I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I didn't want to believe it. "was she young?" if she kept bringing up some young girl then I had to wonder if she was still around here too.

i ruined everything I shouldn't have told me. I felt like shit. I watched him walk outside and cried harder.

I came in after awhile and found her asleep on the couch. I was nervous about tomorrow but was going to go with her. "baby, come on. You need to eat" I said kissing her against the forehead.

"I'm not hungry Matt. I can't eat I'm to nervous." I said then yawned. "Can we just go to bed?"

"alright." I said quietly and carried her to the bedroom. "I'll come with you tomorrow" I doubted I'd get any sleep tonight. I was worrying too much.

"th-thank you. I-I'm so sorry." I said as he laid me down and I fell asleep. When I woke up the next morning I took a shower then weat to kiss Matt. "Matt we gotta go in a hour."

I groaned and opened my eyes "an hour?" i yawned sitting up. "I don't like getting up early babe." I pulled her to me and kissed her "come back to bed, and let me love you in more than one way."

i sighed. "Matt it's almost one in the afternoon." I shook my head. "We gotta get going."

I shot up out of bed "shit, I slept late." I never sleep this late
 "alright, give me five!" I called out and rushed to find some clothes.

i giggled. "We have a hour Matt no rush." I said back and then went outside for fresh air. I was so scared this could really make it break us. On the way there we didn't say a word. I hardly looked t him and didnt look at me. Sitting waiting on the nurse to call me back I grabbed his hand. "Thank you for coming with me."

I looked round the room and noticed all the pregnant women and felt like the.kid who knocked my girlfriend up. "I wouldn't let you do this alone" i murmured, lifting her hand and placing a kiss against her knuckles.

i tried to smile and then that was it they called my name and we stood. After answering several embarrassing questions in front of Matt they had me pee in a cup. Then we waited. I looked at him.

"afternoon. So we got the test back and we'll your not pregnant but we found that your white blood count was high with the blood work we did. I am going to suggest you make a call to your normal doctor."

She was pregnant. Great, I didn't stuff up her life. But what the hell was up with her blood. "do you know if anything wrong with you? " i asked wrapping my arm around her waist as we headed back to the car.

i shook my head. "No but I need to get answers but that visit there coast too much. I need a job with insurance benefits so I guess my dream of surfing is over and I'll be at my aunts diner so I can find out what is wrong with me." I sighed. "I think someone doesn't want me to be happy"

Pulling her to a stop. I frowned "you aren't not surfing, and you're not working in a diner. I told you before,.don't worry about money baby." I said more sterner. "I won't watch you throw surfing away, what my baby wants, she gets!"

i sighed. "That's not it Matt. They will do a physical and if they find out I lied and said I was healthy I won't have a chance. They wont let me compete." I said looking at him. "It's over I'll just find something else. I'll have to go back to school too."

"hold up, that's of something was wrong. Let's just see what the doctor says before we make big decisions." it hopefully was nothing serious. "are you hungry? We could go get something to eat, or you want to visit your friend?"

"can we go to the diner so I can let my aunt know?" I asked afraid of what was going on

"course we can." I drove us there in silence and found us a booth when we we arrived. While she went to talk to her aunt, I sent the realtor I hadn't mentioned to her a message and let her know i could meet her on Friday. I had to decide what to do about my mums house.

i was done with my aunt and smiled. "Hey what's going on?" I asked him. He looked deep in thought. I hope he wasn't going to walk away now.

"nothing" i smiled slipping the phone into my back pocket. "how's your aunt?"

"worried about me. She wants me to move in with her. Butt-". I paused looking at him. "I told her that your taking care of me and that i will be staying with you."

I relaxed, relieved. "yes. Good." I was taking care of her. "do you like staying with me, I mean you don't have to if you don't want to be there." maybe I was making her feel forced into it

i smiled. "I love it. Waking with you next to me puts a smile on my face." I said trying not to think of everything else. "I'm so but Matt I'm glad we aren't havin a baby right now."

I was so happy to hear her say that "me too, I mean it's not that I dint want kids with you but right now isn't a good time. We're too young and god I'm not ready to be a father." l rambled on

i grabbed his hand. "I know!" I smiled. "In the future we will talk!" I winked and looked around. "I wanna go surf!"
