I had to excuse myself. I sent a quick text to Stacy. -your mom is in my house! What should I do?

i froze at his text. Then I replied I don't know ask what she wants.

I walked back into the kitchen. "What is it you want?" I asked. "I just want to make sure my daughter is happy but not with you." I looked at her. What in the world. "She is happy." I turned and left the house. I sent a text -she wanted make sure you were happy without me, I left.

I texted back -already on my way.

i text OK. I sit on the couch as I wait.

It didn't take long. I was at her front door knocking an waiting.

I go to the door. I lead him upstairs to my room.

I didn't wait to ask. "Why do you think she doesn't want you to be with me?"

"She thinks my dad is making me date you because you're a shifter and in our group. She loved my dad but was forced to marry him and didn't like it. She doesn't want that for me too. But dad is giving me flexibility." I said.

"And I would never force you to marry." I said thinking that can't be the only reason she looked at me with pure disgust. "

"I don't know my mom very well so I don't know what she's thinking." I said.

"Well it really doesn't matter what anyone says, I want to be with you for you. That's if you'll have me?"

"Good, lets watch a movie." I say pulling her into my arms.

i smiled. "OK. We can get one off Netflix. My PC is running through my TV."

"Okay I really don't care what we watch." I say as I sat down and then there was a knock on the door. Crap I hope that isn't her dad, or at least I hope if it is he won't mind.

I answer and my dad and I talk then  come back.

"Everything okay?" I didn't want her in trouble or anything. "If I need to go I can ill just go crash at my friends.

"No it wasn't that. Well sort of. He's okay with it as long as we don't go too far and we tell him when you are." I said.

"Oh ok. So what are we watching?" I asked watching her walk over gracefully.

i pull out a tablet and we go though my movies.

"That's a good one I say pointing to one I really never seen. I'm not really a movie person so I really didn't care.

I smiled and play it. I set the tablet down and we watch it on my TV.
