Two friends who grew up in the same town lost contact after moving away for college. She crushed on him all through high school and he had no idea, dating his years away with other women. I opened my mouth, keeping my eyes directly on hers as she put the popcorn in my mouth, I licked the salt off my lips and groaned. "Much better!"

i smiled and turned my attention back to the movie. i tried to stay comfy without being too close to him but that was a bit hard to do.

The air was a little thick around us. I kept stealing glances and noticed she kept moving looking uncomfortable. I hesitantly moved so my arm was over the back of the couch and I laid back a little "you can lay back here if you want, it's more comfortable." I said looking at her.

i looked up at him and shook my head "I'm good thanks" i looked at the time and saw it was 7 "I have to get ready anyway"

"Well I hope you have a good first night at work," I smiled laying down fully as she got off the couch.

[Demona]

i smiled "thanks" i went in and put on some tight jeans and a blue tank top with a leather jacket and leather boots. i left my hair wild and put on light make up before going out.

She looked damn fine tonight. I ended up ordering takeout and heading back home. I had an early shift and couldn't be late.

[Demona]

i met the bar tenders and the waiters and waitresses, they were all very nice but the guy working with me behind the bar was extremely nice and looked sexy as hell. i kept joking with him all night and i liked the job there. security was tight so the customers kept their hands to themselves.

I got called into work around 2am. Armed robbery at a gas station down town. I had to take details and then head into the station.

I came home at 3am and he wasn't there. It kind of scared me being alone at this time. I took a shower and slept on the couch waiting for him

I came home around 4am and was exhausted. I walked into the kitchen to grab some water when I noticed her asleep on the couch. I walked over and brushed some hair behind her ear and then lifted her with ease. I carried her into her bed and tucked her in. "Sweet dreams," I whispered and headed to my room.

I woke up in my own bed next morning, oliver must have put me in bed. I smiled at the thought and went to make him breakfast as a thank you. I made pancakes and french toasts with chees and scrambled some eggs. I wasn't sure what he liked

I walked out in my boxers running a hand through my hair, "something smells incredibly good!" I smiled sleepily at her. "Morning, how was work last night?"

[Demona]

i blushed damn he was hot "Put a shirt on" i smiled "Morning. It was great! and i got the job"

[melbender]

I laughed "a shirt? Bit it's too hot!" I yawned and went back to the room and grabbed a shirt. "So you fell asleep on the couch, I got called out to a robbery at 2, got back around 4 or 5,"

[Demona]

"yeah i was waiting for you to come back when i passed out on the couch. thanks for putting me in bed" i smiled warmly.

[melbender]

"No worries, you're pretty light so it wasn't like I had to drag you," I teased. "Want any help?"

[Demona]

I giggled than shook my head "no i'm good all done. Sit" i said and sat next to him

[melbender]

I let out a slight groan as I ate some French toast, "now I know why I agreed to let you move in," I winked nudging her lightly "your food is damn good!"

[Demona]

I laughed "thanks i'm glad you like it. So do you have to work today?"

[melbender]

"Yes I start at 10 since I went in earlier. What about you? You staying at that bar perminately?" I looked over at her. Trying not to get distracted from her beauty.

[Demona]

"For now yes, they pay well and its a great place. The owner is adorable " i smiled "oh i forgat to ask you how much is half the rent?"

[melbender]

"$150, but pay when you're able to," I said and frowned "so the owner is adorable? What's that mean?"

[Demona]

"She's cute and amiable and her son is freaking hot!" I giggled blushing a bit. "Yeah i'll get you the money before you head out"

I didn't like the way she said her son was hot but I didn't say anything. "yeah when ever you're to," I smiled and kept eating.
