that I feared his answer so bad I mean I don't really know how he feels about me.

"This is home. Once my leg healed, I was going to come find you. Hope that you weren't married to some rich lawyer in a white picket fence." I half smiled, teasingly. "If you were, then I would have gone back to war an utter mess."

"I-you wait?  You think I would have moved on?  That I could have?  Oh Jed!  When I told you that night we made love and made James I meant it I meant that there was no way I could ever love another!  I couldn't have moved on even if I wanted too!  Your tha only one I want, need or love!"  I wonder if he realized that meant I haven't had sex since that night.

I felt like shit once she told me she hadn't been with another. Turning to her, I cupped both cheeks and inhalded her perfume. "You're too good for me. I don't deserve your love, but i'll do everything I can to earn it."
