He and I were in love. Nothing could change it, or so we thought. We dated for two years before the incident. That night it happened I was supposed to meet him at a restuarant for dinner. He had big plans for our future that night. Two years it had been since I asked him out, and 4 since we met. He was planning to propose to me. But he waited at the restaurant for awhile, after some time he expected the call that I would relay to indicate why I was late.

An hour passed and yet I had not called. He calls me, but surprisingly I don't answer. This is when my captors had taken me, and I'm sure I heard the phone ring multiple times with his desperate attempts to locate me. I could not answer to call for help. The first time I didn't pick up he has a sneaking suspicion of what had happened. I never just didn't answer. That's also taking into account that I'm showering or held up at work.

It's been two years since then, and he and I had not seen each other. When he heard that I had been found, he was delighted. Overjoyed, in fact. He thought I would appear weak, bloody, beaten. Anything, even with some mental truama. But what he got was so much worse than he or even I could ever fathom. For what these people had done for those two years to me, even my family could not predict the reaction I had the moment he walked in the room. No one could've thought I was capable of it, especially not to him.

I smiled as we watched the animals.

One of the workers allowed her to hold one of the birds, though she was a bit scared to.

I smiled as she held it and became at ease with it.

After the birds we found something different to go to.

I smiled as she seemed really excited about all the animals.

"which one was your favorite?" I asked Lily as she kept saying how much fu. She was having. "tigers!" she said excitedly, before making a noise I guessed to be the sound of a tiger. "which one is your favorite so far?" I asked Kieva.

"I don't really know, my favorite wild animal is those little monkeys. The ones they keep in those small glass habitats because they're so small," I said.

I smiled and agreed with her. We then grabbed something eat and found a nice table.

I smiled as Lily ran to her seat.

Once she was settled I gave her, her food and sat down myself.

I ate quietly.

After we ate we decided to walk around and see the rest of the animals.

I was silent throughout the walk, and I was excited but I was quiet for the animals.

We walked around looking at every animal we could. I could see the excitement on their faces and it made me feel great. "Did my girls have fun?" I asked as we made our way back too the front.

"I did, I don't know about Lily though," I looked down at her questioningly.

"Yes!!" She yelled excitedly. "Good I'm glad you had fun." I said with a smile.

"Would've defeated the purpose if that had happened," I said.

"You're right it would have." I said unlocking the car. "Where to next?" I ake putting Lily in her seat

"Hm, I'm not too sure," I said as I got in.

"How about the movies?" I asked as I got in as well.

"Sounds fun!"

"To the movies we go." I said pulling onto the street and heading for the movie theater.

I smiled as Lily and I said yay and we drove off.

It felt good to have them back together. Though it can't be how it was before we were still making the best of it. We arrived at the movie theatre in a few minutes. We looked at the movies and found a good family movie to see. I paid for our tickets and we went inside.

I held Lily while he got us a drink and snacks.
