I heard the phone ringing vaguely and Rick reached into my bra and snatched it out. Looking at me as my eyes closed and opened after my head hit the window, My head hurt all over again and Rick just smirked as he ended the call.

"You've killed someone before?" I asked a few minutes of silence, I was shocked and didn't even know how to react. I didn't blame him at all but I couldn't help but wonder just how angry he could get around me.

i saw her worried look. "Yes I did, out of self defense. That's why I didn't take a gun. I knew he would have one and I walked in that house with one I wouldn't be able to plead self defense. It would of been cold blooded murder." I hope she understood I would never hurt her. "Char baby, I would never hurt you. You know that right." I looked into her eyes. "My father was going to kill me and I knew it. If I would of taken my hands of his neck, I wouldn't be here today. Rick wanted me dead so I went in knowing I had to kill him first. I'm sorry."

I nodded and stood up, he looked panicked until I sat on his lap and wrapped my arms around his neck, "I killed someone, I shot someone in the back of the head." I said and buried my face into his neck as I broke down crying hard and loudly.

i held her close. "I'm so sorry. If I could take it all away I would. I failed you. I should of been able to protect you. I would tell you it gets better but I can't lie to you. Please just don't cry. I love you."

"James should have shot him, he shouldn't have left. I could have driven myself, I shouldn't have had to be the one to shoot someone, I'm pregnant!" I yelled into his chest. "I am so angry, I am hurt and I want to be alone but I don't want to be without you."

i wanted to cry. "Beautiful your right you shouldn't of been the one to do it. I'm so sorry. I understand if you want some time. I just don't want you to think that I'm different now." I pulled her closer and stroke her hair. "I'm so sorry baby."

"I think I should go and stay with my parents, just for a few days. I need to think and your a reminder of what happened, I love you and I don't blame you." I said as I wiped my eyes and held him tighter.

at that moment I wanted to break. Millions of things running through my head. Did she think I was a monster? Did she think I would hurt her? Was she going to leave me now that she knows? All this and more after a while I said. "Sure lets uh get you and the babies checked first. Then I'll take you to the house your parents are staying." I kissed the top of her head.

I looked at him and sighed, I wanted him to say no I was to stay here. I jusy stood up off him and looked away. "Let's go then Tanner" i said in a monotone voice.

Yep she hates me she thinks if me as a monster now. I got up and tried to grab her hand but she walked off to fast. The ride to the hospital was silent and not a good one. The babies are okay Char has a mild concussion. "Char beautiful I love you, I wish you would stay with me but I understand that being around me reminds you of what happened. I can't tell you I'm sorry enough. I wish I knew how to make you feel better." My knuckles growing white from gripping the steering wheel to right. I just wanted to hold her and kiss her with all my love poured into it.

This was probably the most uncomfortable time we had ever spent together. I looked up when he spoke and dried my eyes on my sleeve, I then noticed his hands. I reached over and took hold of one trying to calm him as in brought his hand to my lap. I then answered Whay id been wanting him to say all afternoon. "Ok, can we get Chinese for dinner before we get home and eat it in bed?"

i smiled. "Of course!" I brought her hand up to my lips and placed gentle kisses on her knuckles. "Anything for you. I love you so much Char. I want to help you in any way I can."

"You can stop blaming yourself for one. I'm not horrified by you, I don't think any less of you either. I love you!" I smiled at him. "I just dont know how to deal with all this, I shouldn't feel guilty but I do."

I gave her a weak smile and said. "I love you and I want to help you get through this. I know a round about on how you feel. I went to someone and if you want to do that as well then I will help with that. But I also stopped boxing because of my situation. Just let me know what I can do for you."

"I will do" i agreed but there was no way I would talk to someone about it. Maybe ill user sex as a way not to think about it.

"okay so Chinese and a movie in bed? Is that good?" I didn't care what we did as long as she was staying. I hated the idea of her going to stay with her parents. I would miss her too much.

I grinned, "Yes, that sounds good. we can have a date night in" I lent across the seat and kissed him on the cheek. I was glad he asked me to stay here. I would go crazy without him.

sitting in bed watching a movie with Char the love of my life was grand. I held her close and ran my fingers through her hair. This was perfect. "So when are we going to discuss baby names?" Trying to keep her mind off the Rick situation.

"Well we could talk about them now? I was wanting to ask you about that actually," I said nervously hoping he didn't get mad. "If we have a girl, would you want to name her after your mum?" I looked at him as i waited for his answer.

i was surprised, I didn't expect that. "Seriously! I would love that. But only if your okay with that." I said looking at her then I pulled her fully into my lap and kissed her before she could speak. "I love you so much Mrs. Cook!"

"I love you too baby, I really do love you!" I kissed his nose and wrapped my arms around his neck. "So, the other two, are we having the same initials?"

"that's up to you. We don't have to if you don't want to." My mothers name was Lydia so we would have all L's. "how about we just think of names we like and go from there?"

I nodded "sounds good, you do know I could never hate you, you protect your family and thats what I love about you so much. We will get through this together."

i smiled. "God your perfect!" I kissed her nose. "So what other names do you like?"

I already knew the names I liked, "Well I like Skylar and Jackson for boys and girls I like, Mia and Madeline, what about you?"
