I heard the phone ringing vaguely and Rick reached into my bra and snatched it out. Looking at me as my eyes closed and opened after my head hit the window, My head hurt all over again and Rick just smirked as he ended the call.

"Wherever, I don't really know where to go. maybe just the doctors in town, doesn't luke work there?" I asked. "I worry about you as well." I said and kissed his hand.

i smiled. "Yes Luke works there. I'm not sure he will be there though. Lets go i want to make sure. But baby what is it you can't figure out?" I was so curious.

I sighed, "I don't know, something feels off with me. i feel fine, but i feel weird when i think of the babies."

as soon as those words left her mouth I swooped hr up and carried her to the car. I put her in and ran to lock up. I got into the car and drove to the doctors.

I knew he would be worried but my gosh he was over protective. "Please stop rushing around" i said as he went to lift me out of the car. "i am ok to walk Tanner, don't lift me up please." i blushed.

i looked at her a little hurtful. All I wanted to do was make sure she and the babies were okay. I stopped and backed away. "I know I just don't want something to happen." I say shyly.

I cupped his cheeks, "I know and I love you for that and you can carry me around at home, but in public please just let me hold your hand?" I asked and kissed him. I felt bad.

i backed up and let her do what she wanted. I grabbed her hand and we walked together into the clinic. I saw Luke as he rushed over to us. "What's going on Charlotte are you okay? Did something happen?" He asked. I just looked at char for her to answer, because I wasn't sure.

I shrugged, "something feels off, I feel weird in the stomach," I didn't want to say it in front of Tanner incase he freaked so I said it quieter. "I feel like im getting my period."

luke looked at Charlotte and understood that she didn't want to worry tanner. "Okay Charlotte come with me and tanner please go wait in the lobby ill let you know when you can come back."


i didn't want to be in the lobby. I wanted to be with my wife. But Luke's face told me not to argue.

"thanks for seeing me, I just want to make sure the babies are all ok still." I said to luke as he helped me lay down on the bed and lifted my top up. "I hate worrying Tanner but he's not very calm with these things."

i smiled. "I know he never has been. You know how lucky you are? He is a great friend too. I thought he would hate me for almost taking advantage of him but instead he excepted me for who I am." I say as I start the sonogram. "Ahh baby a is looking healthy as well as baby b and c. But it looks to me that I might of been wrong char! The reason your feeling what I assume is pressure is because you have another one hiding behind baby b and c. Thee is four of them. Look baby d!" I was shocked. I knew tanner was going to freak. "All of them are healthy!"

I sat up a little and looked at the screen then back at luke "oh shit, he's going to either give that goofy grin or pass out." I laid back down. Four babies, oh my god. "please can you bring him in here, I've got to find a way to break the news to him."

i was sittin in the lobby when Luke came out and asked me to follow him. I was now scared something was wrong. I walked into the room and ran over to char. "What is going on are you okay char! Are our babies okay?"

I just started rambling on and on "You know how we're having 3 babies, well we were shocked because there were so many, and now Luke made a mistake and we're not having 3 babies anymore." I said looking at him and his smile dropped. I squeezed his hands, "we're actually having four."

i just looked at her. "Did you say 4 babies?" I say as I see her nod yes I felt weak in the knees. 4 babies! The next thing I knew I was on the ground.

Luke was leaning over Tanner while he was out cold. "shit, big man down alert." he chuckled. I wanted to laugh but I couldn't. "I cant believe we're having quads. oh my god." I laid back and wiped my stomach clean then got off the bed and knelt beside my husband and stroked his forehead.

when I finally came to I saw my beautiful wife. "4" was all I could say. I was so shocked. I was happy! "All healthy?" I couldn't even form sentences!

I nodded, "very healthy, baby a, b, c and d are all healthy but I think the house you built isn't going to be big enough, you may need to get your building tools out baby." I smiled and lent down and kissed his mouth, "are you ok to stand?"

i smiled. "Yes I'm okay and maybe we should just build another house!"

"Let's get you home, we have a lot to talk about now baby." I smiled back at him. I moved back as he stood. He still looked pale but I think he was taking it all in.

the number kept playing in my head. 4 babies at once. I looked and pulled her close. "Beautiful we are having 4 babies at once! I'm so excited!" I said looking into her eyes. I looked at Luke as he laughed. J smiled and we all walked out.

After we made the next appointment we got in the car to drive home. "Our lives are never going to be the same again once these four will be born, four babies. My god babe you knocked me up good and proper!" I squeezed his thigh lightly.

"and I plan in doing it again my love!" I say as I glance and notice her slightly scared look. "All in time beautiful!"

"you want more kids?" I asked. "I thought that would have scared you into going and getting a vasectomy."
