She decides to escape all the pity looks she has been getting for a year now.  A year ago her husband and love of her life got into a horrible accident.  She was left with three kids.  One who is 2 one that is 5 and the oldest 7.  She didn't know what to do so she took the whole summer off to figure it out and took her babies to the beach for some much needed sun and time to recover specially her oldest who is always upset.  

He is a single dad of two who just recently 6 months ago divorced his pyscho of a wife.  He decided to move far away from her to his childhood beach house with his kids.  He has full custody.  He doesn't believe in love anymore after what she did to him.  All he needs is his kids and his friends.  But his friends think other wise.

I was pissed.  "One she isn't a whore.  Two I haven't talked or seen her since you left with her that day you showed up.  Now you asked me to step away.  I didn't want to and I'm not going to.  You have messed with the wrong guy here and you will pay!"  Kyle shook his head.  "I need to talk to your girl Zane to see if she wants to press charges don't do anything stupid like beat this guy to a pulp like he deserves."  He grinned I saw the anger in brads eyes as Kyle said my girl.  "Hey I won't attack but if he comes at me I can't promise anything!"  I grinned back at Kyle.

"Get off my property now. This isn't the end," he moved in closer shaking with anger. "You tell my wife, that when she's done with her fling, i'll be here waiting.. but I wont give up my kids that easily." He spun on his heel and stormed inside the hosue, not before yelling out "i'll burn the lot of your shit Emilia! You'll get nothing from me so long as you're with that cunt!"

I laughed.  "Burn it!  She doesn't need any of it."  I barked out.  I have Kyle my keys and told him I'll talk to her.  I motioned for her to unlock the car and she did once I was in I grabbed her hand.  "Divorce him!"  I said straight away.  "Press charges and divorce him!"

"Whats dee-vorce mama?" Noah asked but i couldnt speak. I just nodded at Zander yes. Finding my voice, i swallowed and grabbed his hand shaking "drive"

"Gladly!"  I said and as we got further away I had to ask the kids fell asleep and it was killing me.  "I have a few questions."  I said and saw her nod as if telling me go ahead.  "Did he hit the kids?  Hot you in front of the kids?  Did he force himself on you?"  I needed to know.

I sighed, looking out the window and then back to him "there was no sex. I couldn't, i felt like i was cheating on you which killed me." I didnt want anyone else "he hit me when he was drinking, two nights ago he just lost it at dinner. Mia wanted pancakes and andy refused to speak to him. Noah was hypo and throwing a tantrum over carrots. He just hit me." I didnt see it coming at all "the kids seen him do it. Other than that, he yelled alot and put me down.. he almost his Noah, but i pushed him away from him."

"Fuck!"  I gritted my teeth.  "I'm so so sorry Em! This is my fault I shouldn't have let you go I didn't want to I didn't want to see you and the our kids with him.  But I hope you understand my reasons."  I looked at her.  "I love you and I won't let him hurt you or our kids again."

I smiled as he said our kids. "i love you too" a little while later we were pulling into a driveway and i had no idea where we were until i realised this was the house. "Zander.. you built it." I couldn't believe he built it still. A tired andy asked "mummy where are we?"

I smiled.  "Of course at the time it was all I had of you four and I wanted to have something."  I know that sounded pathetic but that's how I felt.  I looked at Andy.  "We are home buddy!"  God I hoped those kids were going to be okay.  "I'll call the security guy and have him change some things and get a gate up with a code entrance okay?"

I nodded "what about Mikey and moly? I don't want to upset them. I never said goodbye to them" i can only imagine the confusion and hurt they felt. I looked back at the house with a smile "home."

I smiled.  "They are mad at me they think I made you mad and left.  They miss you all so much that they are with my mum because they are mad at me."  I disappointed them.  "They will be so happy when I call them in the morning and tell them.  Now let's go in and see if there is anything I got wrong!  And get the kids settle."

