Mac was a handsome guy who could get any girl to fall to their knees.  He was in a committed relationship but wasn't truly happy.  He felt as if he had to stay with her for unknown reasons.  He secretly wanted to explore his options.

I was so scared. He sister telling but I couldn't hear her. I couldn't watch this either. I held my cheek and ran outside to get some air. I cried.

After a while of hitting each other I punched him and knocked him out cold. I looked at Laura, "when he wakes tell him if he comes near her or doesn't throw out those photos then I will be back!" I warned. "Like fuck im staying with him now, he's crazy!" She yelled. I went outside to find Kylie, I seen her crying and wrapped my arm around her. "Hey baby, you ok?"

I jumped as he held me till I heard macs voice. I wrapped my arms around him. "I'm so sorry." I hates this. "Your sister hates me and this day has turned terrible. I just want a hot bath and to sleep." I say.

"That is a good idea, let's head home and don't worry about her. It was James who invited her around, he made Laura say it was her. She doesn't hate you," I said kissing her cheek.

I looked at him. I know my cheek would be bruised I rubbed it a little hissing. "What do we tell your parents when they see this red mark on my cheek?"

I picked her up and carried her to the car, "Laura probably already called them. Let's just get you home, I will talk to them." I kissed her cheek softly and helped her in the car.

I was so worried they would think differently of me. I watched as Mac went to the other side. I loved him so much. I can't believe this jerk kept pictures of me. He disgusted me. No then saw Laura run out to Mac. Great what now.

"What's wrong?" I asked her getting back out of the car. "Please take me and the kids back to mum and dads, I cant be here with him, he's going to get so mad at me." she said crying. I hugged her and told her to get in the car. I looked at Kylie, "I won't be long," I said and took off inside to find the kids.

I sat in the car not talking or making a sound I just silently cried. I didn't know what to do. I didn't look at her. I saw Wendy come out of the house looking pissed. I wondered why.

I had hold of the kids and loaded the ute up. "Right sit in the back with mommy" I said ignoring Wendy. I grabbed their bags and tossed them in the car. "Mac where am I meant to go" Wendy yelled. "Don't care, back to the brothel maybe" I called out getting in the car. "Everyone ready?" I asked

I nodded. I was so tired from the events I feel asleep. To Laura talking to Mac.

When we pulled up home I went and explained to mum what had happened. she was so worried about Kylie and dad was ready to rip James apart. I got my sister and her sleeping kids in the house then came back out to Kylie and picked her up. I carried her up to my room and laid her down on the bed and started taking her clothing off. I got in beside her and pulled her close. "I'll never let anyone hurt you again, I love you so much." I said quietly.

I though I heard something but didn't wake up. When I finally woke up in the morning Mac was gone so I got up and showered throwing on his shirt and some yoga pants. I looked at my cheek and sighed. It was bruised badly and I wouldn't be able to hide it. I went downstairs and went to the kitchen were Gwen and Laura were sitting. "Morning." I said shyly trying not to look at them.

"How are you feeling dear? Mac will be back soon, he just went to help his dad with something," Gwen said, she knew he had planned a surprise for her today.

"So it's all set then, I hope she'll love it. It should take her mind of everything," I said to Dad. He nodded, "I agree!"

"Oh okay. Um do you bothind if I sit on here with you?" I just didn't know how Laura felt about me. "I'm I'm really sorry about yesterday Laura." I felt terrible.

Laura looked at her and couldn't believe her ears, "you're sorry, oh sweetie I am the sorry one. I had no idea what a monster he was, and to have all those photos im my home as a reminder," she said getting teary, "I am the sorry one. just take care of my brother, he's never been so PDA before it's kinda great to see that he does have emotions!"

I looked at her in surprise. "I love you brother. I haven't known him long but he is amazing and the more I find out about him the more I love him." I say feeling my cheeks heat up. "As far as James goes he hid his true colors from a lot of people."

I walked into the house with Kylie and my mum and sister chatting. I smiled "You're up sleeping beauty, I've got something planned when you're done with your girl chat," I noticed her bruised cheek, I went over and kissed it. "I'm just going to wash up and i'll be back," I said.

I smiled as I watched him walk away. "Do you two know about this?" I asked with raised eyebrows.

They both tried to hide their smiles. "No." they said together and laughed a little.

I washed up and made sure I had everything in order. I hoped she'd like this, I came back down the stairs and held her boots out, "you'll need these on beautiful."

I looked at him. "Um should I change?" I say looking down at myself. He shook his head and I put my boots on. "Ready." I say taking his hand.

"So we're going on an adventure today, something fun and relaxing." I say leading her down to the barn.

"A adventure?" I say and stop "Mac, I'm sorry about yesterday. I didn't get a chance to thank you." I stood on my tip toes and kissed him lightly. "Thank you."

"You're welcome baby, I love you too." I said and led her in the barn to two horses who were saddled up and ready. "How do you feel about going on a horse ride through the forest beautiful?"

"Umm well I have never rode a horse so do you think I could just ride with you?" I was a little afraid to ride myself.
