She decides to escape all the pity looks she has been getting for a year now.  A year ago her husband and love of her life got into a horrible accident.  She was left with three kids.  One who is 2 one that is 5 and the oldest 7.  She didn't know what to do so she took the whole summer off to figure it out and took her babies to the beach for some much needed sun and time to recover specially her oldest who is always upset.  

He is a single dad of two who just recently 6 months ago divorced his pyscho of a wife.  He decided to move far away from her to his childhood beach house with his kids.  He has full custody.  He doesn't believe in love anymore after what she did to him.  All he needs is his kids and his friends.  But his friends think other wise.

I could do this. I couldn't however keep thinking Bradley was going to reappear and everything would go back to normal. I called my lawyer, and then my mother and sister and let them know i would be back tomorrow. I needed to make a huge change. After the kids finally fell asleep. I quietly went outside, and seen Zander and his mother on the deck talking, Bo instantly looked up and ran over. I wasn't sure he'd want to talk but i wanted to talk to him. "Um, do you have a minute?" i asked him, god i was so nervous. i was crying, but not in sadness.

I lokked up at my mum and she smiled "I'll be inside if you need anything."  She said and walked in.  I walked over.  I didn't know what to say or do.  "You okay?"

"I know you probably think I'm a crazy mess right now, and i am." well that didn't make me sound right. "i just, what Mia called you, it hit me hard but it also made me realise something.." i reached out, taking his hands and squeezing gently. "the kids and i are leaving in the morning.." he looked confused but i cut him off before i lost my nerve "no it's not that, i'm not running from you. Or us. If there's even an us. You told me you didn't want to be anything if I move away, and i thought i was ok with that but I'm not. So i'm going to go back, and sort of everything then come back and hopefully you'll still want to see where this goes." i dropped his hand guestering between us "i just need you to be patient, i have bad days and Andy does too, but i won't ever compare you with him." I was rambling "i need to go slow, we have children to think of and we can't rush this."

I looked at her confused.  "Okay slow down!  What is it your saying?"  I asked because if she was saying what I think she was I was going to kiss her.

"I like you!! and i hate that i can't spend time with you when i really want to." oh god he wasn't feeling the same anymore.

I looked at her and grabbed her and kissed her as my mouth was on hers shocks ran through me god she tasted so good.  I moaned and she did too.  "Damn!"  I said placing my forehead on hers. "God you tast so good."

I was breathing so fast and shallow "i have wanted you to do that for days." i said a whisper. "I'll only be gone a couple days, don't change your mind in the meantime."

I kissed her again.  "Not going to happen but take me number so we can talk those days you'll be gone!"  I say kissing her again.  I wanted to stay with her and hold her.

"I'm scared Andy's not going to take the news well, i want to tell them but do you think we could keep it between us, just until I'm back and sorted out?"

I smiled.  "I understand.  But call me when you get home to let me know you made it!"  I kissed her again only longer.  God I loved the feel of her lips.  My tongue slipping in and playing with hers.  "Do you wanna have breakfast before hall gi?"

"i will, and breakfast would be lovely. I umm, don't go to the zoo yet. I think I'd like to go with us all together." my fingers found the base of his hair and i have a little pull "i want to Make this work."

I smile.  "Me too!  And breakfast at 9 is that okay?  We can go to the diner or I can cook?"  I say glancing at her lips again.

"you can cook?" i asked taking in his features. "I'd like that." I went to kiss him again but heard a noise inside and pulled away quickly. Andy stood in the doorway rubbing his eyes and his bottoms wet. "I didn't mean too." he said sadly. I rushed over and hugged him "it's ok, ill go change the bedding and get you some new pants." I kissed his forehead and glanced at Zander to watch him for the moment

Andy stood there quietly looking at Zander and said "daddy told us to close our eyes...Mia and Noah did But i didn't.. Daddy drove into a big red truck." he said and put a finger to his lips "shh don't tell mummy."

I looked at him was he saying his father tried to kill them all?  Holy shit.  "Andy I don't think your father did it on purpose buddy.  Why didn't you close your eyes like he said?"  I was curious.

"daddy went really fast and i was too scared to shut my eyes." he shrugged "mummy thinks a truck hit our car but daddy went like that on the road" he.motioned with his hands how the car went fast into a truck "don't tell mummy. Shes sad and i don't want her to cry anymore."

I sighed.  "I won't say anything because I don't want her to be sad either buddy but it's also something only you can when your ready."  I walked over.  "But for now let's ger you cleaned up."

I walked out and smiled as Andy seemed to be talking to Zander then i noticed he was taking his wet bottoms off. "I have the shower ready for you big boy." I looked at Zander, not ready to say goodnight to him yet but did't want to keep him from his kids and mother "are you in a rush to leave?"

I smiled at her.  "No mum put the kids down and if I know her and I do, if I came home right now she would send me back over here."  I laughed.  Andy looked at me.  "So you take that shower and I'll read that book that you aske sme to if your mum says that's okay?"

"i think that would be alright," i smiled at Andy and then at Zander. Once I got him cleaned up and showered again, I dressed him and tucked him up in bed while Zander sat down with a book. "I'll be in the kitchen." i said leaving them alone.

I smiled at her and watched her walk out.  I started to read to andy.  I thought he hated me at first but maybe what he said about the car accident is true maybe he was a fraud of his father. But Emilia talks about him as he was so loving.

"he asleep?" i asked when he walked out. I had made us both a drink to have, no alcohol. I wanted to be sober for anything else that was said. "come to the couch."

I smiled "he is such a good kid Emilia but something is troubling him and maybe you should spend some quality time with him while home I'm not saying this to over step and if I am I'm sorry."  I say as I sat next to her I didn't want to start this off like this but what he said to me I won't be able to shake off.

I was about to take a sip of my drink but stopped "what? I.. I do try to spend time with them separately each day, do you think I'm neglecting him?"i felt horrible.

"No no! I dont think that it's just well andy said some things that concerned me and he is really worried about you.  I think he needs you more than the others right now.  And please don't ask me to tell you what he said because I don't think I understand it myself.  He will tell you when he is ready."  I felt like shit.  I put my glass down and pulled her to me.  I rubbed her arm up and down.

"what did he say to you? " i needed to know what was wrong. "i would never keep something your children say to me from yoI " he was really making me feel like a horrible mother who spent no time with her son.