I felt bad that they were blaming him. "I should explain it to them, that it wasn't your fault at all." I reached for his hand as I carried mia on my hip. The boys walked in and were sticking close. I was amazing. "Zander.. oh.. my.. wow. You done all this since we've been apart?" It was like walking into my mind. Everything was like we'd talked about and envisioned. I half laughed "ok, so the house we were living in could fit into this kitchen. This is huge" but I could see us all in here every day.

I pulled her to me.  "Don't worry about moly and Miley they will be fine."  I kissed her swollen busted lip and then looked at her.  "Let's look around."  I held my arms out for Mia and she leapt into them.  The boys stayed close and were so quite I worried about them so much.  "Daddy pancakes!"  Mia said and it caused us all to laugh a little.  I shows them all their own rooms and some extra rooms too.  Then I showed one room to the kids where they all could sleep just because.  The pool the playroom everything once we all ate and put the kids to bed I took Em to our room.  Once we got to the door i said "I understand if you want to sleep in the big room with the kids for a while they the boys are worrying me. They need you close.  I can even sleep in there too if you want."

"Maybe for the first few nights i should, do they don't panic or wake up scared." Stepping closer to him, my hands reaching out and sliding around his waist "i dont want to sleep without you. I've missed you like crazy. Will you sleep in there too?" I asked playing with the hem of his shirt

I smiled.  "Let me change and I'll be there. I miss you too.  I'm so sorry sweetheart none of what you went through is right and I'll make him pay for what he did."  I said I was so angry.  "Do you need anything?"

I nodded. I wanted him. Needed him. "ill just get some clothes and go chsnge." I crossed my arms over my chest and walked to the back, i began to shake and cry "the kids.. us here.. its the right thing to do right?' I didn't want them to hate me for leaving their father.

I waked over and wrapped my arms around her.  "It feels like it I want you all here.  As far as I see it Andy knows that something is off with his biological father!"  I hated saying it but I needed to.  "The things he told me I knew something was off but Noah I don't know how he will feel in the morning and little Mia well we all know she just wants pancakes.  We will work through this together sweetheart."  I kissed her head and held her till she calmed down.  "Let's get back to our kids okay?"

"I love the sound of that." I smiled, and changed into some pyjamas. They kids were all lying in the bed when we walked in, they were so quiet I hated it. "So, we're going to have a sleepover in here." I said hoping that would cheer them up. "Mummy, when are we going back to daddy?" Noah asked and I sighed "darling, we're not going back." Andy then said "Good. I never want to go back there."

I went over and sat down next to Andy.  "You wanna talk about it with us?"  He shook his head as Mia said.  "We wit daddy noie!"  I smiled as she always called me daddy.

"Yeah we are." I laughed as she got up in her onesie and ran falling over the bed to his arms. "How about, we get a big sleep and daddy will make us pancakes in the morning" I suggested, he was so good to my kids. It made me wish he was really their father. "unless he sleeps in, then you can jump on him and wake him up."

I smiled at her.  "Either way I'll make pancakes!  Then we will call moly and Miley and see if they wanna come home too!" Noah and Andy gave small smile at this.  "I know as soon as they hear you four are here they will be begging to come home."  I kissed Mia then the boys smiling god I missed them.

We all snuggled down, and I had the boys beside me while Mia slept between Zander and I. I was jut lying there awake thinking about everything until finally I fell asleep.

I woke in the morning and kissed them all.  I decided to call my mum and have her bring the kids home for breakfast to surprise Andy Noah and Mia.  I was cooking breakfast when I heard moly and Mikey.  I smiled and turned they looked at me like I was crazy for being happy.  "Hey I have a surprise for you both."

Mikey looked at him cautiously "what? a new transformer dinosaur toy? that's what I want."

I smiled "nope better how about a mummy another sister as cute as can be who loves pancakes and two more brothers?"  I say watching their faces light up.
