She is mysterious, and strange to most people. Dark clothes, dark make-up. She loves dark stuff. Then suddenly her mother dies, and her baby sister. Leaving her and her father. Her dad checks out on the murder, but she still is shifty. She was out doing a few illegal things that night, so she can't tell. The cops decide to assign a watch on her. He wasn't too old, fresh out of the academy and only 21. He gets a cover up as a teacher at her school, a history teacher. He's good at it too, and another shock, so is she. But he doesn't find out until he sits down with her. He's kinda of annoying to her, but also annoyingly cute. Maybe there's a romance dwelling beneath them.

"Sounds good," I said from where I lay on the couch tiredly.

I cooked and served it up. I brought it in and sat beside her, "we should head to bed afterwards"

"Good, I'm super tired," I said as I sat up and took the plate and kissed his cheek. "Thank you."

"You're welcome love" I say as I kissed her again. I wasn't going to bring up the case tonight id talk in the morning about it

I kissed him back before I started eating. "I like it."

"Thanks!" I smiled eating.

I smiled at him. I ate quietly then I went to put the plate in the sink.

I went to the bedroom and changed my clothes quietly.

As I changed I thought about the knife. Only one person, besides the two who were dead, had access to my knife collection. I think my dad had either killed my family, or paid someone to do it. And that would explain why he was so much colder lately when I came out of the bedroom I was very angry, because someone had used my own weapons to kill my family. And my dad had something to do with it because no one knew where it all was hidden.

I looked up as I walked out of the kitchen "Babe what's wrong?" I asked wAlking over to her.

[Mizho Sohma]

"No one knew where I hide my weapons, except three people, and two of them died. My dad would be the only person who would know now. So either he did it, or he helped the person who did it," I replied. I could only see that, because you'd need to know where the key was, telling people where the weapons were isn't a big deal, if they don't know where the key is. But the key, that would mean there was inside help.

I nodded, I walked over to her and pulled her close "your dad was picked up after you left the station. He is currently being questioned and having his alibi re checked, I don't want you to worry or panic. But your father may have helped the person who did use the weapon to kill. We are coming down hard. Your alibi has been confirmed and they have taken you off the suspects list. But your dad is a new prime suspect, along with someone else who I can't say just yet."

I nodded and leaned into him. "It explains his behavior, he was never this cold, he was cold, but only recently was it abusive. My dad acts like I should've died that night too," I said. I hadn't really given it much thought, but my mom never tolerated this behavior of his. She threatened to leave when it was really bad.

"I'm sorry you went through all that, your dad isn't a nice man. They won't let him out of custody until they find out what we need to know." I pulled back and smiled "you're off the hook, we should celebrate some how!"

[Mizho Sohma]

I smiled at him. "I don't know how to celebrate it. Legally. All my celebrating is usually with drinking, which I didn't promise I would stop, but until it's legal I will," I smiled at him. He could get it early. He needed to wait and I wanted to wait just a little longer. To know if it'll last at all. As long as it's a few years.

"Yes I don't want to arrest you for drinking" I chuckled. "We could watch a movie or go somewhere out of town?" I suggested. I had no idea how to celebrate and didn't know what she felt like doing.

[Mizho Sohma]

I thought about it. "Let's stay in. Even though I'm cleared, in everyone's head I'm still guilty and until the case is solved I will always be guilty," I replied.

"Alright we will watch a movie then, you pick something" I say kissing her cheek and sitting down.

[Mizho Sohma]

I smiled, "Ok." I went over to his collection and picked out a movie.

I watched her until she came back over "what did you choose?" I asked pulling her close.

[Mizho Sohma]

"It's a surprise!" I said happily and leaned into him as I pressed play. I chose one of his romantic movies, which was very few.

I laughed as the movie came on "well I can handle this one, least it's not too sappy," I said smiling and kissing the side of her head.

I giggled at him. "Well, you bought it, so I imagine you found something entertaining about it," I smiled.

I smiled an kissed him softly. I pulled away before he kissed back.

"Tease" I muttered "and yes it's my sisters favourite movie so I brought it for when she stays over," I smiled.
